Description
図1は、実施形態に係る永久磁石式回転電機の軸方向に垂直な部分断面図であり、永久磁石式回転電機100の4分の1セクターすなわち、4分の1周の周角度領域分のみを示している。この場合の永久磁石式回転電機100は、4極子である。永久磁石式回転電機100は、回転子10および固定子20を有する。
以上、本発明の実施形態を説明したが、実施形態は例として提示したものであり、発明の範囲を限定することは意図していない。さらに、実施形態は、その他の様々な形態で実施されることが可能であり、発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で、種々の省略、置き換え、変更を行うことができる。
Claims (5)
- 回転可能に軸支されたロータシャフトと、
d軸の周方向の両側に隣接する一対のq軸間において前記ロータシャフトの軸方向に垂直な断面が周方向に広がり且つ前記ロータシャフトに向かって凸な曲面状で前記軸方向に延びたフラックスバリアを径方向に複数有し、前記フラックスバリアのそれぞれの周方向中央に永久磁石用空間が形成されて、前記ロータシャフトに固定されて、前記軸方向に積層された複数の鋼製の平板からなる積層板を有する回転子鉄心と、
径方向に複数配されたそれぞれの前記永久磁石用空間内に1つずつ配置され、径方向外側から径方向内側に向かって、減磁耐力は単調に減少している複数の永久磁石と、
前記回転子鉄心の外周に前記回転子鉄心と間隔をあけて配設されて互いに周方向に間隔をあけて配列されて前記軸方向に延びて半径方向の内側に向かって突出する複数の固定子ティースが形成された固定子鉄心と、
前記複数の固定子ティースに巻回された電機子巻線と、
を具備し、
前記永久磁石用空間は、前記フラックスバリアの径方向の幅より薄く周方向に広がり前記軸方向に延びた平板状の空間であり、
前記積層板には、それぞれの前記フラックスバリアにおいて、前記回転子鉄心の外周表面との間に形成されたブリッジの他に、前記永久磁石用空間を挟んだ両側の周方向の領域内に前記フラックスバリアのそれぞれの径方向外側の部分と径方向内側の部分を結ぶブリッジが形成されている、
ことを特徴とする永久磁石式回転電機。 - 前記複数の永久磁石は、互いに異なる材料を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の永久磁石式回転電機。
- 前記複数の永久磁石は、少なくとも径方向の最内層のフェライト磁石を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の永久磁石式回転電機。
- 前記径方向外側に配された永久磁石の径方向の幅は、前記径方向内側に配された永久磁石の径方向の幅より大きく、前記径方向外側に配された永久磁石の周方向の幅は、前記径方向内側に配された永久磁石の周方向の幅より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の永久磁石式回転電機。
- 回転可能に軸支されたロータシャフトと、
d軸の周方向の両側に隣接する一対のq軸間において前記ロータシャフトの軸方向に垂直な断面が周方向に広がり且つ前記ロータシャフトに向かって凸な曲面状で前記軸方向に延びたフラックスバリアを径方向に複数有し、前記フラックスバリアのそれぞれの周方向中央に永久磁石用空間が形成されて、前記ロータシャフトに固定されて、前記軸方向に積層された複数の鋼製の平板からなる積層板を有する回転子鉄心と、
径方向に複数配されたそれぞれの前記永久磁石用空間内に1つずつ配置され、径方向外側から径方向内側に向かって、減磁耐力は単調に減少している複数の永久磁石と、
を備え、
前記永久磁石用空間は、前記フラックスバリアの径方向の幅より薄く周方向に広がり前記軸方向に延びた平板状の空間であり、
前記積層板には、それぞれの前記フラックスバリアにおいて、前記回転子鉄心の外周表面との間に形成されたブリッジの他に、前記永久磁石用空間を挟んだ両側の周方向の領域内に前記フラックスバリアのそれぞれの径方向外側の部分と径方向内側の部分を結ぶブリッジが形成されている、
