Definitions
- the invention relates to a high-pressure cleaning device with a motor and a motor-driven pump and with a first connection part, which is connected to an inlet of the pump and carries at its free end a first connecting element for releasable connection to a liquid supply line, and with a second connecting part, which is connected to an outlet of the pump and carries at its free end a second connecting element for releasable connection to a liquid discharge line.
- a cleaning liquid preferably water
- a liquid supply line can be connected to the inlet of the pump via a first connection part.
- the first connection part has a first connection element at a free end.
- the pressurized cleaning liquid can be supplied via a second connection part of a liquid discharge line.
- the second connection part carries at its free end a second connecting element.
- the object of the invention is to develop a high-pressure cleaning device of the generic type in such a way that the pump has a compact design. design, without affecting the accessibility of the connecting elements.
- the connecting elements can have a considerable distance from one another, so that they are easily accessible to the user, whereas the end sections of the connecting sections facing away from the connecting elements can have a considerably smaller distance from one another. This makes it possible to arrange the inlet of the pump at a small distance from the outlet of the pump, so that the pump can have a compact design.
- connection sections but also the connecting elements arranged at the free ends of the connection sections are oriented obliquely relative to one another. Thereby, the connection of the liquid supply line and the liquid discharge line can be further simplified.
- the high-pressure cleaner is placed on a footprint, for example on a floor surface.
- a liquid supply line is usually a low-pressure hose used and the liquid discharge line is usually configured in the form of a high-pressure hose.
- the oblique orientation of the connecting elements relative to each other also has the advantage that the bending load of the hoses connected to the connecting elements can be kept low even in a position of use of the high-pressure cleaning device, in which the connection elements of a footprint of the high pressure cleaning device, such as a floor surface, facing away and protrude upwards.
- the hoses usually run along the footprint until they reach the high pressure cleaner.
- the hoses are bent so far that they reach the connecting elements.
- the oblique orientation of the connecting elements makes it possible to reduce the bending load on the hoses.
- the obliquely aligned connecting sections and connecting elements are aligned mirror-symmetrically to a vertical center plane of the high-pressure cleaning device.
- the terminal portions and the connecting elements are arranged on both sides of the median plane of the high-pressure cleaning device and have the same angle of inclination to the median plane.
- the high-pressure cleaning device comprises in an advantageous embodiment, two housing halves, which are joined together in the vertical center plane.
- the median plane thus forms the parting plane of the two housing half-shells.
- the two housing half-shells form an upper housing part which rests on a lower housing part, wherein the lower housing part has openings through which the connecting elements protrude.
- the fasteners are thus accessible to the user in a simple manner and the two housing halves and the lower housing part facilitate the installation of the high-pressure cleaner.
- connection sections are conveniently designed tubular. This gives the two connection sections a high mechanical stability. It is advantageous if the two connection parts are rigidly connected to each other.
- connection parts are rigidly connected to one another in the region of their obliquely aligned connection sections.
- connection sections are rigidly connected to each other via at least one cross member.
- connection sections are rigidly connected to each other via two plate-like traverses.
- the first connection part and / or the second connection part is L-shaped and has a first connection leg and a second connection leg, wherein the first connection leg is connected to the pump and wherein the second connection leg forms a connection section, which carries at its free end a connecting element.
- first connection leg of the first connection part and / or of the second connection part is aligned parallel to a longitudinal axis of the pump.
- This provides, for example, the possibility of arranging the outlet of the pump on an end face of the pump aligned perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the pump and liquid from the outlet via the first connecting limb aligned parallel to the longitudinal axis of the pump and perpendicular to the first connecting leg and thus also perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the pump aligned second connecting leg of a liquid discharge line, in particular a high-pressure hose to supply, which is arranged on the at the free end of the second connecting leg
- Connecting element is connected.
- the first connecting leg of at least one connecting part is preferably connected rigidly to the second connecting leg of the same connecting part via a web. This increases the mechanical stability of the connection part.
- the web may be formed straight or have a curved course.
- connection parts are detachably connectable to the pump.
- connection parts can be screwed to the pump.
- the two connecting parts are fixed to a retaining plate, which is detachably connectable to the pump.
- a plurality of connecting elements in particular a plurality of connecting screws, are used.
- connection part and / or the second connection part suitably passes through the holding plate, because this gives the connection part a particularly high mechanical stability.
- the first connection part and / or the second connection part has, in an advantageous embodiment, a connection nipple which protrudes from the holding plate.
- the connection nipple makes it easy to connect the connection part to the pump.
- connection nipple is subject to considerable mechanical stress.
- connection nipple is arranged on the holding plate, which is connected to the pump.
- the retaining plate on opposite sides of the connecting nipple bores, which are penetrated by connecting screws. The connecting screws make it possible to screw the retaining plate to the pump on both sides of the connecting nipple.
- both the first connection part and the second connection part have a connection nipple for establishing a connection with the pump.
- the two nipples are aligned parallel to each other. This simplifies the assembly of the connection parts to the pump.
- connection parts are offset from each other in the longitudinal direction of the pump.
- Figure 1 a perspective view of a high-pressure cleaning device according to the invention in a first position of use
- Figure 2 is a perspective view of the high-pressure cleaning device according to the invention in a second position of use;
- FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a motor pump unit of FIG.
- FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a pump and a connection device of the high-pressure cleaning device in the manner of an exploded view
- FIG. 5 shows a perspective view of the connection device from FIG. 4.
- a high-pressure cleaner 10 is shown schematically with a housing 12 having a housing top 14 and a housing base 16 and surrounding a motor pump unit 18 shown in Figure 3.
- the upper housing part 14 has a first housing half shell 20 and a second housing half shell 22, which together surround the motor pump unit 18 in the circumferential direction and which are joined together in a vertical parting plane 24, which forms a median plane of the high-pressure cleaning device 10.
- the two housing half shells 20, 22 form a disposed in the parting plane 24 carrying handle 26 and a subsequent to the handle 26 recess 28, in which a main switch 30 is arranged for switching on and off of the high-pressure cleaner 10.
- the motor pump unit 18 comprises an electric motor 32 and a pump 34 as well as a connection device 36, which is arranged on the end face of the pump 34 facing away from the electric motor 32.
- the motor pump unit 18 is held on the two housing half-shells 20, 22.
- the motor pump unit 18 has a total of four radially outwardly projecting support arms 38, which are arranged distributed uniformly over the circumference of the motor pump unit 18.
- the support arms 38 and not shown in the drawing elastic damping elements, which are arranged on the inside of the housing half-shells 20, 22, the motor pump unit 18 is vibration-damping on the housing half-shells 20, 22 stored.
- the lower housing part 16 has a trough-like receptacle into which the motor pump unit 18 protrudes with its end region projecting out of the upper housing part 14, in particular with the connecting device 36.
- the connection device 36 has a first connection element 40, to which a liquid supply line, for example a low-pressure hose, can be connected.
- the connection device 36 has a second connecting element 42, to which a liquid discharge line, for example a high-pressure hose, can be connected.
- the two connecting elements 40, 42 pass through an opening 44 and 46 of the housing base 16.
- the two connecting elements 40, 42 each carry an external thread.
- a coupling part 48 which facilitates the connection of a low-pressure hose, is screwed onto the external thread of the first connecting element 40.
- two wheels 50, 52 are rotatably mounted about a common axis of rotation.
- the lower housing part 16 forms together with the wheels 50, 52 a chassis of the high-pressure cleaning device 10, which receives the weight of the motor pump unit 18 and the two housing half-shells 20, 22.
- a U-shaped push bracket 54 is slidably held between an inserted position and an extended position.
- the push bar 54 is shown only in its retracted position.
- the high-pressure cleaning device 10 can be operated in two different operating positions, namely in an upright position, as shown in Figure 1, and in a horizontal position, as shown in Figure 2.
- the connection device 36 has a first L-shaped connection part 56 and a second L-shaped connection part 58.
- the two connecting parts 56, 58 each include a first connecting leg 60 or 62, which is aligned parallel to a longitudinal axis 64 of the pump 34, and a perpendicular to the first connecting leg 60 and 62 aligned second connecting leg 66 and 68.
- the second connecting legs 66th , 68 are aligned obliquely to each other and each form a connection portion 70 and 72, which carries at its free end, the first connecting element 40 and the second connecting element 42.
- connection sections 70, 72 are at a greater distance from one another than in their end regions facing away from the connection elements 40, 42, to each of which a first connection leg 60, 62 adjoins.
- the first connecting legs 60, 62 thus have a relatively small distance from each other, whereas the connecting elements 40, 42 are arranged at a considerable distance from each other.
- the connecting elements 40, 42 are therefore accessible to the user in a simple manner. This facilitates the connection of a liquid supply line and a liquid discharge line to the connecting elements 40, 42.
- the first connection leg 60 carries at its free end a first connection nipple 74, which can be inserted into an inlet 76 of the pump 34.
- the second connecting leg 62 carries at its free end a second connecting nipple 78, which can be inserted into an outlet 80 of the pump 34.
- the two connection nipples 74, 78 are aligned parallel to the longitudinal axis 64, wherein they are arranged offset to one another in the longitudinal direction of the pump. This becomes clear in particular from FIG.
- the first connecting leg 60 is rigidly connected to the second connecting leg 66 via an arcuate web 82.
- the crossbar 84 is formed by a first connecting plate 86 and a second connecting plate 88 oriented parallel thereto, which are rigidly connected to one another via a connecting rib 90.
- connection device 36 has a holding plate 92, on which the first connection part 56 and the second connection part 58 are fixed.
- the second connecting leg 68 of the second connecting part 58 passes through the retaining plate 92, so that the second connecting nipple 78 projects from the retaining plate 92.
- the holding plate 92 On opposite sides of the second connection nipple 78, the holding plate 92 has two through holes 94, 96 which are each penetrated by a connecting screw 98.
- the pump 34 has on opposite sides of the outlet 80 each have a blind bore 100, 102 with an internal thread, so that the connecting screws 98 pass through the retaining plate 92 and can be screwed into the blind holes 100, 102 for producing a detachable connection between the connecting device 36th and the pump 34.
- cleaning liquid to be placed under pressure for example water
- a liquid supply line for example a low-pressure hose
- a liquid discharge line for example a high-pressure hose
- connection sections 70, 72 are arranged mirror-symmetrically to the parting plane 24 of the high-pressure cleaning device 10. If the high-pressure cleaning device 10 assumes its lying position shown in FIG. 2, then the connecting sections 70, 72 as well as the connecting elements 40, 42 are aligned obliquely to the vertical. This has the advantage that the hoses connected to the connecting elements 40, 42 are subject to a relatively low bending load. Due to the relatively large distance between the two connecting elements 40, 42 to each other, the hoses can be easily connected by the user to the connecting elements 40, 42. The distance that the inlet 76 occupies to the outlet 80 of the pump 34, however, can be chosen relatively small. This gives the possibility to make the pump 34 very compact. The accessibility of the connecting elements 40, 42 is not affected by the compact design.
