- ワイヤを複数回巻回して構成されたビードリングをビードリングの周方向に送るリング移動部材と、結束糸の端部を把持するための把持部材と、結束糸を捕捉した状態でビードリングの内側及び外側を通って回転する回転部材とを備え、ビードリングを周方向に送りながら回転部材をビードリングの内側及び外側を通って回転させることにより、結束糸をビードリングに螺旋状に巻付けるためのビードリング結束糸巻付け装置において、
前記把持部材が前記回転部材よりもビードリングの送り方向の上流側に配置されていることを特徴とするビードリング結束糸巻付け装置。 - 前記回転部材には、外周において結束糸を捕捉する捕捉部材が設けられており、前記把持部材が捕捉部材よりもビードリングの送り方向の上流側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のビードリング結束糸巻付け装置。
- 前記把持部材と捕捉部材との間には、結束糸を捕捉部材に向かって案内するための案内部材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のビードリング結束糸巻付け装置。
