Abstract
Description
シャシーダイナモメータシステムの概略構成図を示したものである。
Rfは前輪用ローラ、Rrは後輪用ローラで、それぞれに被試験車両の前輪、後輪が乗せられる。前後輪のローラRf、Rrには図示省略されているが負荷としてのダイナモメータが連結される。IV1,IV2はインバータ盤で、予め設定される設定値と速度検出器Sdによって検出した速度信号等に基づいてインバータ盤を介してダイナモメータが制御される。PLCは開閉器盤で、送風機Blなどの補機電源をオン・オフするための開閉器類のオン・オフ制御を、開閉器盤を介して行う。Opはシーケンサなどの制御装置部で、この制御装置部Opの設定及び操作は、制御装置端末部PCを介して操作される。この制御装置部Opと制御装置端末部PCなどによって操作卓が構成されている。
前記操作卓の画面上に暖機運転画面を呼び出す暖機画面呼出し手段を設ける共に、呼び出された暖機運転画面には、暖機運転条件を設定する暖機条件設定部と、暖機運転をパターンで表示される計測フロー表示部と、暖機運転の計測結果を表示する判定表示部を有する計測状況表示部を備えたことを特徴とするものである。
メニュー機能部1は、図3で示すように車両ID画面呼出し手段、警報設定画面呼出し手段、メンテナンスメニュー呼出し手段、暖機画面呼出し手段、モニタ画面呼出し手段及び計測画面呼出し手段を有している。
12は暖機運転実行パターンと現在の運転状況が表示される計測フロー表示部で、加速、一定速、減速の組み合わせからなり、且つ現在の運転状況が判るように、加速、一定速、減速の計測パターンに沿って現在の計測進行位置に合わせてパターン上で色彩やコントラスト等を変化させ、計測の進行位置が視覚的に捉えることを可能としている。
操作者が操作表示装置の電源を投入すると図2で示す、操作表示部における画面が表示され、シャシーダイナモメータの状態表機能部2では現在設定されているシャシーダイナモメータの設定状態が表示される。例えば、車種が前輪駆動車で、シャシーダイナモメータのローラが前輪駆動で設定されていたとすると、状態表機能部2の前後ローラのうち前ローラが明るくなり(図では斜線状態で表示)、輝度が後ローラと異なった状態となって表示される。
また、試験状態での車速は、速度表示領域22にデジタル的な表現で表示される。
なお、冷却ファンをオフ状態に変更したい場合には、機器のオン・オフ切換機能群5に設けられた冷却ファンのオン・オフ選択機能をオフにクリックすることで冷却ファン使用/不使用の表示領域23での模擬冷却ファンの輝度表示は直ちに消滅する。
したがって、トップの画面操作表示部にシャシーダイナモメータの状態表示機能部2を設けたことで、試験時における現在の機器構成、及び速度状態を視覚的に捉えることができ、また、冷却ファンのオン・オフ状態の変更も即座に反映されるものである。
暖機運転が開始されると、加速中か一定速走行中かなどの運転過程が計測フロー表示部12に表示され、進捗状態が確認できる。また、運転過程における車速及び制動力は、リアルタイムに車速モニタ部14及び制動力モニタ部15にそれぞれ表示され確認できる。さらに、運転時間に対応した制動力はトレンド表示部13によって時系列的に確認できる。したがって、運転方法設定手段10aに設定された暖機対象物が、一定速(ここでは80km/h)で暖機運転したとき、制動力(機械損失等)が安定化するまでの過程が一目で確認することが可能となる。
また、計測結果を表示する判定表示部には、残り時間が数値で表示され、暖機が完了したか否かの判定,及び制動力が安定したか否かの判定が「OK」又は「NG」の文字で表示される。
Claims (5)
- シャシーダイナモメータの操作卓から暖機対象物への操作指令により、シャシーダイナモメータ単体若しくはシャシーダイナモメータと被試験車両を、一定速で暖機運転するシャシーダイナモメータシステムの暖機運転装置において、
前記操作卓の画面上に暖機運転画面を呼び出す暖機画面呼出し手段を設ける共に、呼び出された暖機運転画面には、暖機運転条件を設定する暖機条件設定部と、暖機運転をパターンで表示される計測フロー表示部と、暖機運転の計測結果を表示する判定表示部を有する計測状況表示部を備えたことを特徴とするシャシーダイナモメータシステムの暖機運転表示装置。 - 前記暖機運転画面に、暖機運転時の制動力が時系列的に表示されるトレンド表示部を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1のシャシーダイナモメータシステムの暖機運転表示装置。
- 前記暖機条件設定部は、シャシーダイナモメータ運転か車両運転かを選択する運転方法設定手段と、設定された暖機時間,車速設定値,及び安定判定基準値が表示される暖機設定手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載のャシーダイナモメータシステムの暖機運転表示装置。
- 前記計測状況表示部に、車速モニタ部と制動力モニタ部の何れかを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3記載のシャシーダイナモメータシステムの暖機運転表示装置。
- 計測フロー表示部は、現在の運転状況をパターン上で表現することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4に記載された何れかの動力計システムの暖機運転表示装置。
