Abstract
Description
ストレス管理システム20を利用する場合、まず、基本情報を登録する。この基本情報の登録を、図5を用いて説明する。
そして、ストレス管理システム20は、観測情報を取得して、各データベースに登録する。この観測情報の登録を、図5を用いて説明する。
次に、個人系パターンによるリスク評価処理を、図6を用いて説明する。
次に、集団系パターンによるリスク評価処理を、図7を用いて説明する。
・(サブシステム、サブサブシステム等を含めた)システムに係る人(構成員)
これにより、役割分担などの業務の構成情報に基づいてメンバのストレス等を解析することできる。従って、業務上のどこにリスクがあるかや業務リスクがどのように広がっているかなどの業務上のリスク評価をリアルタイムに行なうことができる。
Claims (5)
- 利用者のメンタル情報を時系列に記憶する測定情報記憶手段と、
メンタル情報の推移についての知見である参照パターンを記憶するパターン情報記憶手段と、
メンタル情報の測定手段及び出力手段に接続された制御手段とを備えたリスク評価システムであって、
前記制御手段が、
前記測定手段から利用者のメンタル情報を取得して前記測定情報記憶手段に登録する手段と、
前記パターン情報記憶手段から、メンタル情報の推移に係る参照パターンを取得する手段と、
前記参照パターンと、前記測定情報記憶手段に記録されたメンタル情報の推移とを比較する手段と、
この比較結果に基づいて、前記出力手段にアラームを出力する手段と
を備えたことを特徴とするリスク評価システム。 - 各利用者の属性情報を記憶した利用者属性情報記憶手段を更に備え、
前記制御手段が、前記利用者の属性情報を取得し、前記属性情報に基づいて比較方法を補正する手段を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリスク評価システム。 - 業務及びこの業務に携わる利用者の構成情報を記憶する業務管理情報記憶手段を更に備え、
前記制御手段が、
前記構成情報に基づき利用者のメンタル情報の統計値を算出する手段と、
前記構成情報に基づき利用者およびその統計値の推移に係る参照パターンを取得する手段と、
前記メンタル情報の統計値の推移と前記参照パターンとを比較する手段と、
この比較結果に基づいて、業務についてのアラームを出力する手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のリスク評価システム。 - 各業務の属性情報を記憶した業務属性情報記憶手段を更に備え、
前記制御手段が、前記業務の属性情報を取得し、前記属性情報に基づいて比較方法を補正する手段を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のリスク評価システム。 - 前記統計値の推移と、前記業務に携わる利用者の推移とを比較する手段と、
この比較結果に基づいて、各利用者についてのアラームを出力する手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載のリスク評価システム。
