- the present invention relates to a modular pallet according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- the present invention now has the task to design and build a modular range, which fulfills the advantages of the well-known wooden pallet, but is made more manageable, easier to maintain and made of recyclable material.
- the presented modular pallet is a pallet composed of interchangeable and recyclable material.
- the individual parts can be put together differently depending on the application. This makes it possible to produce large numbers of parts in the production of individual parts, which has a cost-reducing effect on the price of the parts.
- connection As they are exemplified in the figures in the form of dovetail connections, form-fitting manner.
- latches 5 which hook automatically when assembling the items, they are then secured against autonomous separation.
- Locks 5 secure the positive connections against accidental, unintentional opening.
- the compounds themselves are eg dovetail, bayonet or other passport connections.
- dovetail connections are shown by way of example. The connections are made by the locking locks 5 to positive and non-positive connections.
- each platform 2 regardless of whether it is equipped with a corresponding substructure 9 as a transport or storage pallet, is connected to at least two substructures 9.
- platforms 2 presented here are used for all applications and designs in the same form, ie for transport or storage pallets. In the following, possible embodiments of platforms 2 will be described.
- a platform 2 shown by way of example in FIG. 1 as a corner from view A (FIG. 2), may be composed of side members 3, cross members 4 and platform springs 10 by means of releasable connections. In this embodiment, it would be approximately the construction and Look like a wooden pallet known today.
- An embodiment may also be composed of many individual parts construction of the upper parts 3,4, which are connected to the platform springs 10 and assembled into a compact positive and non-positive platform 2.
- Another possibility is the injection molding of a platform 9 from a compact piece. Which type of production is chosen depends on the material, but above all on the profitability of the production.
- the assembly of many individual parts for each individual pallet requires a lot of handcrafting or large investment requiring automatic assembling machines.
- the production of large parts as it is a platform 9 of length 120cm and width of 90cm is difficult for the injection molding process but not impossible.
- a special challenge for the production of these outside masses is the relatively small thickness of a few centimeters. Sure, the necessary injection molds are expensive to buy and the injection molding machines also require large investments.
- a substructure 9 is composed of transport rail 7, transport spring 12 and intermediate piece 6. Transport rail 7 and transport spring 12 are injected in one piece.
- the intermediate piece 6 may be a single part.
- the substructure 9 may also be made of a molded piece.

- the intermediate piece 6 may have different heights H.
- the intermediate piece 6 has a height H 1 (FIG. 4) in the range from 30 mm to 50 mm, it takes up less volume with a total height of 60 mm to 90 mm and is excellently suited for transport. In the envelope, the free height of the substructure 9 is still sufficient to reload the assembled in the art palette with forklift and the other common handling equipment.
- the intermediate piece 6 then becomes the transport block 61 and one speaks in the context of the present invention of a "transport pallet".
- Has the spacer 6 a height H2 ( Figure 5) in the range of 50mm to 100mm, which gives a total height of the range of 100mm to 150mm and which corresponds to a standard pallet, the pallet can be used for general use as a replacement for the wooden pallets used today mainly.
- the intermediate piece 6 then becomes the bearing block 62 and one speaks then in connection with the present invention of a "storage pallet".

- the pins 30 of the HRL adapter 8 engage in the recesses 31 of the transport rails 7, so that the free height of the substructure is adapted to the requirements of a high-bay warehouse and the transport pallet equipped in the manner just described, can be transported by the devices of the high-bay warehouse. If the transport pallet is moved out of the high-bay warehouse, the HBV adapters in the Removal area of the high-bay warehouse automatically removed and fed to the designated magazines. The HRL adapter 8 so leave the high-bay warehouse usually not.
- the modular system consists of a platform 2 and at least two substructures 9.

- a substructure 9 consists of at least one transport rail 7 which is connected to at least one intermediate piece 6.
- Transport rail 7 and spacer 6 may extend over the entire length of the pallet or be only short pieces, eg blocks. Extend both, transport rail 7 and spacer 6, over the entire length, so are at least two substructures 9 at the L Lucassaussenkanten to use the pallet. If the substructure 9 is short pieces, at least four such blocks are required below the corners of the platform 2.
- the transport rails 7 have the same length as the longitudinal members 3.
- the spacers can be short in any case. It is quite conceivable and probable that between platform 2 and transport rail 7 in the length of two or three short spacers 6 are arranged.
- the entire pallet 1 then consists, for example, of a platform 2, two or three transport rails 7 (possibly one in the middle) and at least four, six or nine intermediate pieces 6. In the latter case, one would have the well-known form of the wooden pallet in use today.
- the attempt to display the platform 2 and the three substructures 9 is shown in FIG. Although in this drawing, the platform 2 and the individual substructures 9 are shown in the assembled state, they are composed of the individual parts as described above.
- the platform 2 and the substructures 9 can also consist of molded directly in one part injection molded parts. Although it would be quite possible that a whole range with platform 2 and substructure 9 poured in one part This is absolutely not the idea that corresponds to this modular pallet presented here.

Abstract
Description
Modulare Palette
in Anspruch nehmen.

Materials das die erforderliche Festigkeit aufweist.
