Claims (3)
- エレベータの呼び登録に関する複数の語彙を記憶した記憶部と、
前記エレベータのかご又は乗場に設けられたマイクロホンに入力された音声に対応した語彙と前記呼び登録に関する複数の語彙とを比較して、前記音声を認識する認識部と、
を備え、
前記認識部は、前記音声の認識結果が無効となって、前記マイクロホンに再び入力された音声を再認識する場合は、前記マイクロホンに再び入力された音声に対応した語彙と比較する際の前記呼び登録に関する複数の語彙から、無効となった認識結果に対応する語彙を除外することを特徴とするエレベータの呼び登録装置。 - 前記エレベータの状態に基づいて、前記呼び登録に関する複数の語彙の中から有効な語彙を選定する選定部、
