- the elevator call registration apparatus performs a predetermined voice recognition process on voice data input from a microphone and an alarm provided at a landing or car of the elevator, and the voice data is already registered. Corresponding to the floor data when it is determined by the voice recognition means that the voice data matches the entire floor data. Voice determination means for registering a call on the destination floor, and the voice determination means sends a predetermined notification from the alarm device when the voice recognition means determines that the voice data matches only a part of the floor data. This allows the elevator passenger to re-input the voice corresponding to the other part of the floor data from the microphone.
- the elevator call registration device With the elevator call registration device according to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the passengers of the elevator from failing to register the call by voice many times and to smoothly register the call requested by the passenger. .
- FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing an elevator call registration device according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention
- FIG. 2 is a view showing a state in an elevator car equipped with the call registration device of FIG.
- reference numeral 1 is a control panel that controls operation of the entire elevator, such as a car that moves up and down in the elevator hoistway, and 2 a traveling control of the car 1.
- the car 1 is provided with a human sensor (person detection device) 3, a notification device 4, and a voice registration device 5.
- the human sensor 3 has a function of detecting passengers in a predetermined detection range. Specifically, the human sensor 3 is provided to detect a passenger who can be a user of the voice registration device 5. For example, the detection range is set so as to cross the entrance / exit of the car 1. (See FIG. 2). In the example shown in FIG. 2, by installing a plurality of human sensors 3 on the vertical column that forms the entrance / exit of the car 1, the detection ranges are arranged vertically to prevent detection omission. - the operation panel 9 is provided with a door opening button 10, a door closing button 11, and each destination button 12 in addition to the alarm 4.
- the voice recognition device 8 constitutes a main part of the present invention.
- the voice recognition device 8 includes a person detection unit 13, a call registration enablement determination unit 14, a voice recognition unit 15, a voice determination unit 16, and a call registration unit 17.
- the part is composed.
- the human detection means 13 receives the detection signal from the human sensor 3 and detects the presence or absence of a passenger who can be a user of the voice registration device 5.
- the call registration possibility determination means 14 has a function of determining whether or not a call can be registered by voice. That is, even if the passenger utters a voice to the microphone 6 when the call registration determination unit 14 determines that call registration by voice is impossible, call registration is not performed.
- the call registration enable determination means 14 receives the detection result of the presence or absence of passengers from the person detection means 13 and data related to the operation status of the elevator from the control panel 2.
- the data input from the control panel 2 includes, for example, elevator door opening / closing information. Based on the input information, for example, the call registration enable determination means 14 detects the presence of a passenger while the elevator door is open, and then calls by voice until the door is closed. Judge that registration is possible.
- the voice recognition means 15 manages the voice recognition function of the voice registration device 5. Specifically, when voice data is input from the microphone 6, the voice recognition unit 15 performs a predetermined voice recognition process on the voice data. Then, the voice recognition unit 15 determines whether or not the voice data matches any of the registered floor data under a predetermined condition.
- the voice determination unit 16 has a function of causing each device and unit to perform an appropriate operation based on the determination result of the voice recognition unit 15. Specifically, the voice determination unit 16 determines the subsequent operation content based on how much the voice data matches the floor data, that is, the degree of the match. For example, when the voice recognition unit 15 determines that the voice data input from the microphone 6 matches the entire floor data, the voice determination unit 16 sends a determination signal to that effect to the call registration unit 17. And the call registration means 17 performs call registration of the destination floor corresponding to the floor data.
- the voice determination unit 16 determines that the voice data input from the microphone 6 partially matches any of the floor data (matches only a part of certain floor data) by the voice recognition unit 15. Then, a predetermined process for dividing and registering the voice is started. The specific operation contents at this time will be described later.
- the call registration means 17 has a function of performing call registration. For example, when the call registration means 17 receives a determination signal indicating that there is an overall match from the voice determination means 16 when it is determined by the call registration availability determination means 14 that call registration by voice is possible, the corresponding registration request Is output to the control panel 2 to register passenger calls.
- the function by the call registration unit 17 is to turn on the microphone 6 or enable the voice recognition function of the voice recognition unit 15 only when it is determined that registration is possible by the call registration enablement determination unit 14. This can be easily realized. Further, the voice determination unit 16 and the call registration unit 17 determine whether or not call registration is possible, so that the voice input from the microphone 6 and the voice recognition function of the voice recognition unit 15 are always enabled. You can set it.
- each means shown to 13-17 with which the speech recognition apparatus 8 was equipped is comprised by the software on a microcomputer, for example.
- FIG. 3 is a flowchart showing the operation of the elevator call registration device according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention.
- the call registration possibility determination means 14 acquires data on the operation status of the elevator from the control panel 2 (S101).
- the data acquired by the call registration enablement determination unit 14 at this time includes various information such as the door opening / closing status of the car 1, the registration status of the call, and the load on the elevator (car 1).
- the person detection means 13 acquires the data regarding the user condition of the voice registration apparatus 5 from the human sensor 3 (S102).
- the voice registration device 5 determines whether or not it is possible to register a call by voice by means of the call registration enable determination unit 14 (S103).
- the voice registration device 5 turns on the switches of the display device 7 and the microphone 6 (S104).
- the LED of the display device 7 is turned on to display “available” or the like, and the passengers in the car 1 are informed that call registration by voice is possible. Is done.
- voice input can be performed from the microphone 6.
- the voice recognition means 15 When voice input from the microphone 6 becomes possible, the voice recognition means 15 starts voice recognition processing (S105). When voice data is input from the microphone 6, the voice recognition means 15 analyzes the input voice data, and whether the voice data matches any of the registered floor data under a predetermined condition. Determine whether.
- the voice recognition means 15 determines that the voice data input from the microphone 6 matches any of the floor data (Yes in S106)
- the voice determination means 16 gives a determination signal to that effect.
- the call registration means 17 outputs a corresponding registration request and causes the control panel 2 to register the passenger call (S107).
- the voice recognition unit 15 determines whether the voice data input from the microphone 6 partially matches any of the floor data (S108). If the partial match cannot be confirmed in S108, the voice registration device 5 returns to the process of S103.
- the voice determination unit 16 starts a process for performing voice segment registration. Specifically, the voice determination unit 16 first notifies the notification device 4 of the contents of the portion of the floor data that partially matches the voice data (the portion that has been authenticated by the voice recognition process) that matches the voice data. (S109). The voice determination unit 16 further performs predetermined notification, and corresponds to a portion of the floor data that does not match the voice data (the portion that has not been authenticated by the voice recognition process) among the floor data. The sound is input again from the microphone 6.
- the voice recognition means 15 when it is determined by the voice recognition means 15 that only the tens digit voice data matches the floor data, such as “Niju ** Kai (* is an unauthenticated portion)”, the voice judgment means 16 , “The authenticated part will be“ Niju ”. Please register the unauthenticated part again. ”Is displayed and voice announcements are made, and the passenger is prompted to re-enter the first digit (the ** portion) from the microphone 6.
- the voice recognition means 15 When voice data is re-input from the microphone 6 after the notification in S109, the voice recognition means 15 starts voice recognition processing on the re-input voice data. Specifically, the voice recognition means 15 analyzes the voice data re-input from the microphone 6 and the voice data matches the portion of the floor data that has not been recognized in the previous voice recognition process. Is determined (S110, S111). For example, in the previous speech recognition process, when partial matching with “Nijo **” has been confirmed, the speech recognition means 15 recognizes that the speech data re-input from the microphone 6 is the part of “**”. It is determined whether or not it matches. At this time, the voice recognition means 15 may change the recognition level by increasing the gain or increasing the number of voice recognition keywords.
- the speech determination unit 16 determines the floor data from the portion authenticated in S108 and the remaining portion authenticated in S111.
- the call registration means 17 is registered with the call of the destination floor corresponding to the specified floor data (S107). And if a call is registered in S107, the voice registration apparatus 5 will return to the process of S101. If the authentication is not successful in S111, the voice registration device 5 returns to the process of S103.
- the voice registration device 5 turns off the switches of the display device 7 and the microphone 6 (S112). ). Thereby, the LED of the display device 7 is turned off, and the passenger in the car 1 is informed that the usage time of the voice registration device 5 has ended. In addition, when the voice input from the microphone 6 is stopped, the voice recognition unit 15 ends the voice recognition process (S113).
- the voice data input from the microphone 6 does not completely match any of the floor data, if the partial match is confirmed, the voice is separated and registered. The process to do is started. For this reason, for example, even if the passenger's tongue is poor or the dialect is strong, the passenger will not fail to register by voice many times, and the passenger's request Can be registered smoothly.
- floor data can be obtained by using terms such as “hyaku” and “ju” and specific terms that indicate the end such as “kai” and “gai”.
- the comparison range may be adjusted as appropriate.
- smooth registration is also possible for floors of two or more digits (45th floor, 123rd floor, etc.).
- the call registration device installed in the car 1 has been specifically described. However, this is merely an example, and the call registration device having the above-described configuration may be installed at the elevator hall. Even in this case, the same effects as described above can be obtained.
- FIG. FIG. 4 is a block diagram showing a main part of an elevator call registration device according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention.
- a determination unit 18 is provided in addition to the above-described units 13 to 17.
- the discriminating means 18 is also constituted by software on a microcomputer, for example, like the other means 13 to 17.
- the discriminating means 18 has a function of discriminating floors that the car 1 can serve. Then, when the determination unit 18 is newly added, the voice determination unit 16 causes the notification device 4 to perform predetermined notification that also takes into consideration the determination result of the determination unit 18 when performing voice segment registration. Specifically, when the voice recognition unit 15 determines that the voice data matches only a part of the floor data, the voice determination unit 16 includes a floor name corresponding to the part of the floor data. The information about the floor that is determined to be serviceable by the determination means 18 is notified from the alarm device 4.
- FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing the operation of the elevator call registration device according to the second embodiment of the present invention, and shows a specific processing flow of the voice registration device 5 according to the present embodiment. 5 corresponds to the operations of S109 and S110 of FIG. That is, other operations (before and after the operation shown in FIG. 5) are the same as S101 to S108 and S111 to S113 in FIG.
- the voice recognition means 15 determines that the voice data input from the microphone 6 partially matches with any of the registered floor data (corresponding to Yes in S108 in FIG. 3)
- the voice judgment means 16 Of the floor data, information (authentication information) of the portion (the portion authenticated by the speech recognition process) that matches the speech data is acquired from the speech recognition means 15 (S201). For example, in the voice recognition process, when only the tens place match with “Niju **” is confirmed, the voice determination unit 16 recognizes the authentication information corresponding to “Niju” (and “Kai”). Obtained from the means 15.
- the discrimination means 18 informs the control panel 2 of the floor (serviceable floor) that the car 1 can service. Is obtained and output to the sound determination means 16 (S202).
- the voice determination unit 16 determines that the passenger is based on the input information. (Corresponding to “10”), the floor (registrable floor) that can be registered is specified, and the information is notified from the alarm device 4 (S203).
- the voice determination means 16 displays a text display or voice announcement with a content such as “Some voices could not be recognized. Registerable floors are from the 21st floor to the 25th floor. Please register again the parts that could not be recognized.” And prompt the passenger to re-enter the first digit (part **) from the microphone 6.
- the call registration device having the above-described configuration, when only partial authentication is performed in the voice recognition process, it is possible to notify the optimum registrable floor according to the authentication result. For this reason, for example, when a passenger tries to register a floor that the car 1 does not service due to misunderstanding, the passenger speaks the floor many times and the call registration fails continuously Can be surely prevented.
- the other effects are the same as those of the first embodiment.
- the registrable floor may be specified by other means, for example, the determination unit 18. I do not care.
- the voice determination unit 16 transfers the acquired recognition information to the determination unit 18.
- the discriminating unit 18 specifies the registerable floor based on the recognition information input from the voice determining unit 16 and the serviceable floor information acquired from the control panel 2.
- the elevator call registration device can be applied to devices in which elevator passengers can register calls by voice.
