Abstract
Description
本実施の形態に係るモータの回転子(ロータ)について説明する。図1は、本実施の形態に係る回転子1のロータコア1a(回転子鉄心)の形状を示す平面図であり、図2は、図1の部分拡大図である。モータは、例えばリラクタンスモータである。
τ=P×(Ld-Lq)×id×iq
で与えられる。そのため、トルクτを大きくするためには、Ldを大きくし、Lqを小さくすることが重要である。ここで、Ldを大きくするためにはd軸方向の磁束を通過しやすくし、Lqを小さくするにはq軸方向の磁束を通過しづらくなるようなロータ形状にする必要がある。本比較例においては、磁石挿入孔102,103間の鉄心幅は一定になっているが、隣り合う磁石挿入孔103の間の鉄心幅は、最外周で最も狭く(幅t’)、内周側へ向けて大きくなっている(図7)。この場合、隣り合う磁石挿入孔103の間において、回転子100に流入又は流出するd軸方向の磁束は、磁石挿入孔102,103間の鉄心幅が最も狭い部分、つまり最外周での幅t’で決まるため、図8のハッチングで示した領域Dは磁束を通過させる上では不要な鉄心部分である。

Claims (4)
- 内周側に向けてそれぞれ凸となるようにして径方向に配列された複数層の磁石挿入孔が各磁極ごとに設けられるとともに前記複数層の磁石挿入孔が磁極数に応じて周方向に配置された回転子鉄心と、
前記各磁石挿入孔にそれぞれ挿入された平板形状の永久磁石と、
を備え、
最内周側に配置されかつ周方向に隣り合う磁石挿入孔は、前記周方向における当該磁石挿入孔間の鉄心幅が径方向に一定となるように当該磁石挿入孔の幅が内周側へ向けて徐々に大きくなっていることを特徴とする回転子。 - 前記最内周側に配置された磁石挿入孔は、前記複数層の磁石挿入孔の配列方向と直交する方向に一定の幅で延設された主要部と、この主要部の両側にそれぞれ連通して設けられ前記主要部の延伸方向に対して鈍角で外周側へ向けて延設された各端部とを備えて成り、 前記各端部の幅が、最内周側に配置されかつ周方向に隣り合う磁石挿入孔間の鉄心幅が径方向に一定となるように、内周側へ向けて徐々に大きくなっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転子。
- 前記複数層の磁石挿入孔のうち、最外周側の磁石挿入孔には希土類磁石が挿入され、最内周側の磁石挿入孔にはフェライト磁石が挿入されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の回転子。
- 前記希土類磁石の径方向の幅は、前記フェライト磁石の径方向の幅よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の回転子。
