Description

耳装飾用台座シート
　本発明は、装飾物を耳に固定するための台座となる耳に貼り付けるシートに関する。
　本願の出願人は下記特許文献１において、耳にビーズなどの装飾品を貼り付けるための台座となる耳垂から耳輪に至る粘着シートを提案している。また、下記特許文献２には台座となるシートに装飾品を貼り付けた粘着シートが示されている。

　ところで、このような耳に貼り付けるシート体が耳輪に長い範囲で沿うような形状である場合、装飾物やシート自体の重みで上側から剥がれてくることが多くある。また、これを防ぐために粘着材を強くすると皮膚によくない影響を与えることになる。
　本発明は、このような問題に鑑み、装飾物を耳に貼り付けるための台座となるシートを特に耳輪の上側から下側にかけて貼り付ける場合に、上方から剥がれにくくすることを課題とする。
　上記問題を解決するために、本発明は次のような構成を有する。
　本発明は、耳輪の少なくとも一部に沿う湾曲形状を有し、耳輪に装着されるシート体と、耳介または耳輪の裏面の少なくとも一部に装着される保持部材と、シート体と保持部材との間をシート体の上方前端部または耳輪の頂部に相当する位置近傍において連結する連結部とを備え、シート体において耳の装飾品の装着を可能とする耳装飾用台座シートである。なお、シート体は耳輪に貼りついた状態において顔側を前、後頭部側を後ろとする。
　保持部材は、連結部を介してシート体の上方前端部に連結される耳介の裏側に引っ掛ける形状を有するフックであるとよい。シート体のフック側の面は粘着層が形成されるとともに、当該粘着層に対して剥離容易に形成された剥離シートが当該粘着層に貼り付けられてもよい。
　湾曲したシート体の外縁及び／又は内縁には、少なくとも１以上の切れ込みが設けられるとよい。切れ込みはＶ字状の形状であるとよいが、Ｕ字状であってもよいし、矩形状であってもよい。
　また、装飾用台座シートにおいて、シート体の耳輪頂部に沿う位置近傍に、耳輪に引っ掛ける形状を有する補助フックが設けられてもよい。
　シート体はエラストマーにより形成されると好適である。シート体は、耳輪から耳垂までに沿う形状を有する。さらに、シート体の耳垂に対応する位置には複数の貫通孔が設けられると好適である。
　なお、連結部がシート体の上方前端部に設けられ、保持部材は耳介または耳輪の裏面の一部に貼り付ける第２のシート体であってもよい。また、連結部が耳輪の頂部に相当する位置近傍に設けられ、保持部材は耳介または耳輪の裏面の一部に貼り付ける第２のシート体であってもよい。
　以上のような構成により、本発明は次のような効果を奏する。
　本発明は、耳輪に貼り付けるシート体が保持部により固定されるので、シート体が上側端部から剥がれることを抑制することができる。特にシート体において剥がれやすい上側の端部である前端部においてフックにより荷重を受けることで、シート体が上側端部から剥がれることを抑制することができる。
　また、シート体に粘着層が設けられると共に、剥離シートを粘着層に貼り付けておくことで、使用に際して剥離シートを剥がして粘着層を表出させて耳にシート体を貼り付けることができ、使用時に粘着剤をシート体に塗る必要なく、また、剥離シートにより収納、運搬時は、粘着層が他のものに触れて引っ付くことがない。
　さらに、シート体の湾曲した外縁や内縁に例えばＶ字状の切れ込みを設けることで、シート体の曲がり具合を切れ込みの角度を変えることで適宜調節することができ、多くの異なる形状の耳輪に柔軟にシート体を合わせて貼り付けることができる。
　また、シート体の耳輪頂部に沿う位置近傍に耳輪に引っ掛ける補助フックを設けることで、耳輪に貼り付けたときに、シート体の最も高い位置に存する部分近傍が補助フックにより固定されるので、シート体が上側から剥がれることを、さらに抑制することができる。
　シート体をエラストマーにより形成することで、シート体の曲がり具合を適宜調節することができるので、やはり、多くの異なる形状の耳輪に柔軟にシート体を合わせて貼り付けることができる。さらに、シート体を耳垂にまで至らせることで耳の外周縁部全体を装飾することができる。
　またさらに、耳垂部分のシート体に複数の貫通孔を設けることで、ピアスホールの位置に合わせることができる貫通孔が選びやすくなり、ピアスとシート体とを併用できる確率を高めることができる。

　実施例１を図面を参照して詳細に説明する。
　図１（ａ）に本実施形態に係る耳装飾用台座シートＸの正面側からみた斜視図を示し、図１（ｂ）に耳装飾用台座シートＸの背面側からみた分解斜視図を示す。なお、耳装飾用台座シートＸは耳に固定したときに顔側を前方、後頭部側を後方とし、図１（ａ）においては左側が前方に該当する。また、ここで示すものは左耳用であるが、右耳用のものは対称に形成すればよいことはいうまでもない。耳装飾用台座シートＸは、シート体１０、保持部材であるフック２０、連結部２５、剥離シート３０を有する。
　シート体１０は、薄いシリコーンゴム性の透明なシート体からなり、耳輪の少なくとも一部に沿う湾曲形状を有し、耳輪に装着されるものである。図１の構成例では、耳の耳輪全体から耳垂の正面部分に貼り付けることができるように耳輪から耳垂に沿った形状、大きさに形成されている。なお、耳の大きさは人によって変わるので、耳装飾用台座シートＸはシート体１０の大きさが異なるものが複数種類用意される。また、シート体１０の耳輪に沿う湾曲した部分の内縁及び外縁には切れ込み１１が設けられている。切れ込み１１はＶ字状が好ましいが、Ｕ字状でも略矩形状でもよい。さらに、シート体１０の裏側の後述するフック２０に相対する面には、前面に渡って粘着層１２が形成されている。
　このシート体１０は、耳の装飾品の装着を可能とする部材となる。装飾品は特に限定されず、例えば、シート体１０の表面に貴金属、宝石類、模造宝石類、ガラス製装飾品、プラスチック製装飾品など多様なものがあり得る。
　フック２０は保持部材の構成例の一つであり、耳介または耳輪の裏面の少なくとも一部に装着されるものである。この構成例では、フック２０はシリコーンゴムにより形成され、耳介の裏側の耳の付け根近傍に引っ掛けることができるように、棒体をフック状に湾曲させたような形状を有する。フック２０の上方の端部は連結部２５を介してシート体１０の上方端部に一体に固定される。フック２０とシート体１０と連結部２５は成型時に一体に成型してもよく、接着剤で接着することで固定してもよい。
　連結部２５は、シート体１０と保持部材であるフック２０との間を、シート体１０の上方前端部または耳輪の頂部に相当する位置近傍において連結する部材である。図１の構成の連結部であれば、連結部２５を介して、シート体１０および保持部材であるフック２０が各々装着された状態において、シート体１０の装着姿勢の変化を防止するテンションを保持部材であるフック２０からシート体１０に伝達することができる。この構成例では連結部２５はシート体１０の上方前端部に設けられており、シート体１０の上方前端部においてフック２０がシート体１０に連結されている。
　剥離シート３０はシート体１０の平面形状と略同じ形状をした紙性のシートを耳垂に対応する部分３１と耳輪に対応する部分３２とに分断したものであり、シート体１０の粘着層１２に張り付けられるものである。剥離シート３０の粘着層１２に貼り付けられる側は剥離剤が塗布されており、粘着層１２に対して容易に剥がすことができるようになっている。
　次に、以上のような構成を有する耳装飾用台座シートＸの使用方法について説明する。使用者は、まず、フック２０を耳に掛け、この状態で剥離シート３０をシート体１０から剥がす。この際、シート体１０の粘着層１２が耳に着かないようにする。その後、シート体１０の上部前端側から耳輪に沿ってシート体１０を貼り付けていく。この際、シート体１０にはＶ字状の切れ込み１１が設けられ、また、シート体１０は伸縮性のあるシリコーンゴムにより形成されるので、耳輪の形状がシート体１０の形状と多少合致していなくても、適宜Ｖ字状の切れ込み１１の幅を変え、シート体１０を微少量伸縮させることで、シート体１０を貼り付けることができる。また、Ｖ字状の切れ込み１１があることによって、耳輪の正面から外側にはみ出した部分があっても、その部分を容易に耳輪の側周面側に折り曲げることができる。このようにして、シート体１０を耳輪から耳垂にかけて貼り付けが終了し図２に示すような状態となったら、シート体１０の表面にビーズや宝石、造花などの装飾物を接着剤により貼り付けて耳の装飾が完了する。
　なお、ここでは先にシート体１０を耳に貼り付けてから装飾物をシート体１０に貼り付ける手順を説明したが、予めシート体１０に装飾物を貼り付けておき、この状態のシート体１０を耳に貼り付けるようにしてもよい。
　図２の装着姿勢において、フック体２０が耳介の裏側に引っ掛かり連結部２５を介してシート体１０に連結しており、シート体１０の装着姿勢が安定するようにテンションがシート体１０に対して適切に印加されている。つまり、シート体１０および保持部材であるフック２０が各々耳に装着された状態において、シート体１０の装着姿勢の変化を防止するテンションをフック２０からシート体１０に伝達する役割を果たす。テンションは、シート体１０の装着姿勢に応じて様々な意味を持ち得る。例えば、耳輪から剥がれて落ちようとする力に対向して引き上げる力、シート体１０とフック体２０の挟み込みによりシート体１０を耳輪側に引き付ける挟持力などとなり得る。
　また、耳垂部分にピアスホールがあり、ピアスと本耳装飾用台座シートＸとを併用する場合、シート体１０は薄いのでピアスのピン部分を押し当てることで容易に穴を開けることができるので、耳装飾用台座シートＸを貼り付けた後に、耳垂部分のピアスホール部分にピアスのピンを上から押し当てて穴を開け、その後ピアスを固定するようにすればよい。さらに、穴を開ける作業がわずらわしい場合は、図３（ａ）に示す耳装飾用台座シートＹのように、シート体１０の耳垂部分に複数の貫通孔１３を設けておいてもよい。シート体１０はシリコーンゴムで形成されているので、貫通孔１３の位置は多少ずらすことが可能であり、いずれかの貫通孔１３がピアスホールに合致すればシート体１０に穴を新たに空けることなくピアスを耳に固定することができる。貫通孔１３の大きさは大きければピアスに合わせる範囲が広がる一方、装飾物を貼り付けるスペースが少なくなるので必要に応じて適宜決定すればよい。
　さらに、上記耳装飾用台座シートＸはフック２０を設けることで、シート体１０が耳輪上部から剥がれ難い構成となっているが、これをさらに強化するために、図３（ｂ）に部分拡大図を示す耳装飾用台座シートＺのように、シート体１０の最上部近傍に耳輪に引っ掛けるための補助フック４０を設けてもよい。補助フック４０はここではシリコーンゴムにより形成され、板体をフック状に曲げた形状を有するものでありシート体１０に一体に成型されるものである。もちろん、一体に成型されるものでなく、補助フック４０を接着によりシート体１０に接着してもよい。
　そして、上記実施例１では、シート体１０に粘着層を予め設けていたが、シート体１０に粘着層を設けずに、貼り付ける前に接着剤をシート体１０に塗布してからシート体１０を耳に取り付けるようにしてもよい。
　また、上記実施例１ではシート体１０をシリコーンゴムにより形成しているが天然ゴム、ウレタンやスチレン系のゲルシートのような他のエラストマーで形成してもよく、また、十分に薄い素材であれば伸縮性のあまりない合成樹脂シートや紙、不織布等を用いることもできる。
　次に実施例２を図面を参照して詳細に説明する。なお、実施例２において、実施例１と同様の機能を有する部分については、対応する符号を付する。
　図４を参照して説明する。図４は、実施例２に係る耳装飾用台座シートの展開図である。
　図４（ａ）に示すとおり、耳装飾用台座シートＸＸは、シート体１００、保持部材である第２のシート体２００、連結部２５０、第２の保持部材である第３のシート体３００を有する。第三の変形例に係る耳装飾用台座シートＸＸにおいては、シート体１００は耳の耳輪全体から耳垂の正面部分に、さらに第２のシート体２００は耳の耳輪全体から耳垂の背面部分にも貼り付けることができるように耳輪から耳垂の裏側に沿った形状、大きさに形成される。
　この構成例では、連結部２５０は、シート体１００の上方前端部に設けられている。
　図４（ａ）に示す耳装飾用台座シートＸＸの各パーツは正面にあたり、各背面は粘着層を設けていて、耳に装着されうる。また、第２のシート体２００がシート体１００に連結される前端部の連結部２５０の部分に点線Ａが示されており、点線Ａで第２のシート体２００を山折りに折り曲げることができる。
　ここで、実施例２に係る耳装飾用台座シートＸＸの使用方法について説明する。まず、第２のシート体２００を点線Aで山折り方向に折り曲げ、第２のシート体２００を耳の裏側に剥離シート２３０を剥がして耳輪に沿って貼り付ける。次に、シート体１００を耳の表側に剥離シート１３０を剥がして耳輪に沿って貼り付ける。最後に、シート体１００の頂端近傍に配置された第３のシート体３００を耳輪に引っ掛けるように折り曲げて、第２のシート体２００に貼り付ける。
　次に実施例３を図面を参照して詳細に説明する。なお、実施例３において、実施例１及び２と同様の機能を有する部分については、対応する符号を付する。
　図５を参照して説明する。図５は実施例３の変形例に係る耳装飾用台座シートの展開図である。図５に示すとおり、耳装飾用台座シートＸＸＸは、シート体１０１、連結部２５１、保持部材である第２のシート体２０１を有する。図５に示す耳装飾用台座シートＸＸＸの各パーツは正面にあたり、各背面は粘着層を設けていて、耳に装着されうる。
　この構成例では、連結部２５１は、シート体１０１の耳輪の頂部に相当する位置近傍に設けられている。
　図６は、図５の実施例に係る耳装飾用台座シートＸＸＸを装着した状態を示す斜視図であり、（ａ）は左耳の表側に装着された状態を示し、（ｂ）は左耳の裏側に装着された状態を示す。図６に示すとおり、耳装飾用台座シートＸＸＸにおいても、シート体１０１は耳の耳輪全体から耳垂の正面部分に、さらに第２のシート体２０１は耳の耳輪全体から耳垂の背面部分にも貼り付けることができるように耳輪から耳垂の裏側に沿った形状、大きさに形成される。なお、図５及び図６に示すとおり、耳装飾用台座シートＸＸＸは、シート体１０１と第２のシート体２０１とを架橋する連結部２５１を備え、シート体１０１及び第２のシート体２０１が耳から外れないようになっている。シート体１０１と第２のシート体２０１と連結部２５１は成型時に一体に成型してもよく、接着剤で接着することで固定してもよい。
　ここで、耳装飾用台座シートＸＸＸの使用方法について説明する。まず、第２のシート体２０１を連結部２５１において山折り方向に折り曲げ、剥離シート２３１を剥がして耳の背面に耳輪に沿って貼り付ける。次に、連結部２５１が耳の頂端で耳に引っかかるようシート体１０１を剥離シート１３１を剥がして耳の正面に耳輪に沿って貼り付ける。
　以上、本発明の耳装飾用台座シートの構成例における好ましい実施形態を図示して説明してきたが、本発明の技術的範囲を逸脱することなく種々の変更が可能であることは理解されるであろう。
　本発明の耳装飾用台座シートは、耳飾そのものとして適用することができ、特に台座に色彩を施したりビーズ等を台座シートに装着したりする等して、ファッション性を高める装飾具として広く適用することができる。

Claims (16)

  1. 　耳輪の少なくとも一部に沿う湾曲形状を有し、耳輪に装着されるシート体と、
    　耳介または耳輪の裏面の少なくとも一部に装着される保持部材と、
    　前記シート体と前記保持部材との間を前記シート体の上方前端部または前記耳輪の頂部に相当する位置近傍において連結する連結部とを備え、
    　前記シート体において耳の装飾品の装着を可能とする耳装飾用台座シート。
  2. 　前記保持部材は、前記連結部を介して前記シート体の上方前端部に連結される耳介の裏側に引っ掛ける形状を有するフックであることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の耳装飾用台座シート。
  3. 　前記シート体のフック側の面は粘着層が形成されるとともに、当該粘着層に対して剥離容易に形成された剥離シートが当該粘着層に貼り付けられている請求項１又は２に記載の耳装飾用台座シート。
  4. 　湾曲した前記シート体の外縁及び／又は内縁に、少なくとも１以上の切れ込みが設けられる請求項１ないし３に記載の耳装飾用台座シート。
  5. 　前記切れ込みはＶ字状の形状であることを特徴とする請求項４に記載の耳装飾用台座シート。
  6. 　前記装飾用台座シートにおいて、前記シート体の耳輪頂部に沿う位置近傍に、耳輪に引っ掛ける形状を有する補助フックが設けられた請求項１ないし５のいずれか１項に記載の耳装飾用台座シート。
  7. 　前記シート体はエラストマーにより形成されるものである請求項１ないし６のいずれか１項に記載の耳装飾用台座シート。
  8. 　前記シート体は、耳輪から耳垂までに沿う形状を有するものである請求項１ないし７のいずれか１項に記載の耳装飾用台座シート。
  9. 　前記シート体の耳垂に対応する位置には複数の貫通孔が設けられるものである請求項８に記載の耳装飾用台座シート。
  10. 　前記連結部が前記シート体の上方前端部に設けられ、前記保持部材が耳介または耳輪の裏面の一部に貼り付ける第２のシート体であることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の耳装飾用台座シート。
  11. 　前記連結部が前記耳輪の頂部に相当する位置近傍に設けられ、前記保持部材が耳介または耳輪の裏面の一部に貼り付ける第２のシート体であることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の耳装飾用台座シート。
  12. 　湾曲した前記シート体及び前記第２のシート体の外縁及び／又は内縁に、少なくとも１以上の切れ込みが設けられる請求項１０又は１１に記載の耳装飾用台座シート。
  13. 　前記切れ込みはＶ字状の形状であることを特徴とする請求項１２に記載の耳装飾用台座シート。
  14. 　前記シート体及び前記第２のシート体はエラストマーにより形成されるものである請求項１１ないし１３のいずれか１項に記載の耳装飾用台座シート。
  15. 　前記シート体及び前記第２のシート体は、耳輪から耳垂までに沿う形状を有するものである請求項１１ないし１４のいずれか１項に記載の耳装飾用台座シート。
  16. 　前記シート体及び前記第２のシート体の耳垂に対応する位置には複数の貫通孔が設けられるものである請求項１５に記載の耳装飾用台座シート。
