Description

一种钞票偏斜校正装置及自动拒员机
本申请要求于 2011 年 09 月 23 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201110288382.9、发明名称为"一种钞票偏斜校正装置及自动拒员机"的中国 专利申请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及纸张偏斜校正技术领域, 更具体地, 涉及一种钞票偏斜校 正装置, 本发明还提供了一种具有上述钞票偏斜校正装置的自动拒员机。
背景技术
在 ATM机 ( Automatic Teller Machine的缩写, 自动拒员机)的存款流 程中, 由于用户放入 ATM机的存款口处的钞票经常会发生偏斜, 需要经 过偏斜校正装置的校正后再进入 ATM机的内部。
现有的钞票偏斜校正装置如图 1和图 2所示,采用了循环校正的设计。 该钞票偏斜校正装置对钞票的偏斜进行校正的过程为: 钞票进入钞票偏斜 校正装置后, 被传送轮 007传送到纠偏轮 001, 在钞票传送通道 003上受 到来自于纠偏轮 001的、 平行于钞票传送通道 003的作用分力 3和垂直于 钞票传送通道 003的作用分力 F b。 在作用分力 F'a 用下, 钞票在钞票传送 通道 003上向前传送, 同时, 钞票在作用分力 F b作用下, 向基准壁 004— 壁 004为基准靠齐。 传感器 005用于检测钞票斜度。 如钞票的斜度未达到 要求, 则通过换向块 006的导向作用令钞票再次进入该钞票偏斜校正装置 中, 如此反复, 直至钞票的斜度达到要求后, 触发换向块 006动作, 改变 通道方向, 钞票被传送出偏斜校正装置, 即完成偏斜校正过程。
现有的钞票偏斜校正装置采用了三排单个排列的纠偏轮 001以及与纠 偏轮 001对应的被动压轮 002, 这样设计的目的是为了避免纠偏轮 001的 端顶角与基准壁 004接触而出现卡钞的情况, 但是这样的设计又带来了不 足: 小规格钞票(即长度和宽度都小的钞票)在纵向传送时, 由于小规格 钞票自身宽度小, 钞票移动到基准壁 004的移动距离就偏大, 同时, 由于 小规格钞票长度尺寸小, 纠偏轮 001作用于钞票的时间会缩短, 在以上两 原因的影响下, 小规格钞票会出现无法移动到基准壁 004—侧的情况, 现 有的钞票偏斜校正装置采用的循环校正设计虽然可以解决这个问题, 但是 基于循环校正的设计, 上一张钞票校正并离开偏斜校正装置后下一张钞票 才能进入偏斜校正装置, 导致了钞票传送的不连续。 钞票传送的不连续性 将会影响 ATM机的工作效率, 进而无法满足连续高速传送钞票功能需求。
综上所述,如何提供一种可以连续高速的传送多种规格的钞票的偏斜 校正装置是目前本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明提供了一种钞票偏斜校正装置, 可以连续高速地传 送多种规格的钞票。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种钞票偏斜校正装置, 包括:
内通道板和外通道板, 所述内通道板和外通道板之间形成钞票传送通 道;
基准壁, 其设置于所述内通道板和外通道板的一侧;
传送轮, 其位于所述钞票传送通道的入口处, 且设置于所述内通道板 或夕卜通道板上;
多个纠偏轮组, 其布置于所述内通道板或外通道板上, 每个所述纠偏 轮组包括至少一个纠偏轮, 且所述纠偏轮偏向所述基准壁;
传送侧轮, 其位于所述基准壁与所述多个纠偏轮组之间, 并与所述基 准壁平行, 且该传送侧轮轮缘线速度高于所述纠偏轮组的纠偏轮的轮缘线 速度。
优选的, 上述钞票偏斜校正装置中, 所述内通道板和外通道板外形均 呈圓弧形, 且其弧度小于 360° 。
优选的, 上述钞票偏斜校正装置中, 还包括传送浮动压轮, 其安装在 与传送轮相对的所述外通道板或内通道板上, 且与所述传送轮相对滚动接 触布置。
优选的, 上述钞票偏斜校正装置中, 还包括传送浮动压轮, 还包括纠 所述纠偏轮组的纠偏轮相对滚动接触布置。
优选的, 上述钞票偏斜校正装置中, 还包括传送浮动压轮, 所述传送 侧轮为多边形。

基于上述钞票偏斜校正装置, 本发明还提供了一种自动拒员机, 其包 括钞票偏斜校正装置, 所述钞票偏斜校正装置为上述任一项所述的钞票偏 斜校正装置。
本发明提供的钞票偏斜校正装置中, 传送侧轮在工作的过程中由于其 轮缘线速度高于所述纠偏轮组的纠偏轮的轮缘线速度, 在传送侧轮的作用 下钞票靠近传送侧轮的一侧比纠偏轮一侧的运动速度快, 根据钞票两侧的 速度差实现钞票的偏转, 实现了对钞票更为有效的校正, 更有效地防止钞 票靠近纠偏轮的前端顶角碰撞基准壁进而造成钞票卡堵现象, 同时钞票偏 斜校正装置中采用多个纠偏轮组且每个纠偏轮组中包括至少一个纠偏轮, 多个纠偏轮使得偏斜校正装置垂直于钞票传送通道的横向分力增大, 即使 小规格的钞票都能在横向分力的作用下到达基准壁。 基于此, 本发明提供 的钞票偏斜校正装置增大了偏斜校正效果,实现一次性地对钞票进行校正, 同时实现了对各种规格的钞票的校正, 因此本发明的钞票偏斜校正装置可 以连续高速地传送多种规格的钞票。

本发明的核心在于公开一种钞票偏斜校正装置, 用以连续高速的传送 多种规格的钞票。 本发明的另一核心在于公开一种具有上述偏斜校正装置 的自动拒员机。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术方案进 行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没 有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的 范围。
请参阅图 3和图 4, 图 3为本发明实施例所提供的钞票偏斜校正装置 的主视图, 图 4为本发明实施例所提供的钞票偏斜校正装置的侧视图。
本发明实施例公开的一种钞票偏斜校正装置, 包括内通道板 008和外 通道板 009, 基准壁 008a, 传送轮 011 , 纠偏轮组 014和传送侧轮 019。
其中内通道板 008和外通道板 009之间形成钞票传送通道, 钞票在钞 票传送通道内进行传送。
基准壁 008a设置于内通道板 008和外通道板 009的一侧,钞票在钞票 传送通道内向前进行传送的同时, 又以基准壁 008a为基准靠齐, 本发明实 施例提供的钞票偏斜校正装置校正钞票的斜度是依靠基准壁 008a为基准, 钞票的侧边靠齐基准壁 008a来达到对齐的效果,因此钞票必须完全移动到 基准壁 008a—侧。
传送轮 011 , 位于所述钞票传送通道的入口 1处, 且设置于内通道板 008或外通道板 009上; 多个纠偏轮组 014布置于所述内通道板 008或外 通道板 009上, 每个纠偏轮组包括至少一个纠偏轮, 且纠偏轮偏向所述基 准壁 008a。 纠偏轮组 014中各个纠偏轮偏向基准壁 008a安装, 且纠偏轮 组 014中各个纠偏轮的安装角度 Θ相同, 安装角度 Θ为纠偏轮所在平面与 基准壁 008a所在平面的夹角。 这样可以使钞票向基准壁 008a方向移动, 纠偏轮安装角度 Θ与偏斜校正装置设计规格以钞票规格的最小规格来确 定。

其中 3为钞票分速度; 为钞票在钞票传送通道上的传送速度; V为 纠偏轮组 014中纠偏轮的传送速度; S为钞票在偏斜校正装置中传送轮 011 到通道轮 023 钞票传送方向上的长度; L为钞票在偏斜校正装置中钞票垂 直钞票传送通道移动的距离; \¥1为偏斜校正装置的宽度规格; W2为最小规 格钞票宽度。 最小) 的钞票从偏斜校正装置基准侧对应的一侧移动到基准侧, T时间为 传送侧轮 019, 其位于基准壁 008a与所述纠偏轮组 014之间, 安装在 转动轴 017的一端, 转动轴 017的另一端配置了传动带轮 018, 传动带轮 018提供动力给转动轴 017。 传送侧轮 019与基准壁 008a平行, 且传送侧 轮 019轮缘线速度高于纠偏轮组 014的纠偏轮的轮缘线速度。 当钞票发生 褶皱或翻边无法向前传送时, 由于传送侧轮 019的轮缘线速度比纠偏轮组 014 的纠偏轮轮缘线速度快, 所以钞票两侧的传送速度不相同, 钞票在传 送侧轮 019—侧比纠偏轮组 014—侧的传送速度快, 钞票就会向远离基准 壁 008a—侧偏转,当钞票靠基准壁 008a的侧边转到与基准壁 008a靠齐后, 钞票侧边受到基准壁 008a的阻挡,即使在传送侧轮 019的作用下钞票也不 会再发生偏转, 从而达到校正效果。
本发明提供的钞票偏斜校正装置中, 传送侧轮在工作的过程中由于其 轮缘的线速度高于所述纠偏轮组的纠偏轮的轮缘线速度, 在传送侧轮的作 用下钞票靠近传送侧轮的一侧比纠偏轮一侧的运动速度快, 根据钞票两侧 的速度差实现钞票的偏转, 实现了对钞票更为有效的校正, 更有效地防止 钞票靠近纠偏轮的前端顶角碰撞基准壁进而造成钞票卡堵现象, 同时钞票 偏斜校正装置中采用多个纠偏轮组且每个纠偏轮组中包括至少一个纠偏 轮, 多个纠偏轮使得偏斜校正装置垂直于钞票传送通道的横向分力增大, 即使小规格的钞票都能在横向分力的作用下到达基准壁。 基于此, 本发明 提供的钞票偏斜校正装置增大了偏斜校正效果, 实现一次性地对钞票进行 校正, 同时实现了对各种规格的钞票的校正, 因此本发明的钞票偏斜校正 装置可以连续高速地传送多种规格的钞票。
为了进一步优化上述技术效果, 如图 4所示, 内通道板 008和外通道 板 009外形均呈圓弧形, 且其弧度小于 360。 。 现有的钞票偏斜校正装置 外形为一个封闭的圓形, 基于采用循环校正的方法, 上一张钞票校正并离 开偏斜校正装置后下一张钞票才能进入偏斜校正装置。 本发明由于不同规 格的钞票均能在偏斜校正装置中实现向基准壁 008a靠齐,达到一次性完成 偏斜校正的效果, 因此本发明不需要采用钞票循环校正的方法, 本装置设 计的外形为圓弧形, 且其弧度小于 360° 。
本发明的钞票偏斜校正装置还包括传送浮动压轮 013 , 其安装在与传 送轮 011相对的外通道板 009或内通道板 008上, 且传送浮动压轮 013与 传送轮 011相对滚动接触布置。 还包括纠偏浮动压轮 020, 其安装在与纠 偏轮相对的外通道板 009或内通道板 008上, 且与纠偏轮组 014的纠偏轮 相对滚动接触布置。 若传送轮 011安装在内通道板 008上, 内通道板 008 内部需要具备配置动力源以及相关传送结构的空间, 相应的, 传送浮动压 安装在外通道板 009上, 内通道板 008内部需要具备配置动力源以及相关 道板 008上。传送浮动压轮 013在弹簧力的拉紧作用下,始终与传送轮 011 滚动接触, 压紧钞票, 达到传送钞票的作用。 同理, 纠偏浮动压轮 020与 本发明的钞票偏斜校正装置中传送侧轮 019为多边形。 参考图 5- 7, 图 5为本发明实施例所提供的图 3中沿 A-A线剖示图,传送侧轮压挤钞票 时对钞票施加作用力时的工作状态; 图 6为本发明实施例所提供的图 3中 沿 A-A线剖示图, 传送侧轮避让钞票使钞票顺利靠齐基准壁的工作状态; 图 7为本发明实施例所提供的传送侧轮外形图。
由于钞票要移向基准壁 008a必须经过传送侧轮 019, 本发明将传送侧 轮 019设计成多边形。 如图 5所示, 当传送侧轮 019与钞票接触时, 传送 侧轮 019的最大直径处的圓弧面 3比外通道板 009的内侧通道圓弧面 4低, 传送侧轮 019下压钞票的同时也给钞票提供了向基准壁 008a移动的阻力, 因此钞票不再向基准壁 008a移动; 如图 6所示, 当传送侧轮 019的最大直 径处的圓弧面 3离开钞票后, 由于传送侧轮 019多边形的边 5与钞票接触 之间留有一定的空隙, 不会与钞票接触, 传送侧轮 019则不再阻止钞票向 基准壁 008a靠齐。这样传送侧轮 019既可以对钞票加以传送方向上的传动 力, 也可以不阻挡钞票向基准壁 008a移动。 如图 7所示, 传送侧轮 019 为五边形, 传送侧轮 019的设计可不限于五边形。 传送侧轮 019可以采用 橡胶材料制作, 以增强传送侧轮 019与钞票之间的摩擦力, 提高装置对钞 票的传送效率。
参考图 3 , 本发明的钞票偏斜校正装置纠偏轮组 014的组数为四组, 且沿所述钞票传送通道的入口向远离该入口的方向依次布置。 靠近传送轮 011的纠偏轮组 014的纠偏轮的数量为两个或两个以上。 纠偏轮组 014位 于钞票传送通道中部, 纠偏轮组 014的组数为四组, 分别为第一纠偏轮组 014a, 第二纠偏轮组 014b, 第三纠偏轮组 014c, 第四纠偏轮组 014d, 靠 近所述传送轮 011的纠偏轮组,即第一纠偏轮组 014a的纠偏轮的数量为两 个或两个以上。通过带轮 015 ,动力传送给第二纠偏轮组 014b后,第二纠偏 轮的转动速度和方向相同。 需要指出的是, 与传送轮 011接近的一组纠偏 轮中纠偏轮的数量也可以是 1个, 但是, 如果传送轮 011接近的一组纠偏 轮中只配置一个纠偏轮, 在单个纠偏轮的夹持作用下, 钞票以该夹持点为 中心可能会发生比较大的偏转, 导致钞票不能有效校正。 所以传送轮 011 接近的第一纠偏轮组 014a中优选配置 2个或 2个以上纠偏轮,这样的设置 可以保证不同规格大小的钞票在进入纠偏轮组 014夹持时, 可以有多个纠 偏轮同时作用于钞票, 以防止单个纠偏轮的作用于钞票时导致的钞票偏转 过大, 使钞票有效校正而离开校正装置出口 2。
在多个纠偏轮作用下, 钞票受到垂直于钞票传送通道的力 Fa增大, 可 以保证最小规格的钞票能在偏斜校正装置中实现靠齐基准壁 008a, 达到一 次性完成偏斜校正的效果。
参考图 3 , 本发明的钞票偏斜校正装置传送轮 011为多个, 其设置于 垂直于纸币传输方向的驱动轴 010上且沿该驱动轴 010等距间隔布置。 传 送轮 011上设置有驱动钞票向远离所述基准壁 008a的一侧移动的螺纹。传 送轮 011的轮子外圓面配置了具备一定螺旋升角的螺旋凸缘, 根据传送轮 011螺旋的配置方向, 钞票向远离基准壁 008a的一侧移动, 因此, 传送轮 011 有对钞票的歪斜程度进行适当调整的作用, 所述调整既能够预先防止 钞票的边角过早接触基准壁 008a而引起的翻边,又可以为钞票的后续移动 提供空间。
优选的,基准壁 008a与内通道板 008设计为一体式结构,从而可以消 除基准壁 008a与内通道板 008之间存在对接缝隙导致的卡钞情况。
本发明实施例公开的一种自动拒员机, 包括钞票偏斜校正装置,其中, 该钞票偏斜校正装置为如上实施例所述的钞票偏斜校正装置。 本发明提供 的自动拒员机, 由于采用上述钞票偏斜校正装置, 同样具有上述技术效果, 本文不再赘述。
综上所述, 本发明实施例公开了一种钞票偏斜校正装置的工作过程: 请参阅图 4和图 8-11 , 图 8为本发明实施例所提供的传送轮配置位置 特征图以及一钞票状态校正过程图; 图 9为本发明实施例所提供的钞票第 一种状态进入偏斜校正装置校正过程图以及校正过程中钞票受力分析图; 图 10 为本发明实施例所提供的钞票第二种状态进入偏斜校正装置校正过 程图以及校正过程中钞票受力分析图;图 11为本发明实施例所提供的钞票 第三种状态进入偏斜校正装置校正过程图以及校正过程中钞票受力分析 图。
如图 4所示, 钞票经过分钞滚轮 021后, 被连续一张一张的分开, 经 过传送装置 022后, 以相同的间隔排列在钞票传送通道上进入偏斜校正装 置。 钞票在进入偏斜校正装置后, 被偏斜校正装置入口处的钞票传送路径 上配置的一排传送轮 011和与传送轮 011对应配置在通道另一侧的传送浮 动压轮 013夹持, 如图 8所示的钞票在传送轮 011的作用力 F1的作用下, 根据传送轮 011上螺纹的配置方向, 钞票移向远离基准壁 008a的一侧。
如图 9、 图 10、 图 11所示为钞票不同的形态进入偏斜校正装置纠偏轮 组 014处。 以下描述均以图 9所示极限位置来说明, 图 10、 图 11一般现 有偏斜校正装置都能解决的钞票状态不予以特别说明。 如图 9中钞票状态 c, 钞票在进入偏斜校正装置后, 入口处螺旋传动轮 011如未能使钞票偏斜 顶角离开侧壁。 钞票如图 9 中 c所示形态进入偏斜校正装置纠偏轮组 014 处, 钞票处在纠偏轮组 014的夹持分力 Fa作用下开始向基准靠齐, 由于此 时钞票已与基准壁接触, 受到基准壁的阻力 f。 钞票由于受到纠偏轮 014的 横向分力 Fa的作用继续向基准壁移动, 如此下去, 钞票顶角在刚性不足的 情况下就会发生褶皱和翻边, 以致卡堵。 设计成多边形的传送侧轮 019就 会将钞票靠近基准壁的一侧向下压, 此处理可以使钞票接触基准壁 008a的 顶角松动, 当顶角松动后阻力 f消失, 由于传送侧轮 019下压钞票的同时也 给钞票提供了向基准壁 008a移动的阻力 Γ, 钞票不再向基准壁 008a移动, 此时由于传送侧轮 019轮缘线速度大于纠偏轮轮缘线速度, 即 V^V^ 钞 票就可以产生偏斜, 钞票顶角就会逐步离开基准壁 008a。 钞票顶角离开基 准壁 008a后, 钞票同时受到纠偏轮组 014和传送侧轮 019的作用, 由于传 送侧轮 019轮缘线速度比纠偏轮轮缘线速度快, 导致钞票两侧的传送速度 不相同, 钞票在传送侧轮 019—侧比纠偏轮一侧的传送速度快,

钞票就会发生偏转, 当钞票靠基准壁 008a的侧边转到与基准壁 008a靠齐 后, 离开偏斜校正装置。

Claims

1、 一种钞票偏斜校正装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
内通道板 (008)和外通道板(009), 所述内通道板 (008)和外通道 板( 009 )之间形成钞票传送通道;
基准壁(008a), 其设置于所述内通道板 (008)和外通道板 (009)的 一侧;
传送轮(011 ), 其位于所权述钞票传送通道的入口处, 且设置于所述内 通道板 ( 008 )或外通道板 (009)上;

多个纠偏轮组(014),其布置于所 1 述内通道板(008)或外通道板(009)

上, 每个所述纠偏轮组包括至少一个纠要偏轮, 且所述纠偏轮偏向所述基准 壁 (008a); 求
传送侧轮( 019 ),其位于所述基准壁( 008a )与所述多个纠偏轮组( 014 ) 之间, 并与所述基准壁(008a)平行, 且该传送侧轮(019)轮缘线速度高 于所述纠偏轮组(014) 的纠偏轮的轮缘线速度。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的钞票偏斜校正装置, 其特征在于, 所述内通 道板 (008)和外通道板 (009)外形均呈圓弧形, 且其弧度小于 360。 。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的钞票偏斜校正装置, 其特征在于, 还包括传 送浮动压轮( 013 ), 其安装在与传送轮 ( 011 )相对的所述外通道板 ( 009 ) 或内通道板 (008)上, 且与所述传送轮 (011)相对滚动接触布置。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的钞票偏斜校正装置, 其特征在于, 还包括纠 道板 (008 )上, 且与所述纠偏轮组(014) 的纠偏轮相对滚动接触布置。
5、根据权利要求 1所述的钞票偏斜校正装置, 其特征在于, 所述传送 侧轮(019) 为多边形。
6、根据权利要求 1所述的钞票偏斜校正装置, 其特征在于, 所述纠偏 轮组( 014 )的组数为四组, 且沿所述钞票传送通道的入口向远离该入口的 方向依次布置。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的钞票偏斜校正装置, 其特征在于, 靠近所述 传送轮(011 ) 的纠偏轮组(014) 的纠偏轮的数量为两个或两个以上。
8、根据权利要求 1所述的钞票偏斜校正装置, 其特征在于, 所述传送 轮(011 ) 为多个, 其设置于垂直于纸币传输方向的驱动轴 (010 )上且沿 该驱动轴(010 )等距间隔布置。
9、根据权利要求 1所述的钞票偏斜校正装置, 其特征在于, 所述传送 轮( 011 )上设置有驱动钞票向远离所述基准壁( 008a )的一侧移动的螺纹。
10、 一种自动拒员机, 包括钞票偏斜校正装置, 其特征在于, 所述钞 票偏斜校正装置为如权利要求 1-9任一项所述的钞票偏斜校正装置。
