また、特許文献3には、特殊な表面疎水化処理を施した酸化亜鉛粉末、揮発性シリコーン、ポリオキシアルキレン変性オルガノポリシロキサン、及び水を含有する油中水型乳化日焼け止め化粧料が記載されている。この油中水型乳化化粧料は、有機変性粘土鉱物を更に含有してもよく、非揮発性シリコーン等の油分を増加させることなく、前記粉末を安定に配合した乳化物が得られたとされている。
本発明者等は、前記の課題を解決すべく鋭意研究を重ねた結果、所定範囲のHLBを持つ脂肪酸エステル及び非イオン性界面活性剤と有機変性粘土鉱物とを組み合わせて配合することによって、油分の10質量%あるいは20質量%以上を揮発性炭化水素油が占める場合であっても安定で使用性に優れ、肌なじみの良い化粧料が得られることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。
(A)20~30質量%の油分、
(B)HLB=5~10の脂肪酸エステル、
(C)HLB=1~4の非イオン性界面活性剤、

Claims (6)
- (A)20~30質量%の油分、
(B)HLB=5~10の脂肪酸エステル、
(C)HLB=1~4の非イオン性界面活性剤、
(D)有機変性粘土鉱物、及び
(E)水を含有し、前記(A)油分の10質量%以上を揮発性炭化水素油が占め、シリコーン油を含まないことを特徴とする、油中水型乳化化粧料。 - 前記(A)油分の20質量%以上を揮発性炭化水素が占めることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の化粧料。
- 前記揮発性炭化水素油分が、イソドデカン、イソヘキサデカン、及び水添ポリイソブテンから選択される1種又は2種以上の混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の化粧料。
- 前記(B)HLB=5~10の脂肪酸エステルの配合量が、0.01~2質量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の化粧料。
- 前記(C)HLB=1~4の非イオン性界面活性剤の配合量が、0.1~5質量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の化粧料。
- 前記(D)有機変性粘土鉱物の配合量が、1~20質量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の化粧料。
