Abstract
Description
本発明は、このような問題に鑑み、シート体のみならず、装飾物を耳に貼り付けるための台座となる基材を特に耳輪の上側から下側にかけて装着する場合に、上方から剥がれにくくすることを課題とする。
本発明は、耳輪の少なくとも一部に沿う湾曲形状を有する基材と、耳介または耳輪の裏面の少なくとも一部に装着される保持部材と、基材と保持部材との間を基材の上方前端部または耳輪の頂部に相当する位置近傍において連結する連結部とを備え、基材において耳の装飾品の装着を可能とする耳装飾用台座である。なお、基材は耳輪に貼りついた状態において顔側を前、後頭部側を後ろとする。
本発明は、耳輪に貼り付けるシート体が保持部により固定されるので、シート体が上側端部から剥がれることを抑制することができる。特にシート体において剥がれやすい上側の端部である前端部においてフックにより荷重を受けることで、シート体が上側端部から剥がれることを抑制することができる。
また、シート体に粘着層が設けられると共に、剥離シートを粘着層に貼り付けておくことで、使用に際して剥離シートを剥がして粘着層を表出させて耳にシート体を貼り付けることができ、使用時に粘着剤をシート体に塗る必要なく、また、剥離シートにより収納、運搬時は、粘着層が他のものに触れて引っ付くことがない。
さらに、シート体の湾曲した外縁や内縁に例えばV字状の切れ込みを設けることで、シート体の曲がり具合を切れ込みの角度を変えることで適宜調節することができ、多くの異なる形状の耳輪に柔軟にシート体を合わせて貼り付けることができる。
また、シート体の耳輪頂部に沿う位置近傍に耳輪に引っ掛ける補助フックを設けることで、耳輪に貼り付けたときに、シート体の最も高い位置に存する部分近傍が補助フックにより固定されるので、シート体が上側から剥がれることを、さらに抑制することができる。
シート体をエラストマーにより形成することで、シート体の曲がり具合を適宜調節することができるので、やはり、多くの異なる形状の耳輪に柔軟にシート体を合わせて貼り付けることができる。さらに、シート体を耳垂にまで至らせることで耳の外周縁部全体を装飾することができる。
またさらに、耳垂部分のシート体に複数の貫通孔を設けることで、ピアスホールの位置に合わせることができる貫通孔が選びやすくなり、ピアスとシート体とを併用できる確率を高めることができる。
また、基材にシート体のような柔らかい素材のみならず、板状体や線状体のような硬い素材を用いる場合は、耳の大きさや形の変化にも、摺動機構、種々の保持部材や連結部材の組み合わせで柔軟に対応でき、台座をしっかり耳に装着することができる。
このシート体10は、耳の装飾品の装着を可能とする部材となる。装飾品は特に限定されず、例えば、シート体10の表面に貴金属、宝石類、模造宝石類、ガラス製装飾品、プラスチック製装飾品など多様なものがあり得る。
フック20は保持部材の構成例の一つであり、耳介または耳輪の裏面の少なくとも一部に装着されるものである。この構成例では、フック20はシリコーンゴムにより形成され、耳介の裏側の耳の付け根近傍に引っ掛けることができるように、棒体をフック状に湾曲させたような形状を有する。フック20の上方の端部は連結部25を介してシート体10の上方端部に一体に固定される。フック20とシート体10と連結部25は成型時に一体に成型してもよく、接着剤で接着することで固定してもよい。
連結部25は、シート体10と保持部材であるフック20との間を、シート体10の上方前端部または耳輪の頂部に相当する位置近傍において連結する部材である。図1の構成の連結部であれば、連結部25を介して、シート体10および保持部材であるフック20が各々装着された状態において、シート体10の装着姿勢の変化を防止するテンションを保持部材であるフック20からシート体10に伝達することができる。この構成例では連結部25はシート体10の上方前端部に設けられており、シート体10の上方前端部においてフック20がシート体10に連結されている。
剥離シート30はシート体10の平面形状と略同じ形状をした紙性のシートを耳垂に対応する部分31と耳輪に対応する部分32とに分断したものであり、シート体10の粘着層12に張り付けられるものである。剥離シート30の粘着層12に貼り付けられる側は剥離剤が塗布されており、粘着層12に対して容易に剥がすことができるようになっている。
なお、ここでは先にシート体10を耳に貼り付けてから装飾物をシート体10に貼り付ける手順を説明したが、予めシート体10に装飾物を貼り付けておき、この状態のシート体10を耳に貼り付けるようにしてもよい。
図2の装着姿勢において、フック体20が耳介の裏側に引っ掛かり連結部25を介してシート体10に連結しており、シート体10の装着姿勢が安定するようにテンションがシート体10に対して適切に印加されている。つまり、シート体10および保持部材であるフック20が各々耳に装着された状態において、シート体10の装着姿勢の変化を防止するテンションをフック20からシート体10に伝達する役割を果たす。テンションは、シート体10の装着姿勢に応じて様々な意味を持ち得る。例えば、耳輪から剥がれて落ちようとする力に対向して引き上げる力、シート体10とフック体20の挟み込みによりシート体10を耳輪側に引き付ける挟持力などとなり得る。
そして、上記実施例1では、シート体10に粘着層を予め設けていたが、シート体10に粘着層を設けずに、貼り付ける前に接着剤をシート体10に塗布してからシート体10を耳に取り付けるようにしてもよい。
また、上記実施例1ではシート体10をシリコーンゴムにより形成しているが天然ゴム、ウレタンやスチレン系のゲルシートのような他のエラストマーで形成してもよく、また、十分に薄い素材であれば伸縮性のあまりない合成樹脂シートや紙、不織布等を用いることもできる。
この構成例では、連結部250は、シート体100の上方前端部に設けられている。
図4(a)に示す耳装飾用台座シートX4の各パーツは正面にあたり、各背面は粘着層を設けていて、耳に装着されうる。また、第2のシート体200がシート体100に連結される前端部の連結部250の部分に点線Aが示されており、点線Aで第2のシート体200を山折りに折り曲げることができる。
この構成例では、連結部251は、シート体101の耳輪の頂部に相当する位置近傍に設けられている。
図6は、図5の実施例に係る耳装飾用台座シートX5を装着した状態を示す斜視図であり、(a)は左耳の表側に装着された状態を示し、(b)は左耳の裏側に装着された状態を示す。図6に示すとおり、耳装飾用台座シートX5においても、シート体101は耳の耳輪全体から耳垂の正面部分に、さらに第2のシート体201は耳の耳輪全体から耳垂の背面部分にも貼り付けることができるように耳輪から耳垂の裏側に沿った形状、大きさに形成される。なお、図5及び図6に示すとおり、耳装飾用台座シートX5は、シート体101と第2のシート体201とを架橋する連結部251を備え、シート体101及び第2のシート体201が耳から外れないようになっている。シート体101と第2のシート体201と連結部251は成型時に一体に成型してもよく、接着剤で接着することで固定してもよい。

Claims (26)
- 耳輪の少なくとも一部に沿う湾曲形状を有する基材と、
耳介または耳輪の裏面の少なくとも一部に装着される保持部材と、
前記基材と前記保持部材との間を前記基材の上方前端部または前記耳輪の頂部に相当する位置近傍において連結する連結部とを備え、
前記基材において耳の装飾品の装着を可能とする耳装飾用台座。 - 前記保持部材は、前記連結部を介して前記基材の上方前端部に連結される耳介の裏側に引っ掛ける形状を有するフックであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耳装飾用台座。
- 前記基材は、耳輪から耳垂までに沿う形状を有するものである請求項1又は2に記載の耳装飾用台座。
- 前記基材の耳垂に対応する位置には複数の貫通孔が設けられるものである請求項3に記載の耳装飾用台座。
- 前記基材は、耳輪に装着されるシート体であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4に記載の耳装飾用台座。
- 前記シート体のフック側の面は粘着層が形成されるとともに、当該粘着層に対して剥離容易に形成された剥離シートが当該粘着層に貼り付けられている請求項5に記載の耳装飾用台座。
- 湾曲した前記シート体の外縁及び/又は内縁に、少なくとも1以上の切れ込みが設けられる請求項5又は6に記載の耳装飾用台座。
- 前記切れ込みはV字状の形状であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の耳装飾用台座。
- 前記耳装飾用台座において、前記シート体の耳輪頂部に沿う位置近傍に、耳輪に引っ掛ける形状を有する補助フックが設けられた請求項5ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の耳装飾用台座。
- 前記シート体はエラストマーにより形成されるものである請求項5ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の耳装飾用台座。
- 前記連結部が前記シート体の上方前端部に設けられ、前記保持部材が耳介または耳輪の裏面の一部に貼り付ける第2のシート体であることを特徴とする請求項5ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の耳装飾用台座。
- 前記連結部が前記耳輪の頂部に相当する位置近傍に設けられ、前記保持部材が耳介または耳輪の裏面の一部に貼り付ける第2のシート体であることを特徴とする請求項5ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の耳装飾用台座。
- 前記シート体及び前記第2のシート体はエラストマーにより形成されるものである請求項11ないし12のいずれか1項に記載の耳装飾用台座。
- 前記基材は、耳輪に装着される板状体であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の耳装飾用台座。
- 前記連結部が前記板状体の耳のつけ根上方から頂部にかけての所望の位置に設けられ、前記保持部材が耳介または耳輪の裏面の一部に装着する第2の板状体であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の耳装飾用台座。
- 前記連結部が前記耳輪の頂部に相当する位置近傍に設けられ、前記保持部材が耳介または耳輪の裏面の一部に装着する第2の板状体であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の耳装飾用台座。
- 前記板状体は、耳輪中央で上下に分割され、分割された前記板状体は互いに摺動して前記板状体の大きさを変えることができる摺動機構を有する請求項14ないし16のいずれかに記載の耳装飾用台座。
- 前記板状体は、耳輪中央で上下に分割され、上部の板状体の所定の下方側部は曲折し環状筒のガイドを形成し、下部の板状体の上縁部は前記ガイドの開口部に対向する位置に棒状の摺動部を備え、前記上部の板状体と前記下部の板状体は互いに摺動して前記板状体の大きさを変えることができることを特徴とする請求項14ないし17のいずれかに記載の耳装飾用台座。
- 前記板状体の裏面の耳垂に対向する位置には複数のピアスピンが設けられるものである請求項14ないし18のいずれかに記載の耳装飾用台座。
- 前記板状体は金属又は合成樹脂により形成されるものである請求項14ないし19のいずれかに記載の耳装飾用台座。
- 前記基材は、耳輪に装着される線状体であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の耳装飾用台座。
- 前記線状体は、耳輪中央で上下に分割され、分割された前記線状体は互いに摺動して前記線状体の大きさを変えることができる摺動機構を有する請求項21に記載の耳装飾用台座。
- 前記線状体において、上部の線状体の先端は曲折して下部の線状体の径よりもやや大きな径の略O形状部を形成し、前記略O形状部に挿通した前記下部の線状体は挿通した側の先端が曲折して前記上部の線状体の周縁を把持するように略C形状部を形成することにより、前記下部の線状体は前記上部の線状体の湾曲に沿って摺動し、前記線状体の大きさを変えることができることを特徴とする請求項22に記載の耳装飾用台座。
- 前記保持部材は、第2の線状体であって、
第1の連結部が前記線状体の一方の端に設けられ、耳のつけ根上部で前記第2の線状体の一方の端と連結し、第2の連結部が前記線状体の他端に設けられ、耳のつけ根下部で前記第2の線状体と連結し、
前記線状体は耳輪から耳垂までの表外縁に沿う形状を有するものであり、前記第2の線状体は耳裏上方つけ根から耳裏下方つけ根までに沿う形状を有するものであり、
前記線状体と前記第2の線状体とが耳を表と裏から挟持すること、
を特徴とする請求項21ないし23のいずれかに記載の耳装飾用台座。 - 前記基材の裏面の耳垂に対向する位置には複数のピアスピンが設けられるものである請求項21ないし24のいずれかに記載の耳装飾用台座。
- 前記線状体は金属又は合成樹脂により形成されるものである請求項21ないし25のいずれかに記載の耳装飾用台座。
