Abstract
Description

(2)一つのヘッドが、第3腰椎と第4腰椎間、又は第4腰椎と第5腰椎間、又は第3腰椎~第5腰椎のいずれか一又は二以上に宛がうことのできるサイズであるため、それらの部位に宛がい易く、圧電振動子から発生する超音波が腰椎に確実に伝達されて便秘が改善される。
(3)ヘッドをL3とL4腰椎の間又はL4とL5腰椎の間又はL3~L5腰椎付近に対応する箇所に宛がって使用すると便秘改善効果が顕著である。
(4)二以上のヘッドの間隔を、腰椎間の間隔と同じ又は略同じにしたので、いずれかのヘッドから発生する超音波が腰椎とその間に確実に伝達されて、便秘が改善される。

(7)圧電振動子が超音波振動が伝達され易い硬質材製のヘッドに固定されているンので、背中からでも超音波振動が伝達は前記圧電振動子のである。
(8)圧電振動子から発生される超音波振動の周波数が1.5MHz~2.0MHzであるため、後記する実験で確認できたとおり便秘改善効果が著しい。
本願発明の超音波便秘改善器の使用の一例としては、椅子に座っている人の背中に図4のようにヘッド1を宛がって接着テープ、接着剤、ベルトなどで背中に固定する。このとき、ヘッド1のうち圧電振動子4の部分をL3~L5腰椎の位置に位置決めする。その状態で超音波信号発振回路2から超音波信号を発振して圧電振動子4に印加する。これにより圧電振動子4が振動して超音波(振動)が発生して体内のL3~L5腰椎に伝達され、その付近が刺激されて、便秘が改善される。継続使用時間(超音波)は使用する人により異なるが、1回の使用で数十分程度が適する。使用日数は使用する人の体調に合わせて毎日、或いは数日置きといったようにすることができる。

本願発明の超音波便秘改善器を、男性4名、女性21名の被験者に装着して実験を行った。その結果を表1に示す。夫々の被験者の年齢、実験日、本願発明の超音波便秘改善器を使用する前の排便(便秘)状況は表1に示すとおりである。この実験では、夫々の被検者をうつ伏せにして背中に本願発明の超音波便秘改善器のヘッド1を宛がった。このとき、ヘッド1のうち圧電振動子4の部分をL4とL5腰椎の間、又はその付近に宛がい、そのヘッド1の上に砂袋(重し)を載せて固定し、その状態で圧電振動子4から発生される周波数1.5MHz(一部は2.0MHz)、出力強度100mWの超音波を、背中の外から前記L4とL5腰椎の間、又はその付近に伝達させた。一人当たりの1回の実験時間は20分である。

Claims (8)
- 背中から腰椎と腰椎間の双方またはいずれか一方に超音波振動を伝達して、便秘に関するつぼや神経を刺激して、便秘改善、排便促進が可能な超音波便秘改善器において、
超音波信号発振回路と、背中から、少なくとも、第3腰椎と第4腰椎間、又は第4腰椎と第5腰椎間、又は第3腰椎~第5腰椎のいずれか一又は二以上に宛がうことのできる一個のヘッドと、超音波信号発振回路から発振される超音波信号により振動されて背中の外から前記腰椎又は腰椎間に伝達できる超音波を発生する圧電振動子を備え、当該圧電振動子は当該圧電振動子から発生される超音波振動が伝達され易い硬質材製のヘッドに固定され、前記圧電振動子は周波数1.5MHz~2.0MHzの超音波振動を発生できるものであり、前記ヘッドは前記第3腰椎と第4腰椎間、又は第4腰椎と第5腰椎間、又は第3腰椎~第5腰椎のいずれか一又は二以上に宛がうことのできるサイズであり、便秘に関するつぼや神経を刺激できる出力強度と前記周波数の超音波振動を出力できる、ことを特徴とする超音波便秘改善器。 - 背中から腰椎と腰椎間の双方またはいずれか一方に超音波振動を伝達して、便秘に関するつぼや神経を刺激して、便秘改善、排便促進が可能な超音波便秘改善器において、
超音波信号発振回路と、背中の外から、少なくとも、第3腰椎と第4腰椎間、又は第4腰椎と第5腰椎間、又は第3腰椎~第5腰椎のいずれか一又は二以上に宛がうことのできる二以上のヘッドと、超音波信号発振回路から発振される超音波信号により振動されて背中の外から前記腰椎又は腰椎間に伝達できる超音波を発生する圧電振動子を備え、当該圧電振動子は前記ヘッドに設けられ、前記圧電振動子は周波数1.5MHz~2.0MHzの超音波を発生でき、前記二以上のヘッドは間隔をあけて一列又は略一列に配列され、当該ヘッド間隔は前記第3腰椎と第4腰椎間、又は第4腰椎と第5腰椎間、又は第3腰椎~第5腰椎のいずれか二以上に宛がうことのできる間隔であり、前記ヘッドは前記圧電振動子の超音波振動が伝達され易い硬質材製であることを特徴とする超音波便秘改善器。 - 請求項2記載の超音波便秘改善器において、間隔をあけて二以上設けられたヘッドの圧電振動子が、同時に又は交互に超音波を発生することを特徴とする超音波便秘改善器。
- 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の超音波便秘改善器において、圧電振動子から発生される超音波の出力強度が100mW~800mWであることを特徴とする超音波便秘改善器。
- 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の超音波便秘改善器において、当該超音波便秘改善器が高電圧発生部とその高電圧発生部から高電圧が供給される電位通電電極を備え、当該電位通電電極は人体に微弱電流が流れるように前記高電圧を人体に印加することができるものであることを特徴とする超音波便秘改善器。
- 請求項4記載の超音波便秘改善器において、当該超音波便秘改善器が高電圧発生部とその高電圧発生部から高電圧が供給される電位通電電極を備え、当該電位通電電極は人体に微弱電流が流れるように前記高電圧を人体に印加することができるものであることを特徴とする超音波便秘改善器。
- 請求項5記載の超音波便秘改善器において、電位通電電極が超音波便秘改善器のヘッドケース内に設けられたことを特徴とする超音波便秘改善器。
- 請求項6記載の超音波便秘改善器において、電位通電電極が超音波便秘改善器のヘッドケース内に設けられたことを特徴とする超音波便秘改善器。
