背景技术
日常生活中，常常采用各种快速工具夹夹持、剪切、固定各种物体，快速工具夹一般由主杆、固定座、固定夹头、活动座、活动夹头构成，活动座上带有把手与扳机，扳机一般由活动销紧固在活动座上，现有的工具夹由于扳机与把手的位置设置不够合理，加上没有限位装置，扳机极易松动，而且扳机与把手间容易夹手，不够安全方便，使用效果也往往不够理想。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足，提供一种结构合理、使用方便、安全可靠的工具夹。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种工具夹，包括主杆、固定座、活动座，固定座上设有固定夹头，活动座上装有活动夹头，活动座上设有把手与扳机，扳机由活动销固定在活动座上，其特征在于：扳机一侧的活动座上设有滑动挡片，并带有滑动挡片限位筋，活动座外围有扳机限位筋顶住扳机，使活动座与扳机之间没有间隙，不易夹手，扳机在扳动过程中滑动挡片将扳机限位；扳机另一侧的活动座上有与扳机形状相吻合的圆弧限位块，并带有扳机后限位筋。
本实用新型工具夹的扳机两侧由于均设置了限位装置，扳机与活动座间没有间隙，扳机与把手间保持适当的距离，扳机扳动过程中既不会太松动，也不会夹手。本实用新型结构合理，安全可靠，使用方便，效果理想。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，一种工具夹，包括主杆1、固定座2、活动座3，固定座上有固定夹头4，活动座3上有活动夹头5，活动座3上设有把手6与扳机7，扳机7由活动销8固定在活动座3上，其特征在于：扳机7一侧的活动座3上设有滑动挡片9，并带有滑动挡片限位筋11，活动座3外围有扳机限位筋10顶住扳机7，使活动座3与扳机7之间没有间隙，不易夹手，扳机在扳动过程中滑动挡片9将扳机7限位，扳机不易松动；扳机7另一侧的活动座3上有与扳机形状相吻合的圆弧限位块12，并带有扳机后限位筋13，圆弧限位块12可以使扳机在夹紧过程中的强度更好，也能增强活动座的强度。
本实用新型的活动座3上有一圆弧缺口14，圆弧缺口与扳机相应位置圆弧为同心圆弧，从而使扳机7在板动过程中，实现无间隙运动，防止夹手。
本实用新型的扳机7与把手6间设有活动空间，扳机7与把手6夹紧后距离一般在13-17mm，不致夹手。
本实用新型的滑动挡片9为滑动铁片。

1.一种工具夹，包括主杆(1)、固定座(2)、活动座(3)，固定座上有固定夹头(4)，活动座(3)上有活动夹头(5)，活动座(3)上设有把手(6)与扳机(7)，扳机(7)由活动销(8)固定在活动座(3)上，其特征在于：扳机(7)一侧的活动座(3)上设有滑动挡片(9)，并带有滑动挡片限位筋(11)，活动座(3)外围有扳机限位筋(10)顶住扳机(7)；扳机(7)另一侧的活动座(3)上有与扳机形状相吻合的圆弧限位块(12)，并带有扳机后限位筋(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工具夹，其特征在于：活动座(3)上有一圆弧缺口(14)，圆弧缺口与扳机相应位置圆弧为同心圆弧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的工具夹，其特征在于：扳机(7)与把手(6)间设有活动空间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的工具夹，其特征在于：滑动挡片(9)为滑动铁片。
