- the operation information (records 115a, 116a,...) Is one physical quantity or a combination of a plurality of physical quantities acquired using a sensor or the like installed in the device.
- the operation information is a combination of a plurality of physical quantities, it is assumed that these physical quantities have been acquired at the same time.
- a power generation gas turbine will be described as an example of equipment.
- the operation information ID in the operation information ID column 111a is an identifier that uniquely specifies the operation information.
- the cooling water pressure in the parameter 1 column 112a is the pressure of the cooling water for the gas turbine acquired by the sensor (unit: hPa).
- the cooling water temperature in the parameter 2 column 113a is the temperature of the cooling water for the gas turbine acquired by the sensor (unit: ° C.).
- the noise value in the parameter 3 column 114a is the noise value of the gas turbine acquired by the sensor (unit: dB).

- Each parameter is not limited to the above example, and any physical quantity that can be measured approximately may be used, and may be a value obtained by converting the physical quantity using a predetermined logic.
- the operation information database 22 in FIG. 4 is different from the operation information database 22 in FIG. 3 in that each parameter value such as cooling water pressure, cooling water temperature, and vibration value has a plurality of time-series components. Is different. For example, “600, 500, 400,...” Is stored in the parameter 1 column 112b of the record 115b. This is because the cooling water pressure at 0:00 am on one day is 600 hPa, the cooling water pressure at 1:00 am on the same day is 500 hPa, and the cooling water pressure at 2:00 am on the same day is 500 hPa. (The same applies until 23:00). The same applies to the parameter 2 column 113b and the parameter 3 column 114b.
- the maintenance information 23 is information that describes measures against the operation information, and more specifically, is an inspection record by a maintenance staff particularly when a malfunction occurs in the device.

- the faulty part in the faulty part column 125 is the name of the part exchanged by the maintenance staff.
- the faulty part in the faulty part column 126 is the name of the part that is particularly defective among the replaced parts.
- the maintenance information is not limited to these items, but may include other items (cause of failure, use start time of parts, etc.). In addition, some of these items may be missing. However, it is desirable to have at least one of a failure phenomenon, a failed part, and a failure site.
- the operation information database 22 is a record in which records created by maintenance personnel at any point in time are stored regardless of whether or not there is a malfunction in the device.
- the operation information database 22 may be a storage of records automatically created by the maintenance work case collection apparatus 1 or the device itself at a predetermined time or a predetermined cycle based on information from the sensor.
- the maintenance information 23 is an individual record created by the maintenance staff at the time when there is a malfunction in the device, and whether or not to store these records as a database is arbitrary.
- the operation information database 22 and the maintenance information 23 are not directly related to each other, and are usually managed separately. However, when the operation information 103, 106,... And the maintenance information 102, 105,... Are stored in the form of a combination or stored in association with each other as in the maintenance work example database 21 (FIG. 2), It is an excellent database that shows empirically what kind of maintenance work is required when a device shows a certain state. Note that the operation information of one case in FIG. 2 is equal to one record in FIG. 3 (FIG. 4). The maintenance information of one case of FIG. 2 is equal to one record of FIG.
- the use value of the “example” in the maintenance work example database 21 is greatly affected by the accuracy of the relationship between the maintenance information and the operation information. For example, if the gas turbine is leaking, the coolant pressure is lower than normal, the coolant temperature is higher than normal, and the noise level is higher than normal. There is no significant difference. When the gas turbine is “vibrated”, the cooling water pressure and the cooling water temperature are not significantly different from those in a normal case, and the noise value is higher than that in a normal case.
- the operation information of a case in the maintenance work case database 21 indicates the characteristic of “liquid leakage”, while the maintenance information of the same case includes “vibration”, “bearing”, “bearing”, and the like. It is clear that the case has no use value. As a cause of the case being erroneously stored, for example, an input error of maintenance information such as a failure phenomenon is assumed. This embodiment prevents such an input error.
- the information input / output unit 31 receives input of operation information. Specifically, the information input / output unit 31 accepts that the user inputs the cooling water pressure, the cooling water temperature, and the noise value via the input device 14 such as a keyboard. In some cases, the operation information is already acquired by the maintenance work case collection apparatus 1 or the device itself and stored as the operation information database 22. In this case, the information input / output unit 31 displays the maintenance information registration screen 51 (FIG. 7) on the output device 15. Next, it is accepted that the user inputs information indicating the location of the operation information database 22 in the operation information file path field 201.
- the information input / output unit 31 may accept that the user presses the “reference” button 202 and may display information indicating the location of the operation information database 22 (there may be a plurality). Thereafter, the information input / output unit 31 accepts that the user selects one of the information indicating the location. Subsequently, the information input / output unit 31 displays the operation information database 22 on the output device 14 and accepts that the user selects one specific record (operation information).
- step S302 the information input / output unit 31 receives an input of maintenance information. Specifically, the information input / output unit 31 first displays a maintenance information registration screen 51 (FIG. 7) on the output device 15. If it is already displayed in step S301, it is not necessary to display it again. Second, for the maintenance date / time field 203, the maintenance person name field 204, the failure phenomenon field 205, the failed part field 206, and the failed part field 207 of the maintenance information registration screen 51, the user can perform the maintenance date / time and the name of the maintenance person respectively. , Receiving the input of the failure phenomenon, the failed part and the failed part.
- the information input / output unit 31 may display the current maintenance date as an initial value in the maintenance date column 203. Third, the information input / output unit 31 accepts that the user presses the maintenance information registration button 208.
- step S303 the maintenance work case storage unit 33 acquires a case. Specifically, the maintenance work case storage unit 33 searches the maintenance work case database 21 (FIG. 2) using the failure phenomenon, the failed part and the failure part received in step S302 as search keys, and the failure phenomenon using the search key as a search key. The operation information of all cases including the failed part and the failed part in the maintenance information is acquired.
- step S304 the validity verification unit 32 determines the validity of the newly input operation information.
- the validity verification unit 32 creates a new one based on the proximity between the operation information received in step S301 and the operation information acquired in step S303.
- the validity of the operation information entered in is determined. Specifically, when the newly entered operation information does not include an abnormal parameter value (step S304 “valid”), the validity verification unit 32 determines “valid”. As shown in FIG. If the newly entered operation information includes an abnormal parameter value (step S304 “no validity”), the judgment result is “no validity” and an abnormal value having the abnormal value is obtained.
- the process proceeds to step S307 while holding the parameter and the “up (down) shake warning” associated with the abnormal parameter.
- the maintenance work case storage unit 33 stores operation information and maintenance information as cases. Specifically, the maintenance work case storage unit 33 stores the operation information received in step S301 and the maintenance information received in step S302 in the maintenance work case database 21 as one “case” in association with each other. . At this time, the maintenance work case storage unit 33 assigns a new maintenance information ID and stores it in the maintenance information of the case. When the operation information ID is undetermined, the maintenance work case storage unit 33 assigns a new operation information ID and stores it in the operation information of the case. Further, the operation information storage unit 34 may attach an operation information ID to the operation information received in step S301 and store it as a new record in the operation information database 22.
- step S306 the information input / output unit 31 outputs the processing result. Specifically, the information input / output unit 31 first displays the maintenance information registration success screen 52 (FIG. 8) on the output device 15. Secondly, a message indicating that the newly input operation information and the newly input maintenance information are stored in association with each other is displayed in the message column 211. Here, the message is “Store to database completed”. Next, in the maintenance date / time column 212, the maintenance worker name column 213, the failure phenomenon column 214, the failed part column 215 and the failed part column 216, the maintenance date / time received in step S302, the name of the maintenance worker, the failure phenomenon, the failed component, Display the fault location. When the “return” button 217 is pressed, the maintenance information registration screen 51 is displayed. Thereafter, the processing procedure ends.
- the maintenance information registration success screen 52 FIG. 8
- step S307 the information input / output unit 31 accepts re-input of maintenance information. Specifically, the information input / output unit 31 first displays the maintenance information re-registration screen 53 (FIG. 9) on the output device 15.
- a message indicating that the relationship between the newly input operation information and the newly input maintenance information is not valid is displayed in the message column 221.
- the message is "Registered in the database ... Please re-enter.”
- the “abnormal parameter” determined in step S304 (S406) is displayed in the message column 221.
- the information input / output unit 31 displays “up (down) shake warning” (detailed later) associated with the “abnormal parameter” in the message field 221.
- “abnormal parameters” there are two “abnormal parameters”, “cooling water pressure” and “cooling water temperature”. “Upward warning (higher than past case)” is displayed in association with “cooling water pressure”, and “Downward warning (lower than previous case)” is displayed in association with “cooling water temperature”.
- the information input / output unit 31 may display information related to the sensor corresponding to the “abnormal parameter” (such as “survey target sensor 1”). In this case, it is assumed that the auxiliary storage device 13 stores information on the sensor for each parameter.
- the information input / output unit 31 allows the user to refer to the contents displayed in the message field 221 and perform all of the failure phenomenon field 224, the failure part field 225, and the failure part field 226 (shaded part in FIG. 9). Alternatively, a part is requested to re-input all or part of the failure phenomenon, the failed part, and the failure part, and the information is received. At this time, the columns 224, 225, and 226 to be re-inputted may be highlighted, and the other columns 222 and 223 may be displayed as an input prohibited state. The user re-enters the fields 224, 225, and 226, and then presses the “maintenance information re-registration” button 227.
- step S304 may be omitted after step S303, and the process may be terminated through steps S305 and S306.
- step S304 Details of step S304 of the processing procedure will be described with reference to FIG.
- the operation information database 22 uses the type shown in FIG. 3, and the number of parameters of the operation information is two (“cooling water pressure” and “cooling water temperature”), and step S303.
- the assumption is that N pieces of operation information have been acquired.
- step S401 the validity verification unit 32 acquires the coordinates of the center of gravity of past operation information. Specifically, the validity verification unit 32 calculates the average value (X0) of the “cooling water pressure” values for the N pieces of operation information acquired in step S303. Similarly, an average value (Y0) of “cooling water temperature” values is calculated for N pieces of operation information.
- step S402 the validity verification unit 32 acquires a standard deviation of past operation information. Specifically, the validity verification unit 32 sets the “cooling water pressure” value as the X coordinate and the “cooling water temperature” value as the Y coordinate for each of the N pieces of operation information acquired in step S303. The distance from the point to the coordinates of the center of gravity acquired in step S401 is calculated. Thereafter, the standard deviation ( ⁇ ) of the distance is calculated.
- the validity verification unit 32 displays a valid area on the coordinate plane. Specifically, the validity verification unit 32 centers on the center of gravity (X0, Y0) acquired in step S401 on a coordinate plane having “cooling water pressure” as the X axis and “cooling water temperature” as the Y axis. Then, a circle whose radius is the standard deviation ( ⁇ ) acquired in step S402 is drawn (see FIG. 6). The radius here is not limited to the standard deviation ( ⁇ ) itself, but may be t times the standard deviation ( ⁇ ) (t is an arbitrary positive number).
- step S404 the validity verification unit 32 determines whether or not newly input operation information falls within a valid area. Specifically, the validity verification unit 32 determines that the newly entered operation information has the “cooling water pressure” value as the X coordinate and the “cooling water temperature” value as the Y coordinate in step S403. It is determined whether or not the point is included in or on the circumference of the drawn circle. If the point is included in or on the circle (step S404 “YES”), the process proceeds to step S405. In other cases (step S404 “NO”), the process proceeds to step S406. For example, in FIG. 6, when the coordinates of the point representing the newly input operation information is (X1, Y1), the process proceeds to step S405. When the coordinates of the point representing the newly input operation information is (X2, Y2), the process proceeds to step S406.
- step S405 the validity verification unit 32 sets the determination result as “valid”. For example, the operation information represented by the point (X1, Y1) is determined to be significantly close to past operation information associated with similar maintenance information. Thereafter, the process returns to step S305.
- step S ⁇ b> 406 the validity verification unit 32 determines that the determination result is “no validity” and determines an abnormal parameter. Specifically, the validity verification unit 32 determines whether each parameter of the newly input operation information is within a range within “ ⁇ ” before and after the coordinate value of the parameter of the center of gravity. Judge for each individual parameter. If the parameter is not within the range, the determination result is “no validity” and the parameter is “abnormal parameter”. For example, the parameter value (X2) for the “cooling water pressure” at the point (X2, Y2) representing the operation information in FIG. 6 is in the range of “X0 ⁇ ” to “X0 + ⁇ ”. However, the parameter value (Y2) for “cooling water temperature” is not in the range of “Y0 ⁇ ” or more and “Y0 + ⁇ ” or less. In this case, the validity verification unit 32 sets “cooling water temperature” as “abnormal parameter”.
- step S407 the validity verification unit 32 generates an “up (down) shake warning”. Specifically, the validity verification unit 32 determines whether the value of the “abnormal parameter” determined in step S406 is greater than “the coordinate value of the parameter of the center of gravity + ⁇ ” or “the coordinate value of the parameter of the center of gravity. Whether it is smaller than “ ⁇ ” is determined for each abnormal parameter. If the value of the abnormal parameter is larger than “the coordinate value of the parameter of the center of gravity + ⁇ ”, an “upward warning” is further generated in association with the abnormal parameter, and the value of the abnormal parameter is set to “center of gravity. Is smaller than the coordinate value ⁇ of the parameter, a “downward warning” is further generated in association with the abnormal parameter.
- the validity verification unit 32 since Y2> Y0 + ⁇ , the validity verification unit 32 generates an “upward warning” in association with the “cooling water temperature”. Thereafter, the process returns to step S307 while maintaining the “up (down) shake warning”.
- step S304 an example in which a determination result is generated using a two-dimensional plane has been described.
- a point having an average value of a plurality of components “70, 80, 90,...” Included in the coordinate value of the Y axis as a point representing each operation information on the coordinate plane.
- a point having the average value of the X coordinates and the average value of the Y coordinates of the points representing the plurality of pieces of operation information becomes the center of gravity.
- a standard deviation ( ⁇ ) of the distance is calculated.
- Modification 1 It is also possible to change the processing in step S301 as in the following (1) to (3).
- the information input / output unit 31 displays the maintenance information registration initial screen 54 (FIGS. 10 and 11) on the output device 15, and the user inputs the operation information ID in the operation information ID column 231. ”Button 232 is accepted.
- the operation information storage unit 34 acquires corresponding operation information from the operation information database 22 using the input operation information ID as a search key.
- the information input / output unit 31 displays the operating information output screen 55 (FIGS. 10 and 11) on the output device 15.
- the example of FIG. 10 corresponds to the case where the operation information database 22 is the type of FIG. 3, and the acquired operation information is visualized and displayed in the operation information column 243a. In the example of FIG.
- the cooling water pressure is “500 hPa”
- the cooling water temperature is “90 ° C.”
- the noise value is “60 dB”. It is displayed in an easy-to-understand manner that certain operation information is applicable.
- the user inputs the maintenance date and time, the name of the maintenance person, the failure phenomenon, the failed part, and the failed part in the columns 244, 245, 246, 247, and 248 with reference to the visualized operation information.
- the example of FIG. 11 corresponds to the case where the operation information database 22 is of the type shown in FIG. 4, and the acquired operation information is visualized and displayed as a time-series line graph in the operation information column 243b.
- the cooling water pressure of the corresponding operation information is “600 hPa at 0:00 am and at 1:00 am 500 hPa, 400 hPa at 2:00 am (the same applies until 23:00), and the cooling water temperature is “70 ° C. at 0:00 am, at 1:00 am Is 80 ° C. and is 90 ° C.
- the user refers to the operation information visualized as time series data in this way, and inputs the maintenance date and time, the name of the maintenance staff, the failure phenomenon, the failed part, and the failed part in the columns 244, 245, 246, 247, and 248. To do.
- operation information about a specific device is periodically and automatically acquired, and a user visually recognizes a plurality of parameters of the device at the same time, or a relationship of time-series changes between the plurality of parameters. This is particularly convenient when inputting maintenance information after visually confirming.
- step S ⁇ b> 404 the validity verification unit 32 determines whether or not newly input operation information falls within a valid area.
- the radius of the “circle” used for the determination at this time is not directly related to the number of operating information acquired in step S303. That is, for example, even if the number is “10” or the number is “100”, the radius of the circle may result in the same value. However, the statistical reliability of the radius (standard deviation ⁇ ) is higher when the number is “100”.
- step S404 When the result of the determination in step S404 is “NO” (the newly input operation information is not included in the appropriate area (circle)), and the number of operation information acquired in step S303 is “10” Since the newly input operation information is only compared with at most 10 past operation information, the reliability of the determination that the operation information is different from the past cases is relatively low.
- the result of the determination in step S404 is “NO” (the newly entered operation information is not included in the valid area (circle)), and the number of operation information acquired in step S303 is “100”.
- the newly entered operation information is compared with a sufficient number of past operation information, such as 100, so the reliability of the judgment that there is a deviation from the past cases is relatively high. .
- step S303 the maintenance work case storage unit 33 acquires a case. Specifically, the maintenance work case storage unit 33 searches the maintenance work case database 21 using the failure phenomenon, the failed part and the failed part received in step S302 as a search key, and uses the failure phenomenon, the failed part and the The operation information of all cases including the failed part in the maintenance information is acquired together with the number of corresponding operation information.
- the information input / output unit 31 generates “reliability” based on the number of corresponding operation information acquired in step S303.
- the reliability may be any numerical value that increases as the number of corresponding operation information increases. For example, if the number of applicable operation information is 1 or more and less than 10, the reliability is “1”, and if the number of applicable operation information is 10 or more and less than 50, the reliability is “2”.
- a table indicating the relationship between the number of corresponding pieces of operation information and reliability, such as “3” when the number of pieces of operation information is 50 or more, may be stored in the auxiliary storage device 13. .
- each of the reliability “3”, reliability “2”, and reliability “1” is compared with “a sufficient number of past cases. Please re-enter maintenance information after careful consideration. ”,“ Compared to a considerable number of past cases. Please re-enter maintenance information just in case. ”And“ The number of past cases to be compared is not enough. Without re-entering maintenance information.
- the auxiliary storage device 13 may store a table in which comments such as “can be terminated” are associated with each other.
- the information input / output unit 31 acquires the reliability using the number of corresponding operation information as a search key, and further acquires a comment using the acquired reliability as a search key. It is displayed in the message column 221.
- the user can re-enter the maintenance information after sufficiently assuring the reliability of the processing of the maintenance work case collection apparatus 1.
- the number of pieces of operation information acquired in step S303 depends on the accuracy of newly input maintenance information. For example, the failure phenomenon, the failed part and the failure part of the newly input maintenance information should be correctly input as “liquid leak”, “cooling water pipe” and “joint”, respectively. It is assumed that “Liquid leak”, “Cooling water pipe” and “Bearing” are input. In such a case, there is a high possibility that the number of pieces of operation information acquired in step S303 will be smaller than when the information is correctly input. In addition, it is assumed that “liquid leakage”, “silencer”, and “bearing” are actually input.
- step S303 there is a high possibility that the number of pieces of operation information acquired in step S303 is further reduced as compared with the case where the information is correctly input.
- the greater the number of maintenance information items that are erroneously input the smaller the number of similar maintenance information in the past, and as a result, the number of operation information acquired in step S303 is reduced. Therefore, as described in the following (1) and (2), a part of the above-described processing can be corrected.
- the information input / output unit 31 generates a “request level” based on the number of corresponding operation information acquired in step S303.
- the request degree may be any numerical value as long as the number of corresponding operation information increases, and may be, for example, the number of items of maintenance information to be input again. For example, if the number of corresponding operation information is 0 or more and less than 5, the request level is “2”, and if the number of corresponding operation information is 5 or more, the request level is “1”.
- the correspondence relationship between the number of corresponding operation information and the required degree may be stored in the auxiliary storage device 13 in advance.
- the information input / output unit 31 acquires the degree of request using the number of corresponding operation information as a search key. Then, the information input / output unit 31 displays a message “Please review the input for at least ⁇ items” ( ⁇ is the degree of request) in the message field 221 of the maintenance information re-registration screen 53 (FIG. 9). .
- the user can specifically know the number of maintenance information items to be re-input.
- step S307 As a result of the user misreading the operation information (sensor value), or as a result of mistaken operation of the keyboard or the like when inputting, there may be a case of going through step S307. In this case, it is convenient for the user to re-enter the operation information.
- step S303 In the processing procedure, as described above, “then, the processing returns to step S303.
- step S304 In the iterative processing, after step S303, step S304 is omitted, and the processing ends after steps S305 and S306”. “After that, the process returns to step S301. In the repetitive process, step S302 is omitted. Then, after step S303, step S304 is omitted, and the process ends after steps S305 and S306”. .
- the fourth modification it is possible to avoid the problem that the user is repeatedly requested for re-input even though the user re-enters the maintenance information due to the fact that the input operation information is incorrect.
- step S302 When the number of maintenance information items (failure phenomenon, faulty part, faulty part) actually input in step S302 is small, that is, when the number of AND condition search keys is small, the number of operation information acquired in step S303 In some cases, the process of step S304 (centroid, calculation of standard deviation, etc.) takes more time than necessary. Therefore, as described in the following (1) and (2), a part of the above-described processing can be corrected.
- the maintenance work case storage unit 33 sets the difference between the acquired number and the threshold as the “excess hit number”.
- the maintenance work case storage unit 33 determines, as the “number of additional input items”, a value that increases as the number of excessive hits increases according to a predetermined criterion.
- the “number of additional input items” should not exceed the “number of uninput items”.
- the information input / output unit 31 inputs “maintenance information items to the output device 15 by“ number of additional input items ”. And a maintenance information registration screen 51 (FIG. 7) are displayed, and the user accepts additional input. Then search again.
- the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be modified without departing from the gist of the present invention.

Abstract
