平板屏幕光学保护膜粘贴方法及装置
技术领域
本发明涉及光学保护膜粘贴技术领域, 尤其是一种平板屏幕光学保护膜粘 贴方法及装置。
背景技术
现有粘贴于平板屏幕上的光学保护膜由保护层、 产品层及离型层三个基层 组成, 粘贴时, 首先, 将平板屏幕擦拭干净, 按平板屏幕的形状裁剪保护膜, 将保护膜的离型层剥离, 将产品层对准平板屏幕进行粘贴, 粘贴后, 将保护层 剥离, 完成粘贴。 在粘贴的过程中, 定位很困难, 产品层与平板屏幕之间易产 生气泡及夹杂灰尘杂质, 不仅粘贴费时费力, 而且粘贴质量很难保证。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足而提供的一种平板屏幕光学保护膜贴 膜方法及装置, 其方法简单、 便捷; 其装置定位准确, 粘贴省时省力, 粘贴质 量保证。
实现本发明目的的具体技术方案是:
一种平板屏幕光学保护膜的粘贴方法, 该方法包括以下具体步骤: a、 裁剪保护膜
采用由保护层、 产品层及离型层组成的保护膜; 以平板屏幕形状大小外加 定位区裁剪保护膜, 并在定位区上冲制定位孔, 采用半刀切割方式在保护膜上 切割平板屏幕外形与定位区的交线, 该交线为离型层及产品层割断, 保留保护 层完整; 其中: 所述定位区长度 10〜50匪;
b、 粘贴剥离棍
经剪裁后的保护膜, 在平板屏幕区域的离型层表面、 距交线 0. 5〜0. 8 mm 处粘贴一剥离棍, 其剥离棍的长度大于平板屏幕的宽度 6〜10 mm; c、 粘贴保护膜
将粘贴有剥离棍的保护膜面朝下、 通过定位孔定位后, 将需粘贴保护膜的 平板屏幕设备置于保护膜平板屏幕区域下方, 利用辊轮推动剥离棍, 剥离棍带 着保护膜的离型层逐步与产品层剥离, 辊轮压迫保护膜的产品层与平板屏幕粘 合, 直至保护膜的产品层完全与设备的平板屏幕粘合。
一种实施上述方法的装置, 该装置包括:
一基座, 其正面为一纵向通槽, 通槽一端设有两定位柱, 两定位柱一侧开 有一与贴膜设备形状相同的设备定位腔, 设备定位腔一端设有定位槽, 沿设备 定位腔两侧上表面且垂直定位槽平行设置两滑道; 其反面为 "门"形槽, 与正 面定位柱对应处设置两反面定位柱, 反面定位柱一侧设有一反面定位槽, "门" 形槽周边设有数个定位靠脚; 正反两面中部设有一通孔;
一辊轮座, 由辊轮壳体及辊子组成, 辊轮壳体内设有辊子轴座, 辊轮壳体 壁上设有卡位槽及滑轨, 辊子设于辊子轴座内;
一剥离棍, 其为杆件;
所述剥离棍设于正面定位槽或反面定位槽内, 辊轮座置于基座正面的滑道 上。
所述辊轮壳体壁上的滑轨一端为弧形推臂; 剥离棍截面为半圆矩形。
本发明定位准确, 粘贴过程简单便捷, 省时省力, 粘贴质量保证。

一基座 1, 其正面为一纵向通槽, 通槽一端设有两定位柱 14, 两定位柱 14 一侧开有一与贴膜设备形状相同的设备定位腔 16,设备定位腔 16—端设有定位 槽 15, 沿设备定位腔 16两侧上表面且垂直定位槽 15平行设置两滑道; 其反面 为 "门"形槽 11, 与正面定位柱 14对应处设置两反面定位柱 12, 反面定位柱 12—侧设有一反面定位槽 13, "门"形槽 11周边设有数个定位靠脚 19; 正反两 面中部设有一通孔 17;
一辊轮座 2, 由辊轮壳体 21及辊子 22组成, 辊轮壳体 21内设有辊子轴座 23, 辊轮壳体 21壁上设有卡位槽 26及滑轨 24, 辊子 22设于辊子轴座 23内; 一剥离棍 3, 其为杆件;
所述剥离棍 3设于正面定位槽 15或反面定位槽 13内,辊轮座 2置于基座 1 正面的滑道 18上。
所述辊轮壳体 21壁上的滑轨 24—端为弧形推臂 25; 剥离棍 3截面为半圆 矩形。
本发明方法的实施过程:
1 )、 裁剪保护膜
参阅图 6,本发明所选用的保护膜 4由保护层、产品层及离型层组成,首先, _ - 按平板屏幕 5的外形并在其一端预留定位区裁剪保护膜 4,在预留定位区上冲制 定位孔, 然后分割平板屏幕 5 的外形与定位区的交线, 该交线采用半刀切割方 式, 即将保护膜 4的离型层及产品层割断, 保留保护层完整, 定位区长度 40匪;
2 )、 粘贴剥离棍
参阅图 3、 图 4、 图 6, 在剥离棍 3的弧面 31—侧平面上涂敷粘胶, 使其涂 敷粘胶的面朝上、 弧面 31朝向反面定位柱 12的状态置于基座 1反面定位槽 13 内; 将保护膜 4置于门形槽 11内, 使其离型层朝向基座 1, 并使保护膜 4的定 位孔套装于反面定位柱 12上, 用手指按住保护膜 4, 使剥离棍 3涂敷粘胶的面 与保护膜 4的离型层面粘贴。
3 )、 粘贴准备工作
参阅图 2、 图 4、 图 6, 将粘贴有剥离棍 3的保护膜 4从基座 1反面的门形 槽 11内取出, 以粘贴有剥离棍 3的面朝向基座 1正面的方式将保护膜 4置于设 备定位腔 16内并使剥离棍 3位于正面定位槽 15内, 保护膜 4的定位孔套装于 基座 1正面定位柱 14上; 在保护膜 4的定位区一端, 采用一引拔片 6粘贴在保 护膜 4与基座 1正面之间, 使保护膜 4的保护层通过引拔片 6与基座 1粘结; 从保护膜 4的另一端将保护膜 4从设备定位腔 16内掀起, 将欲贴膜的平板屏幕 5粘贴面朝上置于基座 1正面的设备定位腔 16内, 放下保护膜 4, 使保护膜 4 位于平板屏幕 5的上方。
4)、 粘贴保护膜
参阅图 5、 图 6、 图 7, 将辊轮座 2置于基座 1正面定位柱 14上方, 使滑轨 24触及滑道 18, 沿滑道 18的方向推动辊轮座 2, 此时, 滑轨 24—端的弧形推 臂 25触及剥离棍 3的弧面 31, 剥离棍 3被迫转动, 由于剥离棍 3与保护膜 4的 离型层粘贴, 当剥离棍 3转动时, 将保护膜 4的离型层与产品层在交线处剥离 开; 此时, 将保护膜 4整体竖起将其两侧置于辊轮壳体 21的卡位槽 26内, 继 续沿滑道 18的方向推动辊轮座 2, 剥离棍 3在辊轮座 2推力作用下, 带着离型 层逐步与产品层剥离, 辊轮座 2的辊子 22压迫保护膜 4的产品层与平板屏幕 5 逐步粘合, 直至辊轮座 2沿基座 1的滑道 18滑出, 此时, 保护膜 4的产品层与 设备的平板屏幕 5完全粘合, 而离型层则被剥离棍 3带出。
5)、 整理
将引拔片 6掀起使其脱离基座 1,捏紧引拔片 6将保护膜 4的保护层从产品 层上缓慢撕掉, 此时, 保护膜 4的产品层已准确的粘合在平板屏幕 5上; 用手 指顶在门形槽 11与设备定位腔 16之间的通孔 17内, 将粘合好产品层的平板屏 幕 5从基座 1正面的设备定位腔 16内顶出, 完成平板屏幕 5的贴膜工作; 清除 基座 1上残片, 准备进行下一产品的贴膜。
本发明粘贴过程定位准确, 产品层与平板屏幕 5之间不会产生气泡、 不易夹杂 灰尘杂质, 粘贴省时省力, 且保证粘贴质量。

1、 一种平板屏幕光学保护膜的粘贴方法, 其特征在于该方法包括以下具体 步骤:
a、 裁剪保护膜
采用由保护层、 产品层及离型层组成的保护膜; 以平板屏幕形状大小外加 定位区裁剪保护膜, 并在定位区上冲制定位孔, 采用半刀切割方式在保护膜上 切割平板屏幕外形与定位区的交线, 该交线为离型层及产品层割断, 保留保护 层完整; 其中: 所述定位区长度 10〜50匪;
b、 粘贴剥离棍
经剪裁后的保护膜, 在平板屏幕区域的离型层表面、 距交线 0. 5〜0. 8 mm 处粘贴一剥离棍, 其剥离棍的长度大于平板屏幕的宽度 6〜10 mm;
c、 粘贴保护膜
将粘贴有剥离棍的保护膜通过定位孔定位后, 将需粘贴保护膜的平板屏幕 设备置于保护膜平板屏幕区域下方, 利用辊轮推动剥离棍后, 将保护膜竖起, 继续推动辊轮, 剥离棍带着保护膜的离型层逐步与产品层剥离, 辊轮压迫保护 膜的产品层与平板屏幕粘合, 直至保护膜的产品层完全与设备的平板屏幕粘合。
2、 一种实施权利要求 1所述方法的装置, 其特征在于该装置包括: 一基座, 其正面为一纵向通槽, 通槽一端设有两定位柱, 两定位柱一侧开 有一与贴膜设备形状相同的设备定位腔, 设备定位腔一端设有定位槽, 沿设备 定位腔两侧上表面且垂直定位槽平行设置两滑道; 其反面为 "门"形槽, 与正 面定位柱对应处设置两反面定位柱, 反面定位柱一侧设有一反面定位槽, "门" 形槽周边设有数个定位靠脚; 正反两面中部设有一通孔;
