L'invention concerne une machine à coudre d'un type « négligé » « coupe et couds » pour coudre ensemble au moins deux rabats (3a, 3b) de textile qui se chevauchent et qui appartiennent à un ou plusieurs articles textiles, comprenant au moins une plaque à aiguilles (2) appropriée pour soutenir au moins deux rabats de textile se chevauchant (3a, 3b) d'un ou plusieurs articles textiles qui coulissent pour former des points de couture (10a, 10b, 10c), la plaque à aiguilles (2) comprenant des ouvertures traversantes définissant des appuis respectifs (4) pour le passage d'aiguilles à coudre (5) et au moins un appendice latéral (6) définissant une ligne coulissante (7) pour les points de couture (10a, 10b, 10c); un crochet inférieur (14); un crochet supérieur (15); et au moins un dispositif palier d'aiguilles à coudre (11) avec au moins trois aiguilles à coudre (5) montées sur le dispositif (11), flanquées réciproquement, alignées les unes aux autres et comprenant des fils à coudre respectifs (10) et conçues pour passer à travers les appuis (4) de la plaque à aiguilles (2) pour coudre les rabats de textile se chevauchant (3a, 3b), la plaque à aiguilles (2) comprenant au moins trois des appuis (4) pour le passage des aiguilles à coudre (5), chacun des appuis (4) pour le passage des aiguilles à coudre (5) étant configuré pour être traversé par au moins une aiguille à coudre respective, la plaque à aiguilles (2) comprenant des parties de séparation respectives (8) conçues pour séparer au moins partiellement chaque appui pour le passage des aiguilles à coudre (5) à partir des appuis adjacents (4) pour le passage des aiguilles (5), au moins au niveau de la zone de passage (9) des aiguilles (5), afin de permettre la formation en parallèle d'au moins trois points de couture (10a, 10b, 10c) qui sont distincts et écartés de façon réciproque les uns des autres.
