Abstract

L'invention concerne un contenant (1) destiné à transporter des objets, doté d'une coque inférieure (7) et d'une coque supérieure (7') reliée à la coque inférieure (7) de manière à pouvoir s'ouvrir, lesdites coques étant réalisées comme des parties de type boîte en métal et notamment en aluminium, et doté d'une fermeture à glissière (6) destinée à fermer et à ouvrir le contenant (1) et s'étendant au moins en partie de manière périphérique le long de zones de bord (11) associées les unes aux autres de la coque inférieure (7) et de la coque supérieure (7'). L'objet de l'invention est d'encastrer les zones de bord (11) des coques inférieure et supérieure (7, 7') et les bords (9) de bandes de support (10) de la fermeture à glissière (6) respectivement dans un profilé en liaison plastique coulé (4) reliant les moitiés (5, 5') de la fermeture à glissière (6) à la coque inférieure (7) ou à la coque supérieure (7'). Les profilés en liaison plastique (4) sont coulés à partir d'un matériau PU, les bords (9) des bandes de support (10) ainsi que les zones de bord (11) des coques inférieure et supérieure (7, 7') et éventuellement les bords (14) d'une coiffe (13) étant encastrés dans le matériau PU lors de la coulée des profilés en liaison plastique (4).
