Definitions
- the present invention relates to a paper cup, and more particularly to a folding paper cup that can vary the volume of the container.
- Disposable paper cups are inexpensive and easy to manage after use and are used in various fields. In particular, it is widely used in containers for cup noodles.
- Conventional cup noodle containers generally have a conical shape with a narrow bottom surface, and a conical container side wall 9 and a curling portion 9c curled outwardly are formed at the upper end of the side wall, and the entire outer circumferential surface thereof is bent downward and downward.
- the base 11 formed with the bent portion is bent into the lower end of the side in the state inserted into the lower end of the side of the side to form a base support forming portion (9d) by combining to surround the downward bent portion.
- cup ramen container should be larger than the contents because of the capacity of hot water to eat ramen.
- the large volume of a cup noodle container adds cost to the logistics of packaging, storage and transportation, and also limits the number of items a consumer can carry on the trip.
- Korean Utility Model 20-0271843 proposed a method of manufacturing the side wall of the container by fold folding. This design can faithfully perform the function of reducing the size of the container.
- it is vulnerable to the function that the height and shape of the container must be maintained in order to prevent hot water from flowing to the outside. It is an expensive material to manufacture a container.
- an object of the present invention is to reduce the logistics cost by reducing the volume of the cup ramen container, and to make a folding paper cup that can not only be easily carried by an individual but also sufficiently perform the function as a container. It is to provide a manufacturing method of the side paper.
- Another object of the present invention is to provide a manufacturing method which can produce a folding paper cup at low cost.
- a typical paper cup manufacturing process is made by joining round bases without rolling round sides. Therefore, in order to obtain a paper cup with a variable volume, the lateral side should be secured, so in the present invention, the side support paper is cut into a portion to be the upper portion of the container and a portion to be the lower portion of the container. At this time, since the cut portion cuts a part of the side support paper, the upper portion of the side support paper and the portion to be the lower portion of the container are combined with the continuous side support paper by the uncut portion.
- the cut portion of the side support paper is a position that can lower the height of the folding paper cup as much as possible without having any trouble in the contents contained in the paper cup 1/3 to 2/3 in the height direction of the paper cup is suitable.
- the height of the folding paper cup of the present invention is about 1/3 to 1/2 of the height of the integrated paper cup. Therefore, the volume of the cup ramen is reduced to 1/3 to 1/2.
- the laminating film prevents the solution inside the container from contacting the paper side and serves to reinforce the strength of the side.
- the film may be made of various resins such as polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polystyrene (PS), polyamide (PA), or polyethylene terephthalate (PET), environmentally friendly resins. It is a transparent or translucent thin film formed by extrusion from several micrometers to several tens of micrometers in thickness.
- the side support paper and the film-free release portion allow the container to move up and down, and the film located here connects the separated upper and lower sides and centers the container to move up and down. Provides confidentiality to block external and external.
- the first step preferably further includes a side cut portion 3a which is connected to one end of the cut portion 3 and cuts in the height direction of the container.
- the first step preferably further includes a plurality of cutting grooves 7 which cut along the cutting portion 3 in the height direction of the container.
- the cut portion dividing the upper part of the container and the lower part of the container has the radii of the upper part of the container and the lower part of the container to be firmly supported so that the container cannot be folded. Therefore, a plurality of cutting grooves are formed by increasing or reducing one end surface of the cutting portion to fold the container.
- a plurality of cutting grooves may be formed at the bottom of the top of the container or at the top of the bottom of the container. The cutting grooves may change the radius of the cutting part so that the top of the container may easily wrap and move around the bottom of the container.
- the release part on the surface of the product during the laminating process was inferior in quality or poor quality. Therefore, the film and the printed matter is managed to prevent foreign matter on the surface to adhere, and also go through the process of cleaning.
- a release agent which is stable to heat pressurization and has mold release property is preferable. Suitable release agents vary here, but in particular silicone release agents.
- the film 2 of the second step is a laminating film having an adhesive applied to the entire film or the adhesive is continuously applied to the film or the side support paper. It is preferable to adhere
- Laminating includes wet laminating using an adhesive between the film and the print, and dry laminating to thermally fuse the film and the print.
- some aqueous or oily chemicals may be used between the film and the print.
- the most common dry laminating method is to fuse the substrate and the film.
- the film heated by the mold, roller, or preheater is fluid, and when the film is pressed by the mold or roller, the film flows into the fine grooves on the surface of the printed matter. The liquid will penetrate.
- the film and the printed matter are fused together. In recent years, it may be sold in the roll state in which the adhesive agent was apply
- the release agent is preferably applied to the entire side paper upper portion 4a except the outer edge 10b of the side cutout portion and the outer edge of the top side paper.
- the release agent preferably has a property of not contacting with the adhesive. Therefore, a combination of a hydrophobic material and a hydrophilic material adhesive and a release material is required. Such non-adhesiveness may be a property that appears in a relatively short period of several days.
- the range of the release part is preferably secured as wide as possible, and includes the entire part and the inner joining surfaces 10a and 10b except for the curling part 9c of the upper container and the paper joining part 10d of the outer joining surface. do.
- the film 2 of the second step is preferably a laminating film having an adhesive applied to the entire film except the release part 4.
- Partial lamination can be effected without partial application of an adhesive applied to the laminating film for partial lamination.
- the release agent does not need to be applied to the release part, and the adhesive can be reduced. This method requires precise positioning of the film and the side support.
- Heater blocks are used to join the rolls in a cone.
- the side edge is bonded between the molding mold and the heater block.
- the base joint portion of the outer joint surface 10d and the base joint portion of the inner joint surface 10a are joined together, and the film joint portion and the inner joint surface of the outer joint surface 10c are joined.
- the film bonding part of (10b) is joined.
- the film 10a2 of the inner bonding surface and the base paper 10a1 of the inner bonding surface should be kept separated, and the film 10c2 of the outer bonding surface and the paper 10c1 of the outer bonding surface are also separated. Should be maintained.
- the release agent is applied to keep it separated, and the application site is shown in Figure 3b.
- the molding mold of the molding machine is preferably provided with a pressurized, ultrasonic, high frequency or heater block at the portion where the film bonding surface is located.
- a method of fusion by adding a pressurized, ultrasonic, high frequency or heater block into the molding mold is used here. Therefore, the base bond portion is fused with a pressurized, ultrasonic, high frequency or heater block provided outside, and the film bonded portion is fused with a pressurized, ultrasonic, high frequency or heater block provided in the molding mold.
- the release agent preferably further comprises a UV coating, a silicone coating, or a film or sheet of a different material from the laminating film.
- the third step is performed simultaneously or sequentially in one step of the half knife operation for cutting the film and the complete knife operation for separating the paper.
- the half knife operation preferably cuts a film of one end of the release portion, and at the same time, a half knife work of a cut portion.
- the forming mechanism 20 of the fourth step includes a molding mold 22, a rotation plate 23, 24, and a pressurized, ultrasonic, high frequency or heater block 21. It is preferable.
- the molding mold 22 is provided with a cooling device at a portion where the bonding surface is located.
- the base paper on the inner side of the side paper and the outer film of the side paper are fused with a heater block.
- a heater block In order to separate the film 10a2 of the inner bonding surface of the inner side of the inner paper 10a1 of the inner bonding surface to cool the film surface so as not to be fused by the heat of the heater block.
- the pivoting plates 23 and 24 are positioned such that the inner joining surfaces 10a and 10b of the side paper 6 are located inward of the outer joining surfaces 10c and 10d. It is desirable to work.
- the rotating plate it is possible for the rotating plate to bend the inner joining surfaces 10a and 10b of the side 6 to move faster toward the molding mold than the rotating plate to bend the outer joining surfaces 10c and 10d to be nested sequentially.
- the folding paper cup of the seventeenth invention forms a cutout portion 3 which divides the sides into side edges 6a and bottom 6b, and the side support paper 1 and the film 2 are formed on a portion of the side edges 6a.
- the flanks 6 are separated in a fan shape, and the flanks 6 are rounded off from the forming apparatus 20 to form a conical container side wall 9, and curled portions 9c curled outwardly at the upper end of the side wall.
- the outer circumference of the front circumference is bent downward to form a downward bent portion 11 is inserted into the lower end of the side of the lower edge of the side bent inward to combine to wrap the downward bent portion to support the base support forming part ( It is preferable that the container can be folded by forming 9d).
- the side top portion 9a surrounds and overlaps the side bottom portion 9b, and the film 2 is preferably folded into the container.
- the foldable paper cup of the nineteenth invention has a curling portion wrapped around the outer periphery of the lower portion of the container (9b) and inwardly at the lower end thereof, and further comprising a paper outer cover (12) formed to move the upper portion of the container (9a). It is preferable to include.

- Continuous side supports may be commonly used roll paper, or may be pre-cut as shown in the figure to reduce unused portions of the paper.
- a continuous side support sheet is passed through a Thomson machine or a press machine, and the cut part, side cut part and cutting groove are cut by a cutting knife.
- the cut portion formed by the above process is cut in the middle portion of the side drawing a circular arc, and at one end is formed a side cut portion perpendicular to the circular arc, and a plurality of cutting grooves are vertically spread from the arc. .
- the next step is to apply the release agent to the release paper on the side paper or the adhesive on the laminating film as a preliminary step for laminating (not shown).
- the release agent is coated on the surface of the roller, and the roller is rotated at the same speed as the continuous side support paper to continuously apply the release agent to the side support paper.
- coated can be various shapes according to the pattern of the unevenness
- the method of applying the adhesive to the film also coats the adhesive on the surface of the roller and rotates the roller at the same speed as the continuous film to continuously apply the adhesive to the film.
