已有的气动扳手，特别是不单独设有握把的直把式全自动气动扳手，手臂与气动扳手垂直，直接握持于机身，操作时不用力握持就会有机身脱手及被供气管缠绕的危险，存在不安全及作业时手及腕部易疲劳的缺点。
