带过载保护的前安装吊挂系统
技术领域
本发明涉及铁道车辆钩缓装置领域, 具体的说, 涉及一种用于在受到较大纵向力时需要 实现过载保护的钩缓装置。
背景技术
钩缓装置是铁道车辆基本部件之一, 具有快速连接和分解铁道车辆、 传递列车牵引力、 提高车辆安全性、 改善车辆舒适性能的作用。
钩缓装置主要由车钩连挂装置、 压溃装置、 缓冲装置、 前安装吊挂装置和过载保护装置 组成。 车钩连挂装置具有连挂和分解列车车辆的功能; 压溃装置在紧急情况下起到保护车体 及乘客安全的作用; 缓冲装置作为钩缓装置改善纵向冲动性能, 提高车辆安全舒适性的装置; 前安装吊挂装置通过安装座将车钩固定在车体上, 保证钩缓装置能够在水平面和垂直面内一 定范围内灵活转动, 并具有垂直面内自支撑功能和水平面一定范围内自动对中的功能; 过载 保护装置能够在轨道车辆受到极大纵向冲击时, 使钩缓装置与车辆分离, 进而让车辆上的其 他能量吸收装置发挥功效。 缓冲器作为钩缓装置中重要的能量吸收装置, 主要参与轨道车辆 正常运行过程中的纵向能量吸收。 现有的缓冲器中有很多是依靠压缩内部的弹性元件来实现 能量吸收的功能, 而缓冲器自身通过转动轴与安装座相连, 以便实现钩缓装置旋转的功能。 安装座再通过安装螺栓或过载保护装置与车体相连, 以传递纵向载荷。
目前, 常见的过载保护装置安装在钩缓装置外部, 直接连接钩缓装置与车体, 发挥作用 时钩缓装置整体脱离车体。 现有的轨道车辆车钩缓冲器主要有前安装吊挂系统和缓冲系统这 两部分构成。 要实现缓冲器的过载保护功能, 第一种方式是破坏安装座与车体之间的连接, 第二种方式是在缓冲器壳体内设置剪切销, 通过破坏剪切销实现缓冲器芯子在钩体内后退, 第三种方式是在破坏安装座和车钩缓冲器之间的连接。 第一种方式目前应用范围较广, 易于 实现, 但这种方式要求安装座及缓冲器尺寸较小或者车体下面留有足够的空间, 以便整个钩 缓装置与车体分离后退。 但是车体底架受到已有结构及强度的限制, 开口尺寸很难扩大。 但 高性能的缓冲装置需要后退时预留空间较大, 因此造成这种过载保护装置实现方式的应用范 围受到较大的限制。 第二种方式在过载时剪切销受力不均匀, 不能很好地完成过载功能, 同 时车钩缓冲器后退空间受到钩缓装置总长的影响, 往往不能提供足够的安全后退空间。
发明内容
本发明针对现有轨道车辆车钩的钩缓装置在过载保护时的上述不足, 提供了一种结构简 单、 重量轻、 稳定性好、 可靠性高的带过载保护的前安装吊挂系统, 该系统集成了前安装吊 挂系统与过载保护装置, 使车钩缓冲装置不需要使用安装转接板与车体相连, 重量轻, 车体 的结构设计更加简单。
本发明的技术方案是: 一种带过载保护的前安装吊挂系统, 该系统包括安装座、 对中装 置、 用于支撑车钩缓冲器的支撑装置和钩尾销, 安装座与轨道车辆车体连接, 对中装置和支 撑装置均安装在安装座上, 该系统还设置有车钩连接座和过载保护元件, 车钩连接座包括底 座和与底座连接为一体的车钩连接部, 底座通过过载保护元件与安装座的背面连接, 车钩连 接部穿过设置在安装座中部的通孔, 并通过钩尾销与车钩缓冲装置连接; 车钩连接部与通孔 紧密贴合。
优选的是, 设置在安装座中部的通孔为圆柱状通孔, 车钩连接部设置为圆柱型, 通孔的 内径与车钩连接部的外径相同。
优选的是, 过载保护元件采用四个拉断螺栓。
本发明的有益效果是: 本发明结构简单、 稳定可靠、 节省空间, 集前安装吊挂系统与过载保 护装置于一体, 使车钩缓冲装置不需要使用安装转接板与车体相连, 简化了车体的结构设计, 且重量轻; 安装座与车体连接座之间通过过载保护元件连接, 相比于剪切销的形式结构, 结 构更加简单, 且在作用时受力更均衡; 安装座设置有通孔, 在过载保护元件作用后, 车钩缓 冲器和车钩连接座脱出安装座向后运动时受到通孔的导向,稳定性和可靠性比现有产品更好, 且过载保护元件工作时利用的是车体下的空间, 无需车钩缓冲装置提供后退空间, 在车钩总 长一定的情况下便于优化设计, 适用于选择大容量大行程车钩缓冲器。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
一种带过载保护的前安装吊挂系统, 该系统包括安装座 1、 对中装置 2、 用于支撑车钩缓 冲器的支撑装置 3和钩尾销 4, 安装座 1与轨道车辆车体连接, 对中装置 2和支撑装置 3均 安装在安装座 1上, 该系统还设置有车钩连接座 5和过载保护元件 6, 设置有圆柱状通孔 7; 车钩连接座 5包括底座和与底座连接为一体的车钩连接部, 车钩连接部设置为圆柱型, 底座 通过过载保护元件 6与安装座 1的背面连接, 车钩连接部穿过设置在安装座 1中部的圆柱状 通孔 7, 并通过钩尾销 4与车钩缓冲装置连接; 车钩连接部的外径与设置在安装座 1中部的 圆柱状通孔 7的内径相同, 且车钩连接部与设置在安装座 1中部的圆柱状通孔 7紧密贴合。 过载保护元件 6采用四个拉断螺栓。
工作原理: 车钩前方部件将载荷传递至车钩缓冲器, 车钩缓冲器受到车钩连接座和钩尾 销的限制从而被压缩; 当压缩载荷超过过载保护元件的设计值时, 过载保护元件将失效, 即 四个拉断螺栓断裂, 破坏了车钩连接座与安装座之间的连接, 使车钩连接座与安装座分离, 使受冲击车辆的防爬器和车体吸能区发挥作用; 这时车体连接座及车钩缓冲器将通过安装座 进入车体下面的空间, 并在冲击载荷的作用下继续向后方退行。 而当车钩受到牵引力时, 牵 引力直接压缩车钩缓冲器内的弹性元件并传递至车钩连接座、 安装座直至车体, 这一过程中 过载保护元件不受力。

1 . 一种带过载保护的前安装吊挂系统, 该系统包括安装座、对中装置、 用于支撑车钩缓冲器 的支撑装置和钩尾销, 安装座与轨道车辆车体连接, 对中装置和支撑装置均安装在安装座 上, 其特征在于: 该系统还设置有车钩连接座和过载保护元件, 车钩连接座包括底座和与 底座连接为一体的车钩连接部, 底座通过过载保护元件与安装座的背面连接, 车钩连接部 穿过设置在安装座中部的通孔, 并通过钩尾销与车钩缓冲装置连接; 车钩连接部与通孔紧 密贴合。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的带过载保护的前安装吊挂系统, 其特征在于: 设置在安装座中部的 通孔为圆柱状通孔, 车钩连接部设置为圆柱型, 通孔的内径与车钩连接部的外径相同。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2任意一项所述的带过载保护的前安装吊挂系统, 其特征在于: 过载保 护元件采用四个拉断螺栓。
