Claims (6)
- 내용물이 저장되되, 내용물의 사용에 따라 용적이 줄어드는 용기본체;상기 용기본체의 상부를 감싸며 결합되며 펌핑부재의 펌핑작동이 가능하도록 실린더가 구비되는 지지체;상기 지지체의 실린더에 삽입되어 승하강 이동에 따른 펌핑작동에 의해 내용물을 토출하는 펌핑부재;상기 펌핑부재의 상부에서 위치하되, 내용물 토출홀이 형성되며 사용자 조작에 의해 회전 가능하도록 구성되는 버튼캡; 및상기 버튼캡의 내측에 결합되어 상기 버튼캡의 회전에 의해 함께 회전하며, 회전과정에서 상기 펌핑부재로 압력을 전달하여 펌핑부재의 펌핑작동을 유도하는 펌핑가이드부;를 포함하되,상기 버튼캡의 회전각도에 따라 내용물의 토출량이 조절되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공펌프가 구비된 크림타입 화장품용기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 용기본체의 상부에 결합되며, 상기 버튼캡의 회전각도에 따라 토출되는 내용물의 토출량을 표시하도록 표시부가 형성된 고정체를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공펌프가 구비된 크림타입 화장품용기.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 펌핑가이드부의 하면으로부터 하방향으로 연장되어 상기 펌핑가이드부의 회전에 따라 상기 펌핑부재를 가압하는 적어도 하나 이상의 가압돌기가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공펌프가 구비된 크림타입 화장품용기.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 펌핑부재의 상단에는 상기 펌핑가이드부의 회전에 따라 상기 가압돌기에 의해 가압되는 펌핑가이드돌기가 구비되되, 상기 펌핑가이드돌기는 일측에서 타측으로 완만한 경사면을 형성하며, 그 끝단에는 상기 가압돌기의 이동을 제한하는 제한턱이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공펌프가 구비된 크림타입 화장품용기.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 버튼캡의 회전에 따른 상기 펌핑가이드부의 회전시 상기 가압돌기가 상기 펌핑가이드돌기의 상면을 따라 이동하는 과정에서 상기 버튼캡의 회전각도에 따라 상기 펌핑가이드돌기의 경사면 높이의 차이로 인해 상기 펌핑부재의 행정거리가 제어되어 내용물의 토출량이 조절되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공펌프가 구비된 크림타입 화장품용기.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 고정체의 내주면에는 버튼캡의 회전시 회전각도에 따라 사용자가 이를 손의 감각으로 인지할 수 있도록 걸림돌기가 구비되며, 상기 버튼캡의 외주면에는 상기 걸림돌기를 타고 넘어가는 회전돌기가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공펌프가 구비된 크림타입 화장품용기.
