Description
2つ割り筒状をなし、その各半体の上端に半ドーナツ状の切欠部を形成し、該切欠部に、内周面が首部成形面となっている半ドーナツ板状の首部成形体を着脱自在に取り付けた粗型及び仕上型において、
成形するガラスびんの首部形状に応じた首部成形面を有する複数種類の前記首部成形体を用意し、
成形するガラスびんの口部ないし首部の形状に応じて選択した口型及び前記首部成形体を取り付けた粗型及び仕上型により成形することを特徴とするガラスびんの製造方法である。
口型と首部成形体を選択し、粗型及び仕上型の本体は共通でよいので、口部ないし首部の形状が異なる多種類のびんを安価かつ容易に製造することができる。
図1は、本発明製造方法において、パリソンを成形する場合の説明図で、上段がびん口部の径が大きい場合、下段がびん口部の径が小さい場合である。図2は粗型4の底面図、図3は図2のA-A線断面図で左側がびん口部の径が大きい場合、右側がびん口部の径が小さい場合である。
口部の径が大きい場合の首部成形体5Aと、口部の径が小さい場合の首部成形体5Bとは、成形面51の形状が異なっている。すなわち、各首部成形体5A、5Bの成形面51の形状は、成形するガラスびんの首部形状に適応したパリソンの首部形状になっている。
口部の径が大きい場合の首部成形体3Aと、口部の径が小さい場合の首部成形体3Bとは、成形面31の形状が異なっている。

Claims (1)
- 成形するガラスびんの口部形状に応じた複数種類の口型を用意し、
2つ割り筒状をなし、その各半体の上端に半ドーナツ状の切欠部を形成し、該切欠部に、内周面が首部成形面となっている半ドーナツ板状の首部成形体を着脱自在に取り付けた粗型及び仕上型において、
成形するガラスびんの首部形状に応じた首部成形面を有する複数種類の前記首部成形体を用意し、
成形するガラスびんの口部ないし首部の形状に応じて選択した口型及び前記首部成形体を取り付けた粗型及び仕上型により成形することを特徴とするガラスびんの製造方法。
