- the soft magnetic powder and the thermoplastic resin have greatly different linear expansion coefficients, that is, the thermoplastic resin has a larger linear expansion coefficient than the soft magnetic powder, and contracts more than the soft magnetic powder by cooling. As a result, pressure (hydrostatic pressure) due to shrinkage of the thermoplastic resin is applied to the soft magnetic powder.
- the linear expansion coefficient (if not) is 7.0 ⁇ 10 ⁇ 5 (1 / K) on average from 20 ° C. to 150 ° C., which is smaller than the linear expansion coefficient of the original PPS resin.

Abstract
Description
・MVR(cm3/10min)=427×L/t
X=(燃焼後残った軟磁性粉末の重量/燃焼前の測定試料の重量)×100
Y=((W0-W1)/(W0-W4))×100
