- 第1部材(4)に左,右方向で対面して設けられた左,右の第1ブラケット(22,23,52,53)と、前記左,右の第1ブラケット(22,23,52,53)にそれぞれ設けられた左,右の第1ピン挿通孔(22D,23D,52D,53D)と、前記第1部材(4)に連結される第2部材(9,16)に設けられ前記左,右の第1ブラケット(22,23,52,53)と対面する左,右の第2ブラケット(24,25,54,55)と、前記左,右の第2ブラケット(24,25,54,55)にそれぞれ設けられ前記第1ピン挿通孔(22D,23D,52D,53D)と同一の軸線(O-O)として重ねることができる左,右の第2ピン挿通孔(24A,25A,54A,55A)と、前記左第1ピン挿通孔(22D,52D)と前記左第2ピン挿通孔(24A,54A)とに挿通される左連結ピン(26,56)と、前記右第1ピン挿通孔(23D,53D)と前記右第2ピン挿通孔(25A,55A)とに挿通される右連結ピン(27,57)と、前記左,右の第1ブラケット(22,23,52,53)間に配置され、前記左第1ピン挿通孔(22D,52D)と前記左第2ピン挿通孔(24A,54A)とに対して前記左連結ピン(26,56)を抜差しすると共に前記右第1ピン挿通孔(23D,53D)と前記右第2ピン挿通孔(25A,55A)とに対して前記右連結ピン(27,57)を抜差しするピン抜差し機構(28)とを備えてなる2部材連結装置において、
前記左,右の第1ブラケット(22,23,52,53)と前記左,右の連結ピン(26,27,56,57)との間には、前記左連結ピン(26,56)を前記左第1ピン挿通孔(22D,52D)と前記左第2ピン挿通孔(24A,54A)とに差込んだ状態で廻止めし、前記右連結ピン(27,57)を前記右第1ピン挿通孔(23D,53D)と前記右第2ピン挿通孔(25A,55A)とに差込んだ状態で廻止めする左,右の連結ピン廻止め機構(42,45,58,61)をそれぞれ設ける構成としたことを特徴とする2部材連結装置。 - 前記左,右の連結ピン廻止め機構(42,45,58,61)は、前記左,右の第1ブラケット(22,23,52,53)のうち互いに対向する対向面(22C,23C,52C,53C)側に位置して前記左,右の連結ピン(26,27,56,57)にそれぞれ設けられ、前記各連結ピン(26,27,56,57)の軸線(O-O)から離間する方向に延びるピン側係合部材(43,46,59,62)と、
前記左,右の第1ブラケット(22,23,52,53)の対向面(22C,23C,52C,53C)のうち前記各連結ピン(26,27,56,57)の軸線(O-O)から離間した位置にそれぞれ設けられ、前記連結ピン(26,27,56,57)を前記第1ピン挿通孔(22D,23D,52D,53D)と前記第2ピン挿通孔(24A,25A,54A,55A)に差込んだときに前記ピン側係合部材(43,46,59,62)が係合するブラケット側係合部材(44,47,60,63)とにより構成してなる請求項1に記載の2部材連結装置。 - 前記ピン側係合部材(43,46,59,62)は、前記連結ピン(26,27,56,57)の軸線(O-O)から離間する方向に突出する突状部材であり、
前記ブラケット側係合部材(44,47,60,63)は、前記ピン側係合部材(43,46,59,62)の先端部(43A,46A,59A,62A)を挟込む凹溝部(44B,47B,60B,63B,44B′)を有するブロック体として構成してなる請求項2に記載の2部材連結装置。 - 前記ピン側係合部材(43,46,59,62)の先端部(43A,46A,59A,62A)と前記凹溝部(44B,47B,60B,63B,44B′)とのうち少なくとも一方側には、前記各連結ピン(26,27,56,57)を前記各第1ピン挿通孔(22D,23D,52D,53D)と前記各第2ピン挿通孔(24A,25A,54A,55A)とに差込むときに、前記各ピン側係合部材(43,46,59,62)の先端部(43A,46A,59A,62A)を前記凹溝部(44B,47B,60B,63B,44B′)へと案内するテーパ状の案内面(43B,46B,59B,62B,44C,47C,60C,63C)を設ける構成としてなる請求項3に記載の2部材連結装置。
- 前記ピン抜差し機構(28)は、前記左,右の連結ピン(26,27,56,57)の軸線の位置から離間した位置に伸縮可能に配置された油圧シリンダ(29)と、前記左,右の連結ピン(26,27,56,57)の軸線の位置から前記油圧シリンダ(29)と同一方向に離間した位置に、少なくとも前記左,右の連結ピン(26,27,56,57)の軸線と直交する方向に動くことができる浮動状態で配置された浮動リンク(30)と、前記浮動リンク(30)を介して前記左連結ピン(26,56)と前記油圧シリンダ(29)との間をそれぞれ回動可能に連結した左リンク(31)と、前記浮動リンク(30)を介して前記右連結ピン(27,57)と前記油圧シリンダ(29)との間をそれぞれ回動可能に連結した右リンク(35)とを備え、前記油圧シリンダ(29)の伸長状態または縮小状態に応じて前記左,右のリンク(31,35)を介して前記左,右の連結ピン(26,27,56,57)によって前記左,右の第1ブラケット(22,23,52,53)と第2ブラケット(24,25,54,55)をそれぞれ連結し、または切り離す構成としてなる請求項1に記載の2部材連結装置。
- 前記左,右の第1ブラケット(22,23,52,53)間には、前記左連結ピン(26,56)が前記左第2ピン挿通孔(24A,54A)から抜け出した位置で当接すると共に、前記右連結ピン(27,57)が前記右第2ピン挿通孔(25A,55A)から抜け出した位置で当接するストッパ(40)を設ける構成としてなる請求項5に記載の2部材連結装置。
