Claims (22)
- 製品に共通して存在する基準部位と、前記基準部位を基準として相対的な位置にあらかじめ決定される前記製品の所定照合領域とを少なくとも含む画像を撮像する第1の撮像手段と、
前記第1の撮像手段で撮像された画像から、前記基準部位を検出し、検出した基準部位を基準とした前記照合領域の画像特徴を抽出する製品特徴抽出手段と、
前記抽出された製品の照合領域の画像特徴が記憶される記憶手段と、
照合対象の製品の前記基準部位と、前記基準部位を基準とした前記製品の所定照合領域とを少なくとも含む画像を撮像する第2の撮像手段と、
前記第2の撮像手段で撮像された画像から、照合対象の製品の基準部位を検出し、前記基準部位を基準とした照合領域の画像特徴を抽出する照合対象製品特徴抽出手段と、
前記記憶されている画像特徴と、前記照合対象の製品の照合領域の画像特徴とを照合する照合・検索手段と
を有する照合・検索システム。 - 前記基準部位は、製品に貼付、印刷、刻印、焼印された製品の商標、ロゴ、製造者名、製造会社、ブランド名、製品名、製品番号である
請求項1に記載の照合・検索システム。 - 前記製品特徴抽出手段及び前記照合対象製品特徴抽出手段は、前記基準部位の特徴と前記基準部位を基準とする照合領域の位置が予め記憶され、前記所定部位の特徴に基づいて前記撮像された画像から前記製品の所定部位を検出し、前記検出された所定部位を基準として照合領域の位置及び大きさ正規化して前記照合領域の画像特徴を抽出する
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の照合・検索システム。 - 前記製品が、皮革製品、金属加工部品、鋳造された樹脂、陶器部分を持つ工業製品である
請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の照合・検索システム。 - 前記記憶手段には、検索対象となる複数の製品について抽出された照合領域の複数の画像特徴と、前記製品に対応する管理情報とが対応付けられて記憶され、
前記照合・検索手段は、前記照合対象の製品の照合領域の画像特徴と最も類似する画像特徴を、前記記憶されている複数の画像特徴から検索し、最も類似する画像特徴に対応する製品の管理情報を出力する
請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の照合・検索システム。 - 生産者又は流通業者から生産又は出荷された製品と、照合対象の製品とを照合する照合サーバであって、
製品に共通して存在する基準部位を基準として相対的な位置にあらかじめ決定される前記製品の所定照合領域の画像特徴が記憶される記憶手段と、
照合対象の製品の画像を受信し、受信した画像から製品の基準部位を検出し、前記基準部位を基準とした照合領域の画像特徴を抽出する照合対象製品特徴抽出手段と、
前記記憶されている画像特徴と、前記照合対象の製品の照合領域の画像特徴とを照合する照合手段と
を有する照合・検索サーバ。 - 生産者又は流通業者から生産又は出荷される製品の画像を受信し、受信した画像から製品の基準部位を検出し、前記基準部位を基準とした照合領域の画像特徴を抽出し、抽出した照合領域の画像特徴を、前記記憶手段に登録する製品特徴抽出手段を有する
請求項6に記載の照合・検索サーバ。 - 前記製品特徴抽出手段及び前記照合対象製品特徴抽出手段は、前記基準部位の特徴と前記基準部位を基準とする照合領域の位置が予め記憶され、前記所定部位の特徴に基づいて前記撮像された画像から前記製品の所定部位を検出し、前記検出された所定部位を基準として照合領域の位置及び大きさ正規化して前記照合領域の画像特徴を抽出する
請求項6又は請求項7に記載の照合・検索サーバ。 - 前記記憶手段には、検索対象となる複数の製品について抽出された照合領域の複数の画像特徴と、前記製品に対応する管理情報とが対応付けられて記憶され、
前記照合・検索手段は、前記照合対象の製品の照合領域の画像特徴と最も類似する画像特徴を、前記記憶されている複数の画像特徴から検索し、最も類似する画像特徴に対応する製品の管理情報を出力する
請求項6から請求項8のいずれかに記載の照合・検索サーバ。 - 生産者又は流通業者から生産又は出荷される製品、並びに、照合対象の製品の画像から、前記製品に共通して存在する基準部位を検出し、前記検出した基準部位を基準として相対的な位置にあらかじめ決定される照合領域の画像特徴を抽出する特徴抽出手段を有する
画像特徴抽出装置。 - 前記特徴抽出手段は、前記基準部位の特徴と前記基準部位を基準とする照合領域の位置が予め記憶され、前記所定部位の特徴に基づいて前記撮像された画像から前記製品の所定部位を検出し、前記検出された所定部位を基準として照合領域の位置及び大きさ正規化して前記照合領域の画像特徴を抽出する
請求項10に記載の画像特徴抽出装置。 - 前記照合領域の画像特徴を、照合サーバに送信する送信手段を有する
請求項10又は請求項11に記載の画像特徴抽出装置。 - 製品に対して同一のパターンで形成された所定部位を基準部位とし、
前記基準部位に対して相対的に一定の位置に存在する領域を照合領域とし、
前記照合領域における製品の画像特徴を製品の照合・検索に用いる
照合・検索方法。 - 製品に共通して存在する基準部位と、前記基準部位を基準として相対的な位置にあらかじめ決定される前記製品の所定照合領域とを少なくとも含む画像を撮像し、
前記撮像された画像から、前記基準部位を検出し、検出した基準部位を基準とした前記照合領域の画像特徴を抽出し、
前記抽出された製品の照合領域の画像特徴を記憶し、
照合対象の製品の前記基準部位と、前記基準部位を基準とした前記製品の所定照合領域とを少なくとも含む画像を撮像し、
前記撮像された画像から、照合対象の製品の基準部位を検出し、前記基準部位を基準とした照合領域の画像特徴を抽出し、
前記記憶されている画像特徴と、前記照合対象の製品の照合領域の画像特徴とを照合する
請求項13に記載の照合・検索方法。 - 前記基準部位は、製品に貼付、印刷、刻印、焼印された製品の商標、ロゴ、製造者名、製造会社、ブランド名、製品名、製品番号である
請求項13又は請求項14に記載の照合・検索方法。 - 前記画像特徴の抽出は、前記基準部位の特徴と前記基準部位を基準とする照合領域の位置が予め記憶しておき、前記所定部位の特徴に基づいて前記撮像された画像から前記製品の所定部位を検出し、前記検出された所定部位を基準として照合領域の位置及び大きさ正規化して前記照合領域の画像特徴を抽出する
請求項13又は請求項15に記載の照合・検索方法。 - 検索対象となる複数の製品について抽出された照合領域の複数の画像特徴と、前記製品に対応する管理情報とを対応付けて記憶しておき、
前記照合対象の製品の照合領域の画像特徴と最も類似する画像特徴を、前記記憶されている複数の画像特徴から検索し、最も類似する画像特徴に対応する製品の管理情報を出力する
請求項13から請求項16のいずれかに記載の照合・検索方法。 - 前記製品が、皮革製品、金属加工部品、鋳造された樹脂、陶器部分を持つ工業製品である
請求項13から請求項17のいずれかに記載の照合・検索方法。 - コンピュータに、生産者又は流通業者から生産又は出荷される製品、並びに、照合対象の製品の画像から、前記製品に共通して存在する基準部位を検出し、前記検出した基準部位を基準として相対的な位置にあらかじめ決定される照合領域の画像特徴を抽出する処理を実行させるプログラム。
- コンピュータに、前記照合対象の製品の照合領域の画像特徴と、予め記憶された製品の照合領域の画像特徴とを照合する処理を実行させる請求項19に記載のプログラム。
- コンピュータに、検索対象となる複数の製品について抽出された照合領域の複数の画像特徴と、前記製品に対応する管理情報とが対応付けられて記憶されているデータベースから、前記照合対象の製品の照合領域の画像特徴と最も類似する画像特徴を、前記記憶されている複数の画像特徴から検索し、最も類似する画像特徴に対応する製品の管理情報を出力する処理を実行させる
請求項18から請求項19のいずれかに記載のプログラム。 - 生産者又は流通業者から生産又は出荷される製品、並びに、照合対象の製品の画像から、前記製品に共通して存在する基準部位を検出し、前記検出した基準部位を基準として相対的な位置にあらかじめ決定される照合領域の画像特徴を抽出する特徴抽出手段と、
予め記憶されている画像特徴と、前記照合対象の製品の照合領域の画像特徴とを照合する照合手段と
