饮品制备机及其显示装置 技术领域
本发明涉及饮品制备领域, 具体涉及到一种饮品制备机及其显示装置。 背景技术
饮茶、 品茶是中国存在已久的传统, 经常饮茶不仅可以陶冶情操, 还可以延 年益寿。 特别是在中国, 茶叶的种类有上百种, 每种茶叶都有其独特的特性, 针 对冲泡时怎样发挥每种茶叶不同的优点,每种茶叶都有不同的泡法,例如对水温、 浸泡次数, 时间, 都有不同的要求。
同时, 传统的饮茶方法是直接将茶叶置于茶壶内, 用热水去冲泡之后饮用, 但是不便之处是, 所有的过程都需要人工参与控制,对于空闲时间较多的人或者 专业的品茶人员,可以实现。而对于办公场所对饮茶的需求来说,过于耗费时间, 且不是专业的品茶人员也不能将茶叶冲泡达到最佳的饮用口感。
为便于自动泡茶,有人设计了一种非常筒单且功能单一的自动泡茶机,如专 利申请号为 200410041385.2的中国发明专利。 但是, 不同种类的茶叶对泡茶的 水温、 各个步骤持续时间、 可重复泡茶次数的要求都各不相同, 用同样的水温、 同样的流程, 冲泡不同种类茶叶, 泡出的茶水味道、 口感及营养都不能达到最佳 效果, 也不能发挥茶叶的最大优点。 这种单一的泡茶方式对某些茶叶来说, 还有 可能带来对人体的损害。 另夕卜, 这种自动泡茶机在工作过程中, 使用者只能被动 的等待, 不能了解泡茶进程, 也不能了解所冲泡的茶叶的相关信息。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的目的是提供饮品制备机、 用于饮品制备机的显示装置, 以解决现有技术的泡茶机只能用单一方法冲泡不同种类茶叶, 泡出的茶水味道、 口感及营养都不能达到最佳效果的技术问题。 并且,还能解决使用者不能监控饮 品冲泡过程的技术问题,
为实现上述目的, 本发明釆用了以下的技术方案:
一种在利用饮品原料杯中的原料制备饮品的过程中用于显示各种信息的显 示装置, 包括:
用于显示各种信息的显示部;
用于存储在制备饮品时的操作步骤画面的操作步骤画面存储部;
用于控制所述显示部和所述操作步骤画面存储部的显示控制部;
当所述饮品的制备过程开始时,所述显示控制部控制所述显示部显示所述操 作步骤画面。
其中,所述操作步骤画面包括用于给操作者以提示并为操作者提供操作选项 的提示选项画面, 所述显示部包括用于输入指令的输入部分, 当所述操作者进行 选项操作时, 所述显示控制部控制所述输入部分输入选项指令。
其中,显示装置用于饮品制备机, 所述操作步骤画面包括用于提示操作者如 何对所述饮品制备机进行操作的操作提示画面。
进一步的,显示部可以为触摸展,显示部也可以由液晶显示屏和作为输入部 分的按键组成。
进一步的, 显示装置还包括一个与所述原料相对应的原料信息存储部 , 其中, 所述饮品原料杯上设有识别标识,
其中, 所述原料信息存储部存储有与所述识别标识相对应的原料信息, 当所述饮品的制备过程开始时,所述显示控制部控制所述显示部显示所述原 料信息。

本发明公开一种饮品制备机和饮品制备机上的显示装置,用饮品原料杯盛装 包括茶叶在内的多种饮品原料, 并且对饮品原料种类等信息进行标识,饮品制备 机可以识别相应的饮品原料信息,并确定相应的冲泡参数,依照优化的冲泡方法, 对饮品原料(比如茶叶)进行冲泡。 在冲泡过程中, 将操作选项、 操作步骤画面 和饮品原料信息显示在饮品制备机外部的显示装置上,依照本发明提供的饮品制 备机, 可以达到专家冲泡饮品的效果, 节省时间, 提高品茗的盾量, 还能增进茶 道知识。 附图说明

以下结合附图对本发明中饮品制备机及其显示装置的优选实施例进行详细 描述, 但本发明并不仅仅限于该实施例。 为了使公众对本发明有彻底的了解, 在 以下本发明优选实施例中详细说明了具体的细节。
【实施例】
如图 2所示, 饮品原料杯 1 , 包括杯体 10和封盖 11。
杯体 10用于盛放制备饮品的原料 40。
封盖 11用于将所述原料 40封存在所述杯体 10内。 如图 3所示, 在饮品原料杯 1的封盖 11的上表面印制有识别标识 14。
识别标识 14对应的识别编码为 0X564E779D3, 记录杯体 10内部盛装的饮 品原料 40的相关信息, 例如种类、 产地、 年份、 生产日期等。 识别标识 14被读 取后,相关信息将会显示在触摸展 21上。 图 3中的识别标识 14是一种图形识别 编码。 如图 1所示, 图中包括与饮品原料杯 1配合使用的饮品制备机 2。
饮品制备机 2设有触摸屏 21 , 触摸屏 21为触摸屏。
饮品制备机 2上设有一个腔体 23 , 该腔体 23与饮品原料杯 1大小形状相对
应, 用于放置饮品原料杯 1。
饮品制备机 2设有支撑台 24,支撑台 24为可拆卸的水平台,用于放置杯子。 一台饮品制备机 2可以与多种不同的饮品原料杯 1配合使用,使用者只需选 择需要的饮品原料杯 1 , 将其放入饮品制备机 2的腔体 23内, 按照触摸展 21上 的提示信息操作 , 稍等片刻, 即可得到冲泡好的饮料。 如图 4所示, 一种利用饮品原料杯 1中的原料制备饮品的饮品制备机 2, 包 括饮品原料杯置放部 31、显示装置 738、识别装置 32、供水部 33、 冲泡装置 34、 出水部 35、 控制部 36、 饮品原料杯收集部 37。
饮品原料杯置放部 31 , 用于置放饮品原料杯 1。
显示装置 738 , 在利用饮品原料杯 1 中的原料 40制备饮品的过程中用于输 入指令和显示饮品信息的, 如饮品制备机 2操作提示信息、 饮品原料 40信息。
显示装置 738包括:
显示部 701 , 用于显示各种信息; 显示部 701设有用于向饮品制备机 2输入 操作指令的输入部分 705。
操作步骤画面存储部 702 , 用于存储饮品制备机 2在制备饮品时的操作步骤 画面;
显示控制部 703 , 用于接受输入部分 705输入的操作指令, 用于控制显示部 701和操作步骤画面存储部 702。
当饮品的制备过程开始时,显示控制部 703控制显示部 701显示操作步骤画 面, 操作步骤画面包括提示选项画面和操作提示画面。
提示选项画面, 用于给操作者以提示并为操作者提供操作选项, 当所述操作 者进行选项操作时, 所述显示控制部控制所述输入部分输入选项指令。
操作提示画面, 用于提示操作者如何对饮品制备机 2进行操作 ,操作提示画 面可以为动态的画面, 也可以为拟人的卡通形象。
本实施例中,显示部 701包括图 1所示的触摸屏 21 ,可以显示饮品制备机 2 的工作状态等信息, 也可以显示各种饮品原料 40 (比如茶叶) 的相关知识, 更 重要的是显示提示选项画面和操作提示画面。 输入部分 705也是触摸屏 21 , 操 作者可以通过触摸展 21对饮品制备机 2的工作进行选择性控制, 如查阅饮品相 关信息或选择、 输出指令。
本实施例的变形实施例中, 显示部 701包括显示屏和按键, 其中, 按键为输 入部分,可以对饮品制备机 2的工作进行选择性控制, 如查阅饮品相关信息或选 择、 输出指令, 显示屏用于显示操作步骤提示和操作选项。 显示装置 738还包括一个与原料相对应的原料信息存储部 704。
饮品原料杯 1上设有识别标识 14, 原料信息存储部 704存储有与识别标识 14相对应的原料信息。
原料信息为原料 40的属性信息, 包括种类、 产地、 生产日期中的任一种或 两种以上。 原料 40可以为茶叶, 原料信息可以为茶道知识。 原料信息还可以为 原料 40的相关信息, 包括味道、 营养、 功效、 冲泡知识等。 原料属性信息和茶 道知识等在所述显示部 701上的显示形式为文字、图案或动画中的任一种或两种 以上, 也可以为拟人的卡通形象。 如图 5所示, 原料信息存储部 704设有种类、 产地、 生产日期、 茶道知识等
项目。 原料信息存储部 704中, 对应上述项目, 存储有不同种类的饮品原料所对 应的不同信息。
在本实用新型中,先将饮品原料杯 1放置在饮品制备机 2内的饮品原料杯置 放部 31 , 盖好饮品原料杯置放部 31盖子, 饮品原料机的识别装置读入识别标识 14, 在原料信息存储部 704中查找对应的识别编码 0X564E779D3 , 判定饮品原 料种类为武夷岩茶, 其产地为武夷山, 生产日期为 2009年 4月, 等等。 调用上 述各饮品原料信息, 并控制部 703将上述饮品原料信息显示在显示部 701上。 如图 4所示, 供水部 33 , 用于提供制备饮品的水。 供水部 33包括水箱和水 泵, 水箱用于储存清水, 水箱可拆卸且设有水箱盖, 可以将水箱从饮品制备机 2 上拆卸下来再加水,或打开水箱盖直接向水箱内加水。 水箱放水用两个电磁阀控 制, 分别是用于控制冲泡饮品或放出清水。 水箱内部设有液位传感器, 用于监测 水箱内的水位,确保水箱内要有足够多的水冲泡一杯饮品, 防止水量不够而导致 冲泡过程不能完成,进而泡出不合格的饮品或造成饮品原料的浪费。控制水泵用 于控制供水速度, 供水速度一般用水泵的通断比来表示。
饮品制备机 2还包括识别装置 32, 用于识别饮品原料杯 1中所述原料 40。 识别装置 32具有获取识别部 321、 参数存储部 322以及检索判定部 323。
获取识别部 321 , 用于获取所述饮品原料杯上的识别标识 14, 并识别与识别 标识 14对应的识别编码。
用于获取所述识别标识 14的图形识别单元为摄像装置, 如摄像头。 获取识 别部 321可以将获取的识别标识 14翻译成机器可读的识别编码。
所述获取识别部 31 内设有緩存(图未示) , 可以用于识别编码的保存, 为 识别编码以后的对比做准备。
识别标识 14被获取识别部 321翻译成十六进制编码 0X564E779D3 ,也即识 别编码, 表示杯体 10内部放置是武夷岩茶(如图 3所示) 。
参数存储部 322, 用于存储冲泡参数。 参数存储部 322内以列表的形式存储 有不同饮品原料的冲泡参数数据, 例如不同茶叶的注水温度、 注水速度、 浸取时 间等, 也可以包括冲泡水最合适温度、 冲泡次数、 冲泡时间、 是否需要醒茶等。
参数存储部 322设有识别标识、饮品原料、浸取种类、注水温度、注水速度、 浸取时间等项目。 参数存储部 322中, 对应上述项目, 存储有不同种类的饮品原 料所对应的不同数据。
识别标识 14对应的识别编码, 记录杯体 10内部盛装的饮品原料 40的相关 信息, 例如种类。 识别标识 14被读取后, 相关信息将会显示在触摸展 21上。 图 3 中的识别标识 14是一种图形识别编码, 与该图形识别编码对应的饮品原料为 武夷岩茶。
本实施例中的原料为茶叶,茶叶的冲泡过程包括醒茶、预浸、萃取三个步骤, 注水温度、 注水速度、 浸取时间分别设定并釆用在所述每一个步骤中。 因此, 浸 取种类设有醒茶、 预浸、 萃取三个项目, 所述醒茶、 所述预浸、 所述萃取分别对 应一组参数。 其中, 冲泡过程中的注水速度, 即水泵的注水速度, 指的是水泵的 通断比。 如图 4所示, 检索判定部 323 , 根据获取识别部 321获取的识别标识 14 , 对
参数存储部 322进行检索, 判定与识别标识 14对应的原料种类和冲泡参数。 检索判定部 323判断出与识别标识 14对应的原料种类, 然后将原料种类数 据送至显示装置 738 , 显示装置 738的控制显示部 701根据获得的原料种类数据 从原料信息存储部 704调用原料信息,并将其显示在显示部 701的触摸屏 21上。
冲泡开始后, 触摸展 21上一直在显示原料信息。
冲泡过程结束后, 显示原料信息也显示完成, 触摸展 21会显示下一步提示 操作画面或选项画面。
冲泡装置 34根据检索判定部 323判定的冲泡参数对原料 40进行冲泡,然后 形成饮品。
冲泡装置 34具有加热部 341、 注水部 342以及浸取部 343。
加热部 341 , 用于加热供水部提供的水。 加热部 341设有温度传感器连接到 控制部 36, 可以实时检测加热部 341中水的温度, 并将温度数据通过控制部 36 显示在触摸展 21上, 便于使用者了解冲泡饮品过程中的茶道知识。
注水部 342, 用于将加热的水注入饮品原料杯 1 , 注水部 342的注水速度与 供水部 33的供水速度相同, 供水速度一般用供水部 33中水泵的通断比来表示, 注水部 342的注水速度也为供水部 33中水泵的通断比。
浸取部 343 , 用于完成对原料 40的浸取。 浸取部 343 包括放置在饮品原料 杯置放部 31中的饮品原料杯 1 ,在浸取过程中,饮品原料杯 1底部有注水部 342 注水, 饮品原料杯 1封盖 11处设有出水装置或过滤装置。 热水在饮品原料杯 1 流动, 浸泡萃取杯中原料后排出, 饮品原料杯 1容积有限, 要同时注水和排水。
本实施例中的原料为茶叶, 茶叶的浸取种类包括醒茶、 预浸、 萃取三种, 注 水温度、 注水速度、 浸取时间分别设定并釆用在所述每一种浸取过程中。
出水部 35 , 将冲泡完成的饮品进行输出。 出水部 35包括支撑台 24和出水 口(图未示), 出水口设置于支撑台 24 的正上方, 制备完成的饮料将从此流出。 支撑台 24 (详见图 1 ) 内为中空结构, 支撑台的上表面开有一些细长的小孔, 溢 出杯子的 7J会流到支撑台 24的空腔内, 便于清理。
控制部 36, 用于向识别装置 32、 供水部 33、 冲泡装置 34、 出水部 35发送 控制指令。控制部 36与显示装置 38共同作用,控制显示的内容以及饮品制备机 2的操作选项。 控制部 36设有暂存器 740, 用于存放输入的指令。
饮品原料杯收集部 37, 用于收集用过的饮品原料杯 1。 饮品原料杯收集部 37包括废杯桶。 支撑台 24可推拉进出, 尾部连接有一个方形废杯桶。 冲泡完成 后,饮品制备机内的机械装置通过相应的传动结构,把使用过的饮品原料杯顶出 腔体 23 , 将用过的饮品原料杯丢弃到废杯桶内, 进行收集。 支撑台 24拉出后, 可以一次性将多个废饮品原料杯 1倒出。
显示部 701显示操作步骤画面, 包括操作步骤、 操作选项以及文字提示。 如图 6所示,显示部 701的触摸屏 21中有饮品制备机 2的操作提示画面 7011 , 包括图案提示和文字提示,图 6中的文字提示为"请打开翻盖"、 "请置放原料杯"。 操作者按照提示打开饮品原料杯置放部 31的翻盖,触摸屏 21中的文字提示会按 照设定的程序发生变化。
如图 7所示, 显示部 701的触摸屏 21中有冲泡量提示选项画面 7012, 包括 大杯、 中杯、 小杯三个选项, 表示冲泡出饮料的量。 操作者选择需要的选项后, 触摸展会将电信号送至显示控制部 703 , 再转送至控制部的暂存器 740, 最后送 至冲泡装置 34, 控制注水部 342的出水量, 从而控制冲泡出的饮料的量。
如图 8所示, 冲泡的饮品原料为茶叶, 显示部 701的触摸展 21中有浓度提 示选项画面 7013 , 包括浓茶、 普通、 淡茶三个选项, 表示冲泡出饮品的浓度。 操作者选择需要的选项后, 触摸展会将电信号送至显示控制部 703 , 再转送至控 制部的暂存器 740, 最后送至冲泡装置 34 , 控制萃取部 342的萃取时间, 从而控 制冲泡出的茶的浓度。
如图 9所示,显示部 701的触摸屏 21中有原料信息画面 7014, 包括原料 40 的属性信息, 如种类、 产地、 生产日期等。 若原料为茶叶, 原料信息还包括茶道 知识。 原料信息还可以为原料 40的相关信息, 包括味道、 营养、 功效、 冲泡知 识等。 原料信息画面 7014在所述显示部 701上的显示形式为文字、 图案或动画 中的任一种或两种以上, 也可以为拟人的卡通形象。
如图 10所示, 本实施例中, 饮品制备机的动作流程如下:
启动饮品制备机 2, 显示部 701的触摸展 21上显示操作提示画面 7011 , 提 示使用者将饮品原料杯 1置放于饮品制备机 2内 (步骤 501 ) 。
使用者将饮品原料杯 1置放于饮品原料杯置放部 31的腔体 23内(步骤 502 )。 显示部 701的触摸展 21上显示冲泡量操作选项画面 7012, 提示使用者选择 冲泡饮品的量(步骤 503 ) 。
提醒使用者在显示装置 738的输入部分输入指令, 选择需要冲泡饮品的量, 本实施例中使用者选择大杯,指令数据送入控制部 736的暂存器 740(步骤 504 )。
显示部 701的触摸展 21上显示浓度操作选项画面 7013 , 提示使用者选择冲 泡饮品的浓度(步骤 505 ) 。
提醒使用者在在显示装置 738的输入部分输入指令,选择需要冲泡饮品的浓 度, 本实施例中使用者选择浓茶, 指令数据送入控制部 736的暂存器 740 (步骤 506 ) 。
控制部 736就会向识别装置 32发送指令, 识别装置 32中的获取识别部 321 获取饮品原料杯 1上的识别标识 14 (步骤 507 ) 。
获取识别部 321获取与识别标识 14相对应的识别编码, 将其放置在获取识 别部 321的緩存内,将获取的识别编码保存,准备用于接下来的对比(步骤 508 )。
检索判定部 323将获取识别部 321获取的识别编码与参数存储部 322中的数 据做比对,当参数存储部 322中的某识别编码与获取识别部 321获取的识别编码 相同时, 判断饮品原料的种类, 本实施例中饮品原料的种类为武夷岩茶(步骤 509 ) 。
检索判定部 323判断出的结果数据 (饮品原料为武夷岩茶)送至显示控制部 703 (步骤 510 ) 。
显示控制部 703调用原料信息存储部 704中与武夷岩茶相关的信息数据(步 骤 511 ) 。
原料信息存储部 704中调出的与武夷岩茶相关的原料信息数据,送至显示部 701 (步骤 512 ) 。
原料信息为原料的属性信息, 包括种类、 产地、 生产日期中的任一种或两种 以上。 原料信息也可以为原料的相关信息, 包括味道、 营养、 功效、 冲泡知识中 的任一种或两种以上。
冲泡过程中, 上述原料信息数据依次显示在显示部 701的触摸屏 21上。 同 时, 控制部 736调用暂存器 740中的指令, 将本实施例中的 "大杯"、 "浓茶" 等 信息数据送入冲泡装置 34中, 调整冲泡参数, 使得最后能制备出大杯的浓茶。 (步骤 513 ) 。
饮品冲泡完毕, 原料信息数据停止显示, 显示部 701的触摸展 21显示下一 步的操作提示信息 (步骤 514 ) 。 所述原料可以为茶叶、蔬菜千、水果千或中草药中的任一或两种以上的组合, 也可以为咖啡、奶茶、 果珍中的任一或两种以上的组合。 本发明所述的饮料制备 系统, 可以用于制备茶饮料、 果蔬饮料、 中药保健饮料需要冲泡萃取的饮品等, 也可以制备咖啡、 奶茶、 果汁等速溶类饮品。 其中, 有些茶或中药材可以反复冲 泡多次。
综上所述, 本发明具有以下的优点和积极效果:
本发明公开一种饮品制备机和饮品制备机上的显示装置,用饮品原料杯盛装 包括茶叶在内的多种饮品原料, 并且对饮品原料种类等信息进行标识,饮品制备 机可以识别相应的饮品原料信息,并确定相应的冲泡参数,依照优化的冲泡方法, 对饮品原料(比如茶叶)进行冲泡。 在冲泡过程中, 将操作选项和饮品原料信息 显示在饮品制备机外部的显示装置上,依照本发明提供的饮品制备机,可以达到 专家冲泡饮品的效果,节省时间,提高品茗的盾量,还能监控整个饮品冲泡过程, 增进茶道知识。

权 利 要 求 书 、 一种在利用饮品原料杯中的原料制备饮品的过程中用于显示各种信 息的显示装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
用于显示各种信息的显示部;
用于存储在制备饮品时的操作步骤画面的操作步骤画面存储部; 用于控制所述显示部和所述操作步骤画面存储部的显示控制部; 当所述饮品的制备过程开始时, 所述显示控制部控制所述显示部显 示所述操作步骤画面。
、 如权利要求 1 所述的显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述操作步骤画面包 括用于给操作者以提示并为操作者提供操作选项的提示选项画面, 所述显示部包括用于输入指令的输入部分, 当所述操作者进行选项 操作时, 所述显示控制部控制所述输入部分输入选项指令。
、 如权利要求 1 所述的显示装置, 该装置用于所述饮品制备机, 其特 征在于, 所述操作步骤画面包括用于提示操作者如何对所述饮品制 备机进行操作的操作提示画面。
、 如权利要求 3所述的显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述显示部为触摸展。 、 如权利要求 3 所述的显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述显示部由液晶显 示屏和作为输入部分的按键组成。

将所述原料冲泡成饮品的冲泡装置;
将所述饮品输出的出 7J部;
其特征在于, 所述显示装置包括:
用于显示各种信息的显示部;
用于存储在制备饮品时的操作步骤画面的操作步骤画面存储部; 用于控制所述显示部和所述操作步骤画面存储部的显示控制部; 当所述饮品的制备过程开始时, 所述显示控制部控制所述显示部显 示所述操作步骤画面。
