Description

扶手装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种扶手,特别涉及一种成本低、结构稳固、简单、使用过程中不会出现异响及回落损伤且使用方便、外形美观、使用舒适的扶手装置。
背景技术
为了保证乘座者乘座交通工具时的舒适性,需要在客车座椅上安装扶手装置。目前车辆上的扶手装置,其结构一般为:包括扶手注塑件及扶手固定件,扶手注塑件与扶手固定件通过铰链机构连接。采用上述铰链机构连接的扶手装置,一方面,当将扶手注塑件从收合位置转到使用位置或从使用位置转到收合位置时都会产生异响,且会固定位置不牢固,常常发生回落现象;另一方面,扶手的铰链机构容易损坏,使用寿命短,且拆卸不方便。
技术问题
本发明为了解决现有技术的不足而提供一种结构稳固、使用寿命长、使用过程中不会出现异响及回落损伤且使用方便的扶手装置 。
技术解决方案
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:扶手装置,包括扶手注塑件及扶手固定件,扶手注塑件通过绕转机构可转动地连接在扶手固定件上,其特征在于:所述的绕转机构包括一界定在扶手注塑件上可使扶手注塑件改变其与扶手固定件的相对位置的滑槽、一通过固定螺栓固定在扶手注塑件上的滑道钣金件、一可在滑道内作相对滑动的绕转螺栓及一可将扶手注塑件固定处在收合位置或使用位置的绕转限位固定件。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述的绕转螺栓上套装有一个转轴套,这样可防止绕转螺栓与滑道钣金件摩擦碰撞产生噪音。
作为本发明的再一改进,所述的绕转限位固定件包括转轴螺栓、设在扶手固定件上的且当扶手注塑件转动到收合位置或使用位置可进行对应卡位的限位孔及设置在扶手注塑件的绕转轴附近的小孔,所述的小孔内装有金属套,金属套内设有一压缩弹簧、一钢珠及可旋入弹簧一端的内螺栓。

本 发明所取得的有益效果 :本发明包括扶手注塑件及扶手固定件,扶手注塑件通过绕转机构可转动地连接在扶手固定件上,绕转机构包括一界定在扶手注塑件上可使扶手注塑件改变其与扶手固定件的相对位置的滑槽、一通过固定螺栓固定在扶手注塑件上的滑道钣金件、一可在滑道内作相对滑动的绕转螺栓及一可将扶手注塑件固定处在收合位置或使用位置的绕转限位固定件,绕转限位固定件包含钢珠及对钢珠进行卡位的限位孔,当转动扶手注塑件,扶手注塑件绕着绕转螺栓转动,扶手注塑件与扶手固定件的相对位置改变,当扶手注塑件转动到扶手使用位置时,内螺栓挤压弹簧,弹簧将钢珠压入使用位置的限位孔,与使用位置限位孔卡紧,当要收合时,钢珠滑出使用位置限位孔,压缩弹簧,当注塑件转动到扶手收合位置时,内螺栓挤压弹簧,弹簧将钢珠压入收合位置的限位孔,与收合位置限位孔卡紧,使用过程中不会出现异响及回落损伤且使用方便、使用寿命长 。

本发明的最佳实施方式
参见图1及图2 本发明的扶手装置,包括扶手注塑件1及扶手固定件2,扶手注塑件1通过绕转机构可转动地连接在扶手固定件2上,所述的绕转机构包括一界定在扶手注塑件上可使扶手注塑件改变其与扶手固定件的相对位置的滑槽3、一通过固定螺栓固定在扶手注塑件上的滑道钣金件4、一可在滑道内作相对滑动的绕转螺栓5、及一可将扶手注塑件固定处在收合位置或使用位置的绕转限位固定件。
参见图1,所述的绕转螺栓5上套装有一个转轴套6,这样可防止绕转螺栓与滑道钣金件摩擦碰撞产生噪音。
参见图2,所述的绕转限位固定件包括转轴螺栓7、设在扶手固定件上的且当扶手注塑件转动到收合位置或使用位置可进行对应卡位的限位孔8及设置在扶手注塑件的绕转轴附近的小孔9,所述的小孔9内装有金属套10,金属套10内设有一压缩弹簧11、一钢珠12及可旋入弹簧一端的内螺栓13。金属套与扶手注塑件一起注塑,这样它就可以很好的固定在扶手注塑件上,然后依次放入钢珠12,压缩弹簧11,然后用内螺栓13压缩弹簧,将钢珠锁定在金属套10的一端,用钢珠12和扶手固定件上的限位孔8配合旋转时的圆弧行程从而起到'限位'的作用。
使用时,转动扶手注塑件,扶手注塑件绕着绕转螺栓转动,扶手注塑件与扶手固定件的相对位置改变,当扶手注塑件转动到扶手使用位置时,内螺栓挤压弹簧,弹簧将钢珠压入使用位置的限位孔,与使用位置限位孔卡紧,当要收合时,钢珠滑出使用位置限位孔,压缩弹簧,当注塑件转动到扶手收合位置时,内螺栓挤压弹簧,弹簧将钢珠压入收合位置的限位孔,与收合位置限位孔卡紧。

  1. 扶手装置,包括扶手注塑件及扶手固定件,扶手注塑件通过绕转机构可转动地连接在扶手固定件上,其特征在于:所述的绕转机构包括一界定在扶手注塑件上可使扶手注塑件改变其与扶手固定件的相对位置的滑槽、一通过固定螺栓固定在扶手注塑件上的滑道钣金件、一可在滑道内作相对滑动的绕转螺栓及一可将扶手注塑件固定处在收合位置或使用位置的绕转限位固定件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的扶手装置,其特征在于:所述的绕转螺栓上套装有可防止绕转螺栓与滑道钣金件摩擦碰撞产生噪音的转轴套。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的扶手装置,其特征在于:所述的绕转限位固定件包括转轴螺栓、设在扶手固定件上的且当扶手注塑件转动到收合位置或使用位置可进行对应卡位的限位孔及设置在扶手注塑件的绕转轴附近的小孔,所述的小孔内装有金属套,金属套内设有一压缩弹簧、一钢珠及可旋入弹簧一端的内螺栓。
