Abstract
Description
はじめに、図1から図4を参照して、本発明の第1実施形態に係る鉄道車両100について説明する。図1は、本実施形態に係る鉄道車両100が備える耐熱床10の断面斜視図である。なお、図1の紙面手前(断面が表れている側)から奥に向かう方向が鉄道車両100の長手方向である。以下では、鉄道車両100の長手方向を単に「長手方向」と称し、また、鉄道車両100の幅方向を単に「幅方向」と称して説明する。図1に示すように、本実施形態に係る鉄道車両100は、耐熱床10を備えている。
まず、図1を参照して、本実施形態に係る耐熱床10の構成について説明する。図1に示すように、耐熱床10は、鉄道車両100の床面を構成する部材であって、横梁70に支えられているとともに、側梁80に固定されている。そして、耐熱床10は、支持板20と、表面シート30と、床板40と、熱分散層50と、吸熱層60と、を有している。以下、これらの各構成要素について順に説明する。
次に、図2及び図3を参照して、本実施形態に係る耐熱床10の固定構造について説明する。図2は、本実施形態に係る耐熱床10の端部における拡大断面図である。上述のとおり、耐熱床10は、横梁70に支えられており、側梁80に固定されている。
本実施形態では、図2に示すような構成で耐熱床10を固定したが、これに代えて図3に示すような構成で耐熱床10を固定してもよい。図3は、図2で示した構成の変形例を示した図である。図3に示すように、変形例では、図2の場合に比べて横梁70の鉛直方向の寸法(高さ)が小さく形成されている。また、側梁80の上面部81には、横梁70の上面部71と接するように、他の部分よりも下方に位置する段差部84が形成されている。そして、図2と図3を比較すれば理解できるように、上面部81のうち段差部84以外の部分は図2の台部材91の役割を果たしており、そのため変形例では台部材91は設けられていない。つまり、図3に示す変形例では、図2の場合に比べ、台部材91の高さ方向の寸法分だけ耐熱床10の設置位置が下がる構成となっている。以上のような構成を備えた変形例によれば、耐熱床10の設置位置が低くなる分、鉄道車両100の居住空間をより広く確保することができる。
次に、図4を参照して、本実施形態に係る耐熱床10の下面に熱を加えたときの作用について説明する。図4は、本実施形態に係る吸熱層60の膨張の状況を示した図である。耐熱床10の下面から徐々に熱を加えていくと、支持板20は全体的にほぼ一律に温度が上昇してゆく。その後、支持板20からの熱が伝わって吸熱層60の温度が上昇する。このとき、吸熱層60のうち、支持板20に接する接触部21が、離間部22よりも早く温度が上昇する。上述したように、吸熱層60と離間部22の間には空気層が存在し、支持板20のうち、離間部22は接触部21よりも熱が伝わりにくいからである。そのため、吸熱層60のうち支持板20に接する部分がはじめに吸熱して膨張し、支持板20に接していない部分が遅れて吸熱して膨張する。
次に、図5を参照して、本発明の第2実施形態に係る鉄道車両200について説明する。本実施形態に係る鉄道車両200は、吸熱層60と離間部22との間に断熱材25が挿入されている点で、第1実施形態に係る鉄道車両100と構成が異なる。この点以外は、両者は基本的に同じ構成を有している。吸熱層60と離間部22との間に挿入された断熱材25は、特に限定されないが、例えばセラミックウール又はグラスウールが使用できる。ただし、断熱材25は、容易に変形可能で非常に柔らかい材料であることが望ましい。吸熱層60が熱膨張して、吸熱層60と離間部22との間に入り込んだときに、断熱材25が吸熱層60の膨張の障害にならないようにするためである。

- 前記吸熱層と前記離間部との間には、断熱材が設けられる、請求項1に記載の耐熱床を備えた鉄道車両。
