Abstract

본 발명은 주재료와 가미료의 맛이 어우러져 풍미가 있는 즉석식품에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 내부에 1 이상의 밀폐된 중공부를 가진 면 또는 밥알로 구성되되, 상기 면 또는 밥알은 밀가루, 쌀가루, 전분가루, 생선가루 및 고깃가루로부터 선택된 1 이상과 가미료로 이루어진 반죽혼합물로부터 제조된 즉석식품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 별도의 조리과정을 거치지 않고 뜨거운 물만 부어 즉석에서 간편히 먹을 수 있고, 주재료와 국물 맛이 일체화되어 풍미가 있으며, 돌출부에 의해 젓가락 또는 포크 사용이 서툰 아이들도 쉽게 먹을 수 있는 즉석식품을 제공하는 효과가 있다.
