- a resin outer layer covering 9 is provided on the outer periphery of the rope body 8.
- the outer layer cord 7 and the outer layer covering body 9 are bonded with an adhesive.
- All the ropes including the core rope 1, the core rope rope 3 and the outer layer rope 7 are compressed (plastically processed) from the outer periphery by a die at the time of manufacture, and the cross-sectional shape of those strands is made irregular. Yes.
- the core rope 1 and the core rope rope 3 have a three-layer structure in which two layers of strands are bundled around the center strand. Moreover, the cross-sectional structure of the core rope 1 and the core rope rope 3 is a seal type. Further, the twist lengths of the two layers of the core rope 1 and the core rope rope 3 are equal. That is, the core rope 1 and the core rope rope 3 are constituted by parallel twists.
- the outer layer rope 7 has a two-layer structure in which one layer of strands is bundled around the center strand.
- the material of the core rope cover 2 and the core rope cover 5 needs to maintain the pressure from the core rope rope 3 and the outer layer rope 7, for example, a certain degree of hardness such as polyethylene or polypropylene Resin having is used.
- the core rope covering body 2 and the core rope covering body 5 are comprised by resin bridge
- the core rope covering body 2 and the core rope covering body 5 increase the flexibility as an elevator rope and reduce the loss that occurs when bent by a sheave. good.
- the material of the core rope covering body 2 and the core rope covering body 5 a material that is harder than the material of the outer layer covering body 9 and has a low friction coefficient with respect to the same metal material is suitable. Furthermore, since the core rope cover 2 and the core rope cover 5 are slipped between the core rope 1, the core rope rope 3 and the outer layer rope 7, it is preferable that they have excellent wear resistance. It is.
- the outer layer covering 9 needs to secure the traction capability with the sheave, it is made of a resin having a friction coefficient of 0.2 or more with respect to the sheave and having sufficient wear resistance, for example, polyurethane.
- the outer layer strand 7 is comprised by resin bridge
- the core rope cover 2 and the core rope cover 5 enter between the adjacent core rope ropes 3 and are in contact with each other as shown in FIG. .
- the core rope covering body 5 and the outer layer covering body 9 enter between the adjacent outer layer strands 7 and are in contact with each other as shown in FIG.
- the surface of the outer layer covering 9 is provided with inspection result information 31 corresponding to the position of the inspection performed at the time of manufacture and position information 32 in the rope length direction at a predetermined pitch.
- the inspection result information 31 and the position information 32 are printed on the outer layer covering 9 using, for example, a printer or a laser marker.
- the inspection at the time of manufacture is performed after the outer layer covering 9 is covered in the manufacturing process or in an inspection process different from the manufacturing process. Moreover, the inspection at the time of manufacture is carried out continuously or at predetermined intervals along the rope length direction.
- Examples of the contents of the inspection include a rope diameter inspection using a laser-type outer diameter measuring device, a coating thickness inspection using an ultrasonic sensor or an eddy current sensor, and a disconnection inspection using a leakage magnetic rope tester.
- the result of each inspection is separately recorded in association with the lot number and the position in the length direction, and the outer layer covering 9 is given a comprehensive determination result of all inspections. That is, “OK” is printed if all the inspection results are normal, and “NG” is printed if there is any abnormality.
- an elevator rope is manufactured to a length of 2000 mm to 6000 m and then cut to a required length according to the elevator apparatus to be used.
- the inspection result information 31 is “NG”, the elevator rope is cut and commercialized while avoiding that portion.
- the entire elevator rope may not be commercialized.
- the manufacturing length is given to the outer layer covering 9.
- the manufacturing length is given every 0.1 m.
- the inspection result information 31 and the position information 32 are attached to the same position in the circumferential direction of the outer layer covering 9. That is, the inspection result information 31 and the position information 32 are attached on a straight line parallel to the axis of the elevator rope.
- the inspection result information 31 is attached to the surface of the outer covering body 9 at a predetermined pitch, so that the inspection result at the time of manufacture can be easily visually confirmed for each part even after shipment. . Therefore, the inspection result can be rechecked from the appearance of the elevator rope at the time of inspection before delivery or installation of the elevator apparatus, not to mention before shipment but also after the product is shipped. For this reason, even when the elevator rope including the portion where the abnormality is detected is shipped accidentally for some reason, the elevator rope can be easily found.
- the inspection data and the actual product can be easily collated.
- the inspection data and the actual product can be easily collated.
- the elevator rope is cut to the required length, it is not necessary to use a special length measuring device.
- the inspection result information 31 and the position information 32 are put on a straight line, and the printing pitch can be reduced to some extent, so that when the car and the counterweight are suspended, the twisting condition of the elevator rope can be confirmed. .
- the printing pitch be within 2 pitches of the twisting pitch of the outer layer cord 7 in order to confirm the twisting. That is, when the pitch is as short as possible, the printed line looks like a continuous line, which is suitable for checking the twist. However, in consideration of the length of printing, it is often difficult within one pitch. On the other hand, when the pitch is 3 pitches or more, it is difficult to determine whether the twist of the printing is due to the rotation of the elevator rope or the twisting or returning.
- one pitch of the outer layer strand 7 is about 6.5 times the diameter of the elevator rope.
- one pitch of twist is about 70 to 80 mm, and two pitches of twist are about 140 to 160 mm. Therefore, it can be said that the printing pitch of 100 mm shown in FIG. 1 is within a preferable range.
- the coefficient of friction between the outer layer covering 9 and the driving sheave is large, and the elevator rope does not easily slide with respect to the driving sheave. For this reason, the possibility that the inspection result information 31 and the position information 32 disappear due to wear is low.
- the elevator rope since only one core rope 1 is used, tension is applied during use, and it is difficult to deform when a load is applied from the core rope rope 3 to the core rope 1.
- the cross-sectional shape of the entire elevator rope can be stabilized, the number of steps of twisting the strands can be reduced, and manufacturing can be facilitated.
- the core rope cord 3 is not twisted directly on the outer circumference of the core cord rope 1 but twisted on the outer circumference of the core cord sheath 2, the cross-sectional shape of the core rope 6 can be made difficult to deform. This also stabilizes the cross-sectional shape of the entire elevator rope.
- the outer layer covering 9 needs to be bonded to the outer layer rope 7 in order to generate traction with the sheave, and before the outer layer covering 9 is bonded to the outer layer rope 7, It is necessary to sufficiently clean the dirt and oil adhering during the manufacture of the lasso 7. At this time, if the structure of the outer layer rope 7 is complicated, the inside of the outer layer rope 7 cannot be sufficiently cleaned. On the other hand, in Embodiment 1, since the core rope 1 and the core rope rope 3 have a three-layer structure and the outer layer rope 7 has a two-layer structure, the outer layer element is secured while ensuring sufficient strength. The rope 7 can be washed sufficiently and easily, and the outer layer covering 9 can be firmly adhered to the outer layer cord 7.
- the core rope covering body 2 and the core rope covering body 5 are made of a crosslinked resin material, the use in a high temperature environment or the temperature rise due to the bending acting continuously, The durability can be improved and the life can be extended.
- the outer layer covering 9 is also made of a crosslinked resin material, durability is increased and life is increased against use in a high temperature environment or temperature rise due to continuous bending. Can be planned. Moreover, strength reduction can be prevented against temperature rise due to slip between the sheave and the elevator rope during emergency braking, and sufficient deceleration performance can be maintained.
- FIG. 3 is a side view showing an elevator rope according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention.
- manufacturing information 33 is also written on the surface of the outer layer covering 9. Examples of the manufacturing information 33 include a manufacturer name, a lot number, and a manufacturing date / time.
- the manufacturing information 33 is printed at the same pitch as the inspection result information 31 and the position information 32 in the rope length direction. Further, the manufacturing information 33 is printed in a shifted position in the circumferential direction of the outer layer covering 9 from the inspection result information 31 and the position information 32.
- Other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment.
- the manufacturing information 33 is attached to the outer layer covering 9 at a predetermined pitch in the rope length direction, so that the manufacturing information can be visually confirmed without providing a separate data plate. can do.
- the cross-sectional structure of the elevator rope according to the present invention is not limited to the structure shown in FIG.
- a structure in which the core rope 1 is not deformed, a structure in which the number of core rope ropes 3 and outer layer ropes 7 is reduced (for example, core rope ropes: 6, outer layer ropes: 16), core A two-layer structure in which the rope cord 3 and the core rope covering 5 are omitted may be used.
