Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 외용기;상기 외용기의 내부에 결합되며 내용물이 수용되되, 그 내부에 내용물의 사용에 따라 상승되는 피스톤이 구비되는 내용기;상기 외용기의 상부를 감싸며 결합되며 펌핑부재를 지지하는 지지체;상기 지지체에 결합되며 펌핑작용에 의해 내용물을 배출하는 펌핑부재;상기 펌핑부재의 상부에 위치하여 펌핑부재를 가압하되, 중앙부에는 펌핑부재를 가압하기 위한 사용자의 손가락이 안착되도록 가압표시부가 형성되며, 상기 가압표시부로부터 편향된 위치에 내용물 배출홀이 형성되는 배출부가 하방향으로 함몰되어 형성되는 버튼부; 및일측은 상기 펌핑부재의 상부에 결합되며, 타측은 상기 버튼부의 하부에 결합되어 상기 펌핑부재를 통해 이동하는 내용물을 내용물 배출홀로 이동시키는 내용물 이동부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공펌프가 구비된 크림타입 화장품용기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 외용기의 상부에는 일측은 완만한 경사면을 형성하고 타측은 수직면을 형성하는 다수의 걸림돌기가 외주면을 따라 일정간격 이격되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공펌프가 구비된 크림타입 화장품용기.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 지지체의 내주면에는 상기 걸림돌기에 맞닿는 회전돌기 및 회전홈이 내주면을 따라 교호로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공펌프가 구비된 크림타입 화장품용기.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 회전돌기는 상기 걸림돌기와 대응되는 형상으로 이루어져, 지지체를 폐쇄방향으로 회전시에 상기 걸림돌기의 경사면을 타고 넘어가도록 구성되며, 지지체를 개방방향으로 회전시에는 상기 걸림돌기의 수직면에 의해 일부가 파손되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공펌프가 구비된 크림타입 화장품용기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 외용기의 상단에는 외용기의 내부로 공기의 이동이 가능하도록 상단 일부가 절개형성되는 공기이동홀이 적어도 하나 이상 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공펌프가 구비된 크림타입 화장품용기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 내용물 이동부는 상기 펌핑부재의 상부에 결합되는 결합관과, 상기 결합관을 통해 유입되는 내용물이 이동하는 통로를 형성하며 상방향으로 돌출되어 상기 버튼부에 결합되되, 상기 내용물 배출홀과 연통되는 연통부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공펌프가 구비된 크림타입 화장품용기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 내용물 배출홀에는 내용물의 압력에 의해 개방되는 러버팁이 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공펌프가 구비된 크림타입 화장품용기.
