Description
Claims (26)
- 복수 개의 피인쇄물을 고정할 수 있는 복수 개의 음각부; 및상기 음각부의 하부에 구비된 적어도 하나의 진공 홀 또는 진공 통로를 포함하는 피인쇄물 고정구.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 피인쇄물 고정구는 피인쇄물 스테이지에 장착될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 피인쇄물 고정구.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 음각부는 네 개 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 피인쇄물 고정구.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 음각부는 피인쇄물 고정구의 상부에 위치하며, 피인쇄물이 배열되어 안치될 수 있도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 피인쇄물 고정구.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 음각부는 내측면에 피인쇄물 고정을 위한 돌기 또는 홈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피인쇄물 고정구.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 음각부의 깊이는 피인쇄물의 두께보다 작거나 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 피인쇄물 고정구.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 음각부의 깊이 편차는 100 마이크로미터 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 피인쇄물 고정구.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 피인쇄물 스테이지는 상기 음각부의 하부에 구비된 진공 홀 또는 진공 통로와 대응되는 진공 흡입부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피인쇄물 고정구.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 피인쇄물은 기판인 것을 특징으로 하는 피인쇄물 고정구.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,상기 기판은 유리 또는 플라스틱인 것을 특징으로 하는 피인쇄물 고정구.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 피인쇄물 고정구는 리버스 오프셋 인쇄용인 것을 특징으로 하는 피인쇄물 고정구.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 11 중 어느 한 항의 피인쇄물 고정구를 포함하는 인쇄 장치.
- 청구항 12에 있어서,상기 인쇄 장치는 리버스 오프셋 인쇄 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄 장치.
- 청구항 12에 있어서, 상기 인쇄 장치는상기 피인쇄물 고정구가 장착될 수 있는 피인쇄물 스테이지를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄 장치.
- 청구항 14에 있어서, 상기 인쇄 장치는상기 피인쇄물 고정구 상에 고정될 수 있는 피인쇄물의 패턴 위치에 대응하는 패턴부를 포함하는 클리쉐; 및클리쉐 스테이지를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄 장치.
- 청구항 14에 있어서,상기 피인쇄물 스테이지는 피인쇄물 고정구에 구비된 진공 홀 또는 진공 통로에 대응되는 진공 흡입부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄 장치.
- 청구항 16에 있어서,상기 피인쇄물 스테이지의 진공 흡입부는 홀 구조 또는 통로 구조를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄 장치.
- 청구항 16에 있어서,상기 피인쇄물 스테이지는 진공 흡입부 상에 다공성 플레이트 또는 다공성 필름이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄 장치.
- 청구항 14에 있어서,상기 피인쇄물 스테이지는 피인쇄물의 얼라인(align)을 위한 위치 제어부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄 장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 11 중 어느 한 항의 피인쇄물 고정구를 이용하는 인쇄 방법.
- 청구항 20에 있어서, 상기 인쇄방법은상기 피인쇄물 고정구의 음각부에 피인쇄물을 고정하는 단계;상기 피인쇄물 고정구를 피인쇄물 스테이지 상에 장착하는 단계;상기 피인쇄물 고정구와 피인쇄물 스테이지를 진공 흡착하는 단계; 및피인쇄물에 패턴을 인쇄하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄방법.
- 청구항 21에 있어서,상기 인쇄방법은 리버스 오프셋 인쇄방법인 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄방법.
- 청구항 21에 있어서, 상기 인쇄방법은상기 피인쇄물 고정구를 피인쇄물 스테이지 상에 장착하는 단계 이후에,피인쇄물 고정구와 피인쇄물 스테이지를 얼라인(align)하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄방법.
- 청구항 23에 있어서, 상기 얼라인하는 단계는피인쇄물 스테이지 상에 구비된 위치 제어부를 이용하여 피인쇄물의 인쇄 대상 영역을 얼라인하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄방법.
- 청구항 23에 있어서,상기 인쇄방법에서 인쇄된 패턴의 정밀도는 얼라인의 정밀도와 대응되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄방법.
- 청구항 21에 있어서, 상기 인쇄하는 단계는인쇄롤 상에 인쇄물을 코팅하는 단계;상기 인쇄물이 코팅된 인쇄롤을 클리쉐에 접촉시켜 인쇄롤 상에 인쇄물 패턴을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 인쇄롤 상에 코팅된 인쇄물 패턴을 피인쇄물 상에 전사하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄방법.
