Abstract
Description
この抽出用バッグを使用して茶葉等を抽出する場合には、タグを手で持ち、湯の入ったカップ等にバッグ本体を入れて茶等を水中に抽出させる。そして、抽出後には、タグを持ち上げて、バッグ本体をカップから引き上げ、ゴミ箱等に入れて廃棄する。
このため、廃棄するにしても、バッグ本体の下側に手を添える等して落下した水分を受け止めながら、ゴミ箱等までもっていかなければならず、手が汚れてしまい面倒であった。
また、バッグ本体に残った水分には茶等が十分に抽出して濃くなっているが、この抽出分を見す見す廃棄することになってしまう。
しかしながら、上記のタイプの浸出パッケージでは水切りは不十分であり、加えて、バッグ本体内に吊下げ糸を保持させたり、吊下げ糸がバッグ本体より外方に突出したりしていること等から、特許文献1に記載の慣用的な製袋充填装置にパッケージフィルムをかけて製袋充填することはできない。
先ず、抽出用バッグ1の構成を、図1、図2にしたがって説明する。
図1において符号3はバッグ本体を示し、このバッグ本体3は矩形状の柔軟な包装材の縁が合掌されシールされて、図2で示す四つの三角面7、9、11、13からなる三角錐状に立体成形されている。シール部は縦シール部15と横シール部17、19とからなっている。
このバッグ本体3内には被抽出物としての茶葉Tが充填されている。
一方、残りの一辺はシールされずに開口して開口部27になっており、カバー材21はポケット状になってバッグ本体3に対して一体化されている。
したがって、点シール部29と縁シール部23の縁端との間の抜け口S1の寸法と、点シール部31と縁シール部25の縁端との間の抜け口S2の寸法はほぼ同じになっており、いずれも、後述する二本のタグ付き吊下げ糸33、41のそれぞれの吊下げ糸35、43が二本同時に十分に余裕を持って通れる程度の寸法になっている。
タグ付き吊下げ糸41の基端側は三角面11の上の頂点12(すなわち、三角面9、11、13で囲われた頂点)の近傍でシールされて基端シール部47が形成されている。基端シール部47から延び出た吊下げ糸43は点シール部31、29の周囲をU字状に大きく這わされた後、抜け口S1からポケットの外に引き出され、三角面9を横断し、三角面11の内方まで延び、タグ45が上記したタグ37に隣接した状態で三角面11に対して仮シールされている。
符号51は連続した長尺のシート本体を示す。このシート本体51は、上記したバッグ本体3を構成する一枚の包装材5が長手方向に連続したものである。
シート本体51の短手方向一端側は折り返されて折返し片53になっており、その折返し片の短手方向の長さ寸法はシート本体51の折返し前の短手方向の長さ寸法の1/4をやや超える程度になっている。
製袋化により、図4中点線により画定された三角形が、立体成形後に三角面7、9、11、13になると想定して、点シール部29、31と、タグ付き吊下げ糸33(吊下げ糸35、タグ37、基端シール部39)、タグ付き吊下げ糸41(吊下げ糸43、タグ45、基端シール部47)は、図示のような配置で取り付けられている。
吊下げ糸35、43はそれぞれ上下で隣り合うt2の間に収まっているので、t2で切断されても共に切断されることはない。
図5に示すように、包装材シート49が下方に送られていき、その過程でシールアンドカットによる製袋と茶葉Tの充填が行われていくが、視認の便宜のために茶葉Tの充填過程及び充填状態の図示は省略する。
先ず、短手方向の両側の縁、すなわち折返し部の縁と対向する他端側の縁とが合掌され、重なり合ったt1に沿って縦方向にシールアンドカットが施されて、縦シール部15となる。これによりシート本体51は筒状に成形されたことになる。
このようにして、バッグ本体3に二本のタグ付き吊下げ糸33、41が取り付けられた抽出用バッグ1が製造される。
図7に示すように、タグ37、45をそれぞれバッグ本体3から剥がす。そして、タグ37、45を持ってバッグ本体3を吊下げ糸35、43によって吊り下げた状態で、湯の入ったカップにバッグ本体3を入れる。次に、茶葉Tからの成分をある程度抽出し終わった後に、タグ37、45を持ち上げて、バッグ本体3をカップ内から引き上げる。
点シール部29、31を支点として共用しており、吊下げ糸35と吊下げ糸43の三角面7上の軌道は実質的に並列していることから、図9に示すように、点シール部29と点シール部31とが互いに引き寄せられ、その周囲の包装材5が絞られていく。
このようにしてバッグ本体3が三次元方向から絞られることになるので、茶葉Tを十分に絞り切ることができる。
したがって、最後の抽出分までカップに落とすことができる。また、水がポタポタ落ちたりしないので、廃棄する際にいちいち手を添えたりする必要がない。
この抽出用バッグ61は平袋形になっており、シート本体51の製袋化の際に、横シールアンドカットを常時A-B方向で行うことにより製造できる。
このようにバッグ本体63を平袋形にしてもよい。
例えば、二本のタグ付き吊下げ糸のタグは初期状態では一体になっており、抽出後にそれぞれの吊下げ糸を反対方向に引っ張る際に分離するように構成してもよい。

前記包装材の外面に被せられ、その一対の対向縁に形成された縁シール部により前記包装材に対して一体化されたカバー材と、
前記縁シール部の内方両側にそれぞれ少なくとも1つずつ設けられ、前記カバー材と前記包装材を点シールする点シール部と、
基端側が前記バッグ本体またはカバー材にシールされて基端シール部が形成された二本の吊下げ糸を備え、
一方の吊下げ糸は両側の点シール部と一方の縁シール部の縁端とが引張り時に支点となるよう這わされ、他方の吊下げ糸は両側の点シール部と他方の縁シール部の縁端とが引張り時に支点となるよう這わされており、

抽出用バッグは三角錐状で、点シール部は1つの三角面上にあり、いずれか一方の吊下げ糸の基端シール部は上記した三角面のいずれかの頂点またはその近傍にあり、両側の点シール部の周囲にS字状に這わされており、残りの他方の吊下げ糸の基端シール部は上記した三角面以外の残りの三つの三角面で囲まれた頂点またはその近傍にあり、両側の点シール部の周囲にU字状に這わされていることを特徴とする抽出用バッグ。 - 請求の範囲第1項から第4項のいずれかに記載した抽出用バッグにおいて、
二本の吊下げ糸はそれぞれタグ付きになっており、それぞれのタグは隣接して包装材に対して仮シールされていることを特徴とする抽出用バッグ。 - 請求の範囲第1項から第5項のいずれかに記載した抽出用バッグのバッグ本体に製袋化する連続した長尺の包装材シートであって、
前記包装材シートの短手方向一端側は折り返されてなり、その折返し部の縁と他端縁が合掌されて縦シールされ、さらにそれと交差する方向に横シールされると、製袋化されると共に、その横シールにより縁シール部が形成された折返し片がカバー材として前記包装材に一体化されることを特徴とする包装材シート。 - 請求の範囲第6項に記載した包装材シートにおいて、
一方のタグ付き吊下げ糸の基端シール部は折返し部の間に設けられ、両側の二つの点シール部の周囲をS字状に這わされており、
他方の吊下げ糸の基端シール部は外方の露出した包装材シート上に設けられ、両側の二つの点シール部の周囲をU字状に這わされていることを特徴とする包装材シート。
