Abstract

Afin d'automatiser de façon uniforme le procédé de découpe et de fourniture de moules à partir d'un corps de moule en vue de simplifier la fourniture des moules par le biais d'opérations rapides et de favoriser l'amélioration de la qualité en empêchant l'apparition de dommages ou de défauts sur les moules, la présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant de découper un moule pour la fabrication de lentilles de contact comprenant : une table de travail comprenant une pluralité de boîtes de collecte ; une section de corps montée de manière fixe sur les tables de travail, un élément d'attente de moule et un trou d'évacuation de bout de moule étant formés au niveau du sommet sur un côté ; un dispositif de découpe monté de manière fixe au niveau de l'autre côté de la section de corps permettant de découper une partie raccordée à un moule à l'aide d'un élément de découpe en faisant pivoter un corps de moule transporté ; un dispositif de ramassage monté sur une structure disposée sur une section de corps de sorte que le dispositif de ramassage puisse effectuer un mouvement de va-et-vient sur la droite et sur la gauche le long de rails de guidage, permettant de ramasser le corps de moule sur l'élément d'attente de moule afin de transporter celui-ci vers le dispositif de découpe ou permettant de ramasser le bout de moule qui est découpé du moule afin de transporter celui-ci vers le trou d'évacuation de bout de moule ; et un moyen de collecte de moule monté de manière fixe sur la table de travail au niveau d'un côté du dispositif de découpe permettant de collecter les moules individuels fournis après la découpe au niveau du dispositif de découpe.
