Abstract

 ダイカスト製品の強度を適正に評価することができるダイカスト製品の強度評価方法及びその強度評価方法によって強度が評価されたダイカスト製品を提供する。そのために、鋳造後に簡易強度試験機により破断試験を行った後、破面観察することにより得られた破断面に占める破断チル層面積率を元に強度低下率を推定する。又は、予め応力解析で求めたダイカスト製品の高応力部の所定範囲の内部欠陥を超音波探傷し、当該所定範囲の内部欠陥の合計面積を全探傷面積で除した欠陥率が所定値以下であるときにダイカスト製品が所定の強度を有すると評価する。
