Description
本発明の実施形態による建設機械の油圧ピン抜け止め構造について、図1から図13を参照しながら説明する。以下、本発明に係る建設機械の一例として油圧ショベル10(図1参照)を例示する。また、本発明に係る油圧ピン抜け止め構造の一例として抜け止め機構6(図4参照)及び抜け止め機構7(図10参照)を例示する。
本発明による建設機械の油圧ピン抜け止め構造は上述した実施の形態に限定されず、特許請求の範囲に記載した範囲で種々の変形や改良が可能である。

Claims (3)
- 建設機械の油圧ピン抜け止め構造であって、
第1部材と第2部材とは少なくとも一部が対向するように配置され、
前記第1部材には、前記第2部材と対向する部分に第1ピン孔が形成され、
前記第2部材には、前記第1部材と対向する部分に前記第1ピン孔と同一軸上に重ねることが可能な第2ピン孔が形成され、
前記第1ピン孔及び前記第2ピン孔には、機械中心側から機械側方に向けて伸縮可能な油圧ピンが挿通され、
前記第1ピン孔及び前記第2ピン孔に挿通した前記油圧ピンには、前記油圧ピンの抜けを防止する抜け止め機構が設けられ、
前記抜け止め機構は、
前記油圧ピンの収縮側端部に当接可能な抜け止め部材と、
前記油圧ピンの収縮時において前記抜け止め部材が前記収縮側端部に当接するロック位置と前記抜け止め部材が前記収縮側端部に当接しないロック解除位置とに前記抜け止め部材を切り替える切替部材と、
を備えることを特徴とする建設機械の油圧ピン抜け止め構造。 - 前記抜け止め部材は、回動軸を挟んで操作部と当接部とを有する抜け止めレバーであって前記操作部の操作に伴って前記回動軸を中心に回動する抜け止めレバーであり、
前記抜け止めレバーのうち前記操作部の側には、スライド部材が設けられ、
前記切替部材には、前記操作部の操作に伴って前記スライド部材をスライド移動させることが可能な長孔が形成され、
前記長孔の両端には、前記スライド部材を嵌合させるための第1切り欠き部と第2切り欠き部とが形成され、
前記スライド部材が前記第1切り欠き部に嵌合すると、前記抜け止めレバーの前記当接部が前記ロック位置に配置され、
前記スライド部材が前記第2切り欠き部に嵌合すると、前記抜け止めレバーの前記当接部が前記ロック解除位置に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建設機械の油圧ピン抜け止め構造。 - 前記抜け止め機構は、前記抜け止めレバーを支持する支持部材を更に備え、
前記抜け止めレバーは、前記回動軸を中心として自重によって所定方向に回動するように構成されており、
前記支持部材は、前記所定方向に回動した前記抜け止めレバーを前記ロック位置で停止して支持するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の建設機械の油圧ピン抜け止め構造。
