Abstract
Description
四の発明、第五の発明)によるリストバンド、リストバンド連続体およびリストバンドの巻付け方法においては、第1の巻付け領域および第2の巻付け領域に、第1の貼合わせ位置ガイドおよび第2の貼合わせ位置ガイドをそれぞれ設けて、帯状のバンド基材の両端部の裏面どうしを貼り合わせるようにしたので、リストバンドの使用者が一人でも手首などに巻き付ける操作を簡単かつ確実に行うことができる。 また、最初は第1の巻付け領域および第2の巻付け領域のそれぞれの裏面どうしを貼り合わせ、ついで第1の巻付け領域の裏面を第2の巻付け領域の表面に貼り合わせることができるようにしたので、使用者の手首や足首の大きさに合わせてちょうどよい大きさのリング状に巻き付けることができる。
刷欄9の図1中右側(リストバンド連続体1の移送方向R(図1(1))の上流側)には、「貼付け範囲」(図4、図5で後述)などをあらかじめ印刷可能な貼付け範囲印刷欄10を設けて、第2の貼付け領域23(図4で後述)の望ましい最終貼付け範囲を示しておくこともできる。
第2の貼合わせ工程において、任意の大きさの被巻付け部Wに対して適度な直径を得るように調整しながらこれを環状に貼り合わせ固定して、巻付け作業を完了することができる。

Claims (19)
- 帯状のバンド基材と、 このバンド基材の裏面に形成した粘着剤層と、 この粘着剤層に仮着してこれを被覆可能な台紙と、を有し、 前記バンド基材は、 特定情報を表示可能な中央領域と、 この中央領域の左右端部にそれぞれ位置し、この中央領域とともに手首や足首などの被巻付け部に巻き付け可能な第1の巻付け領域および第2の巻付け領域と、を有するリストバンドであって、 前記第1の巻付け領域および前記第2の巻付け領域に、第1の貼合わせ位置ガイドおよび第2の貼合わせ位置ガイドをそれぞれ設けているとともに、 前記第1の巻付け領域の裏面側における前記台紙をはがして前記粘着剤層を露出可能とし、 この露出した前記粘着剤層を有する前記第1の巻付け領域の裏面と、前記第2の巻付け領域の裏面とを、前記粘着剤層の一部を露出可能に残した状態で前記第1の貼合わせ位置ガイドおよび第2の貼合わせ位置ガイドを互いに合わせるように重ね合わせて貼り付けることにより前記被巻付け部に巻き掛けるように環状に形成可能とし、 前記露出可能に一部残った前記粘着剤層を有する前記第1の巻付け領域を前記第2の巻付け領域の表面に貼り付け可能としていることを特徴とするリストバンド。
- 前記粘着剤層は、 前記第2の巻付け領域の裏面が貼り付けられる第1の貼付け領域と、 前記第2の巻付け領域の表面が貼り付けられる第2の貼付け領域と、に画成可能であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のリストバンド。
- 前記第1の巻付け領域および前記第2の巻付け領域の少なくともいずれか一方に破断用切込み部を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のリストバンド。
- 前記第1の貼合わせ位置ガイドおよび前記第2の貼合わせ位置ガイドは、前記第1の巻付け領域および前記第2の巻付け領域にあらかじめ印刷した貼合わせ位置マークであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のリストバンド。
- 前記第1の貼合わせ位置ガイドあるいは前記第2の貼合わせ位置ガイドは、前記第1の巻付け領域あるいは前記第2の巻付け領域に所定形状にあらかじめ形成した貼合わせ位置ガイド片であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のリストバンド。
- 前記台紙が、前記被巻付け部に直接接触可能であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のリストバンド。
- 前記バンド基材が、前記被巻付け部に直接接触可能であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のリストバンド。
- 前記台紙は、これを透明材料から構成するとともに、 前記台紙の裏面に前記第1の貼合わせ位置ガイドおよび前記第2の貼合わせ位置ガイドを設けていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載のリストバンド。
- 前記台紙は、これを透明材料から構成するとともに、 前記粘着剤層に前記第1の貼合わせ位置ガイドあるいは前記第2の貼合わせ位置ガイドの少なくともいずれか一方を設けていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載のリストバンド。
- 前記第2の巻付け領域の前記台紙は、前記バンド基材からずれて前記第2の巻付け領域の端部側において、前記第1の巻付け領域とは反対側に、はみ出していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6、8または9のいずれかに記載のリストバンド。
- 前記粘着剤層および前記台紙は、前記第1の巻付け領域の裏面のみにこれを設けていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4、7のいずれかに記載のリストバンド。
- 前記第2の巻付け領域における前記バンド基材には、その幅方向に互いに平行な複数本のミシン目を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載のリストバンド。
- 前記第1の巻付け領域の表面あるいは裏面の少なくともいずれか一方に、当該リストバンドに関する広告情報をあらかじめ印刷可能とする広告情報印刷欄を設けていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載のリストバンド。
- 帯状のバンド基材と、 このバンド基材の裏面全面に形成した粘着剤層と、 この粘着剤層に仮着してこれを被覆可能な帯状の台紙と、を有し、手首や足首などの被巻付け部に巻き付け可能なリストバンドであって、 前記バンド基材の一方の端部の裏面において前記台紙が剥離されて前記粘着剤層が露出可能であるとともに、 前記バンド基材の他方の端部の表面において前記バンド基材が剥離されて前記台紙が露出していることを特徴とするリストバンド。
- 帯状のバンド基材と、 このバンド基材の裏面全面に形成した粘着剤層と、 この粘着剤層に仮着してこれを被覆可能な帯状の台紙と、を有し、手首や足首などの被巻付け部に巻き付け可能なリストバンド連続体であって、 前記バンド基材には、単葉のリストバンドを形成するための所定間隔をあけた一対のバンド切離し線を形成し、 前記台紙には、所定間隔をあけた一対の台紙切離し線を、前記バンド切離し線とはそれぞれ異なった部位に形成しているとともに、 前記単葉のリストバンドは、 前記バンド基材の一方の端部の裏面において前記台紙が剥離されて前記粘着剤層が露出可能であるとともに、 前記バンド基材の他方の端部の表面において前記バンド基材が除去されて前記台紙が露出可能であることを特徴とするリストバンド連続体。
- 前記バンド切離し線は、前記単葉のリストバンドを形成可能な切離し用のカットであることを特徴とする請求項15記載のリストバンド連続体。
- 前記バンド切離し線は、前記単葉のリストバンドを形成可能な切離し用のカットであるとともに、この切離し用のカットの部分において位置検出用の間隔を形成していることを特徴とする請求項15記載のリストバンド連続体。
- 帯状のバンド基材と、 このバンド基材の裏面全面に形成した粘着剤層と、 この粘着剤層に仮着してこれを被覆可能な帯状の台紙と、を有し、 前記バンド基材は、 特定情報を表示可能な中央領域と、 この中央領域の左右端部にそれぞれ位置し、この中央領域とともに手首や足首などの被巻付け部に巻き付け可能な第1の巻付け領域および第2の巻付け領域と、を有するリストバンド連続体であって、 前記バンド基材には、単葉のリストバンドを形成するための第1のバンド切離し線および第2のバンド切離し線を形成し、 前記台紙には、単葉のリストバンドを形成するための第1の台紙切離し線および第2の台紙切離し線を、前記第1のバンド切離し線および前記第2のバンド切離し線とはそれぞれ異なった位置に形成しているとともに、 前記単葉のリストバンドは、 前記第1の巻付け領域の裏面において前記台紙が剥離されて前記粘着剤層が露出可能であり、 前記第2の巻付け領域の表面において前記バンド基材が除去されて前記台紙が露出可能であることを特徴とするリストバンド連続体。
- 帯状のバンド基材と、 このバンド基材の裏面に形成した粘着剤層と、 この粘着剤層に仮着してこれを被覆可能な台紙と、を有し、 前記バンド基材は、 特定情報を表示可能な中央領域と、 この中央領域の左右端部にそれぞれ位置し、この中央領域とともに手首や足首などの被巻付け部に巻き付け可能な第1の巻付け領域および第2の巻付け領域と、を有するリストバンドの巻付け方法であって、 前記第1の巻付け領域および前記第2の巻付け領域に、第1の貼合わせ位置ガイドおよび第2の貼合わせ位置ガイドをそれぞれ設けるとともに、 前記第1の巻付け領域の裏面側における前記台紙をはがして前記粘着剤層を露出する露出工程と、 この露出した前記粘着剤層を有する前記第1の巻付け領域の裏面と、前記第2の巻付け領域の裏面とを、前記粘着剤層の一部を露出可能に残した状態で前記第1の貼合わせ位置ガイドおよび第2の貼合わせ位置ガイドを互いに合わせるように重ね合わせて貼り付けることにより前記被巻付け部に巻き掛けるように環状に形成する第1の貼合わせ工程と、 前記露出可能に一部残った前記粘着剤層を有する前記第1の巻付け領域を前記第2の巻付け領域の表面に貼り付ける第2の貼合わせ工程と、 を有することを特徴とするリストバンドの巻付け方法。
