Abstract

La présente invention concerne une machine à chanfreiner visant à: maximiser la qualité du produit en empêchant des défectuosités de se produire dans une pièce de fabrication pendant le travail et en obtenant des surfaces de coupe uniformes; prolonger la durée de vie des machines et garantir la sécurité et le confort des ouvriers en évacuant en douceur vers l'extérieur les copeaux produits pendant le découpage; et augmenter la cadence de travail et le confort en effectuant le travail de remplacement sur divers outils par une opération simple, tout en maximisant simultanément la productivité. La machine à chanfreiner comprend: une unité de corps qui comporte une plaque de commande sur une surface extérieure de celle-ci afin de régler une opération et de commander si on l'effectue ou non; une unité de guide qui fixée sur une extrémité supérieure de ladite unité de corps et est constituée pour être mobile par coulissement vers l'avant et vers l'arrière; une unité de berceau qui est rattachée à ladite unité de guide sur le côté supérieur de ladite unité de corps, comporte des surfaces de support qui sont placées pour correspondre l'une à l'autre lorsque les parties supérieures de celles-ci sont inclinées vers la partie centrale et est configurée pour tenir délicatement une pièce de fabrication sur elle, un trou de chanfreinage étant pratiqué entre lesdites surfaces de support; un élément de coupe qui est placé dans le trou de chanfreinage de ladite unité de berceau et est configuré pour être en contact avec le bord de la pièce de fabrication pour la chanfreiner; et un moyen d'entraînement qui est placé dans un espace intérieur de ladite unité de corps en liaison avec l'extrémité inférieure dudit élément de coupe et fait tourner celui-ci en lui appliquant une énergie selon l'état opératoire de ladite plaque de commande, ladite unité de guide étant accouplée pour pouvoir tourner à partir de ladite unité de corps de telle sorte que ladite unité de guide et l'unité de berceau soient recourbées et déplacées et, après que ladite unité de guide et l'unité de berceau ont été recourbées et déplacées pour mettre à découvert vers l'extérieur ledit élément de coupe, une unité de charnière est capable de remplacer un outil si besoin est et d'appliquer l'outil remplacé.
