Abstract

【課題】電気モータの故障に加えてスイッチング素子の故障も検出することができるモータ駆動装置を提供する。 【解決手段】第1所定時間T1という短時間だけスイッチング素子4をオンしたのちオフし、オフしたときの電動モータ2とスイッチング素子4の間の接点電位(回生電圧)の変化の態様に基づいて電動モータ2もしくはスイッチング素子4が故障しているか否かを判定する。次に、第2所定時間T2という第1所定時間T1よりも長い時間スイッチング素子4をオンし、そのときの接点電位の大きさに基づいて電動モータ2とスイッチング素子4のいずれが故障しているかを特定する。これにより、モータ駆動装置1により、電動モータ2の故障に加えてスイッチング素子4の故障も検出することが可能となる。

Description

モータ駆動装置
 本発明は、スイッチング素子を駆動することによって電気モータへの給電を行うモータ駆動装置に関するものである。
 従来、特許文献1において、スイッチング素子のオンオフ駆動に基づいて直流電源から電気モータに給電するモータ駆動を行うに際し、電気モータの故障の発生を判定することができるモータ故障判定装置が開示されている。このモータ故障判定装置では、電気モータとスイッチング素子との間の接点電位をモニタし、電気モータへの給電がオンからオフに切り替わるときに、モータに発生していた逆起電力に基づいて電気モータの故障を判定している。具体的には、電気モータが軸ロックしている場合、電気モータが回転しないため、電気モータへの給電がオンからオフに切り替わったときに発生していた逆起電力が正常時と異なった値となる。これに基づいて、電気モータの軸ロックを検出している。

 しかしながら、モータ駆動を行うための回路の故障には様々な形態があり、電気モータの軸ロック以外にもスイッチング素子の故障等がある。例えば、スイッチング素子が故障した場合、正常時と比較してスイッチング素子での電圧降下が大きくなり、電気モータに印加される電圧が低下してしまう。このような場合、所望のモータ特性を得ることができなくなる。特許文献1に記載のモータ故障判定装置では、電気モータの軸ロック以外の様々な故障について検出することができず、電気モータの軸ロック以外のスイッチング素子の故障についても検出できるようにすることが望まれる。
 本発明は上記点に鑑みて、電気モータの故障に加えてスイッチング素子の故障も検出することができるモータ駆動装置を提供することを目的とする。
 上記目的を達成するため、請求項1に記載の発明では、スイッチング素子(4)をオンからオフに切替えたときの電気モータ(2)への電力供給終了に伴って変化する電気モータ(2)とスイッチング素子(4)との間の接点電位を取得する第1接点電位取得手段と、スイッチング素子(4)にオンしているときの電気モータ(2)への電力供給中の接点電位を取得する第2接点電位取得手段と、第1接点電位取得手段により取得された接点電位に基づいて、電気モータ(2)への電力供給停止に伴う接点電位の変化の態様が、電気モータ(2)およびスイッチング素子(4)が正常時の態様か、電気モータ(2)もしくはスイッチング素子(4)が故障時の態様であるかを判定する第1判定手段と、第2接点電位取得手段により取得された接点電位が、所定の第1しきい電位(Vth1)以上であるか否かを判定する第2判定手段と、第1判定手段にて接点電位の変化の態様が正常時の態様であると判定されると電気モータ(2)およびスイッチング素子(4)が正常であるとし、第1判定手段にて接点電位の変化の態様が故障時の態様であると判定され、かつ、第2判定手段にて接点電位が所定の第1しきい電位(Vth1)以上と判定されれば電気モータ(2)の故障と特定し、第1判定手段にて接点電位の変化の態様が故障時の態様であると判定され、かつ、第2判定手段にて、接点電位が所定の第1しきい電位(Vth1)未満と判定されればスイッチング素子(4)の故障と特定する故障特定手段と、を備えていることを特徴としている。
 このように、電気モータ(2)への電力供給中の接点電位と電気モータ(2)への電力供給終了に伴い変化する接点電位とに基づいて、電気モータ(2)およびスイッチング素子(4)が正常であるか、いずれかに故障しているかを判定できる。また、電気モータ(2)もしくはスイッチング素子(4)が故障している場合に、いずれが故障しているかを特定することができる。これにより、電気モータ(2)の故障に加えてスイッチング素子(4)の故障も検出することができるモータ駆動装置とすることができる。
 請求項2に記載の発明では、第2接点電位取得手段は、第2電力供給制御手段による電気モータ(2)への電力供給が行なわれてから、突入電流の発生期間経過後の接点電位を取得することを特徴としている。
 このように、突入電流の発生期間経過後の接点電位を取得することで、定常状態に移行してからの電気モータ(2)への電力供給中の接点電位を取得することができ、正確な故障判定を行うことができる。
 ここで、電気モータ(2)の作動音削減の観点からは、第1所定時間(T1)および第2所定時間(T2)を短くして、電気モータ(2)の駆動時間を短くすることが好ましい。
 一方、上述したように、故障判定の精度向上の観点からは、第2所定時間(T2)をスイッチング素子(4)をオンしたときに発生する突入電流の発生期間よりも長くして、当該突入電流の発生期間の経過後の接点電位を取得することが好ましい。この場合、第2所定時間(T2)は、第1所定時間(T1)ほど短くすることができない。
 そこで、請求項3に記載の発明では、第1電力供給制御手段により、スイッチング素子(4)を第1所定時間(T1)だけオンして電気モータ(2)に対して電力供給を行うと共に、第2電力供給制御手段により、スイッチング素子(4)をオンしたときに発生する突入電流の発生期間よりも長い第2所定時間(T2)だけオンして電気モータ(2)に対して電力供給を行い、第1接点電位取得手段は、第1電力供給制御手段による電気モータ(2)への電力供給終了に伴い変化する接点電位を取得し、第2接点電位取得手段は、第2電力供給制御手段による電気モータ(2)への電力供給が開始されてから、突入電流の発生期間経過後の接点電位を取得し、第1電力供給制御手段による電力供給および第1接点電位取得手段による接点電位の取得を、第2電力供給制御手段による電力供給および第2接点電位取得手段による接点電位の取得よりも先に行うことを特徴としている。
 このように、第1接点電位取得手段による接点電位の取得を、第2電力供給制御手段による電力供給および第2接点電位取得手段による接点電位の取得よりも先に行うことで、第2所定時間(T2)よりも短い第1所定時間(T1)だけ電気モータ(2)を駆動するだけで、電気モータ(2)およびスイッチング素子(4)が正常であるか、いずれかに故障しているかを判定できる。すなわち、故障判定の精度向上と電気モータ(2)の作動音削減との両立を図ることができる。
 この場合、請求項4に記載したように、第2電力供給制御手段による電力供給および第2接点電位取得手段による接点電位の取得は、第1判定手段にて接点電位の変化の態様が故障時の態様であると判定されたときにのみ行なわれ、第1判定手段にて接点電位の変化の態様が正常時の態様であると判定されたときには行なわれないようにすれば、正常時の電気モータ(2)の駆動時間を短くできる。したがって、電気モータ(2)およびスイッチング素子(4)が正常である場合には、電気モータ(2)の駆動時間の短縮を図ることで、作動音や振動を長時間発生させずに済み、商品性を低下させないで済む。
 請求項5に記載の発明では、第2電力供給手段による電力供給および第2接点電位取得手段による接点電位の取得を行うよりも先に、第1電力供給制御手段による電力供給および第1接点電位取得手段による接点電位の取得を、複数回行うことを特徴としている。
 このように、第1電力供給制御手段による電力供給および第1接点電位取得手段による接点電位の取得を、複数回行うようにしている。この回数が多くなるほど、電気モータ(2)およびスイッチング素子(4)のいずれかが故障しているか否かを正確に判定することができる。
 請求項6に記載の発明では、複数回にわたる第1電力供給制御手段による電力供給および第1接点電位取得手段による接点電位の取得において、先に行う電力供給ほど同電力供給の第1所定時間が短く、第1電力供給制御手段による次の電力供給は、第1判定手段にて第1接点電位取得により先に取得された接点電位に基づく接点電位の態様が故障時の態様と判定されたときのみに行われ、先に取得された接点電位に基づく接点電位の変化の態様が正常時の態様と判定されたときは行われないことを特徴としている。
 このように、先に実行する電力供給の第1所定時間(T1)ほど短くし、先の電力供給において電気モータ(2)およびスイッチング素子(4)が故障していないことが判定されると、その後の処理は実行されないようにしているため、電気モータ(2)の駆動時間を短くすることができる。これにより、故障判定の判定精度を高めつつ、電気モータ(2)の作動音や振動の発生時間を短縮することができる。
 例えば、請求項7に記載したように、第1判定手段は、第1接点電位取得手段にて取得される接点電位が所定の第2しきい電位(Vth2)以下になったか否かを判定すると共に、電気モータ(2)への電力供給が終了した時点から当該接点電位が第2しきい電位(Vth2)以下になったことが判定される時点までの時間を経時時間(T)として、該計時時間(T)が所定のしきい時間(Tth)以上である場合に、接点電位の変化の態様が正常時の態様と判定し、該計時時間(T)がしきい時間(Tth)未満である場合に、接点電位の変化の態様が故障時の態様と判定することができる。
 この場合において、請求項8に記載したように、電気モータ(2)が車両のブレーキ装置においてブレーキ液圧を加圧する電動ポンプの駆動用として適用される場合には、ブレーキ装置を操作するためのブレーキ操作部材(5)の操作量を検出するブレーキ操作量検出手段と、ブレーキ操作量検出手段により検出された操作量が大きいほど、しきい時間(Tth)を小さくするブレーキ操作量対しきい時間設定手段と、を備えることにより、電気モータ(2)に掛かる負荷に応じたしきい時間(Tth)を設定することができる。
 すなわち、ブレーキ操作時には、ブレーキ操作に基づくブレーキ液圧が電動ポンプに掛かることから、電動モータ(2)に掛かる負荷が大きくなる。このため、ブレーキ操作部材(5)の操作量に基づいてしきい時間(Tth)を可変とすることで、電動モータ(2)に掛かる負荷に応じたしきい時間(Tth)を設定することができ、電動モータ(2)に掛かる負荷に応じて電力供給停止時の接点電位の変化の態様が変わっても、正確な故障判定を行うことができる。
 また、請求項9に記載したように、直流電源(3)の電圧を検出する電源電圧検出手段と、電源電圧検出手段により検出された直流電源(3)の電圧が小さいほど、しきい時間(Tth)を小さくする電源電圧対しきい時間設定手段と、を備えることにより、電気モータ(2)に印加される電圧に応じたしきい時間(Tth)を設定することもできる。
 すなわち、直流電源(3)の電圧レベルは変化することがあり、その場合には、スイッチング素子(4)をオンしたときに電動モータ(2)に対して印加される電圧が変化することになる。このため、直流電源(3)の電圧に対応してしきい時間(Tth)を変化させることで、電動モータ(2)への供給電圧に応じて電力供給停止時のモータ供給電圧の変化の態様が変わっても、正確な故障判定を行うことができる。
 また、請求項10に記載に記載したように、第1接点電位取得手段にて、電気モータ(2)への電力供給が終了した時点から所定の設定時間(TSET)が経過した時点の接点電位を取得させ、第1判定手段は、第1接点電位取得手段により取得された接点電位が所定の設定電位(VSET)以上である場合に、接点電位の変化の態様が正常時の態様と判定し、第1接点電位取得手段により取得された接点電位が所定の設定電位(VSET)未満である場合に、接点電位の変化の態様が故障時の態様と判定することができる。
 この場合にも、請求項11に記載したように、電気モータ(2)が車両のブレーキ装置においてブレーキ液圧を加圧する電動ポンプの駆動用として適用される場合には、ブレーキ装置を操作するためのブレーキ操作部材(5)の操作量を検出するブレーキ操作量検出手段と、ブレーキ操作量検出手段により検出された操作量が大きいほど、設定電位(VSET)を小さくするブレーキ操作量対電位設定手段と、を備えることにより、電気モータ(2)に掛かる負荷に応じた設定電位(VSET)を設定することができる。これにより、請求項8と同様の効果を得ることができる。
 また、請求項12に記載したように、直流電源(3)の電圧を検出する電源電圧検出手段と、電源電圧検出手段により検出された直流電源(3)の電圧が小さいほど、設定電位(VSET)を小さくする電源電圧対電位設定手段と、を備えることにより、電気モータ(2)に印加される電圧に応じた設定電位(VSET)を設定することもできる。これにより、請求項9と同様の効果を得ることができる。
 同様に、上記各請求項に記載した発明に対して、請求項13にしたように、直流電源(3)の電圧を検出する電源電圧検出手段と、電源電圧検出手段により検出された直流電源(3)の電圧が小さいほど、第1しきい電位(Vth1)を小さくする第1しきい電位設定手段と、を備えることにより、電気モータ(2)に印加される電圧に応じた第1しきい電位(Vth1)を設定することもできる。これにより、請求項9、12と同様の効果を得ることができる。

 モータ駆動装置1は、CPU、ROM、RAM、I/Oなどを備えた周知のマイクロコンピュータによって構成され、予め記憶されたプログラムにしたがって電動モータ2に対する直流電源3からの電力供給を制御することで、電動モータ2を所望回転数に制御するものである。例えば、電動モータ2は、ブレーキ液圧制御用の電動ポンプ(図示せず)の駆動用モータとして適用される。この場合、アンチスキッド制御が実行される場合には、電動モータ2の駆動に基づくポンプ動作によって対象車輪のホイールシリンダから排出されたブレーキ液をマスタシリンダ側に返流し、横滑り防止制御やトラクション制御等が実行される場合には、電動モータ2の駆動に基づくポンプ動作によってマスタシリンダ側からブレーキ液を圧送し、対象車輪のホイールシリンダを加圧する。
 このモータ駆動装置1は、電動モータ2の電力供給経路に備えられたスイッチング素子4を制御することで、電動モータ2に対する電力供給を制御する。本実施形態の場合、電動モータ2のハイサイド側にスイッチング素子4を接続したハイサイド駆動の駆動回路とされており、電動モータ2のハイサイド側でスイッチング素子4を制御することにより、電動モータ2への電力供給を制御する。具体的には、スイッチング素子4に対して指令信号を出力することにより、スイッチング素子4のオンオフを制御している。例えば、スイッチング素子4として、還流ダイオード4aが備えられたMOSトランジスタ4bを用いており、MOSトランジスタ4bのゲートに対して印加するゲート電圧を制御することにより、MOSトランジスタ4bをオンオフさせている。
 また、モータ駆動装置1は、電動モータ2とスイッチング素子4との間を接続している場所の電位(以下、接点電位という)をモニタしている。本実施形態の場合、電動モータ2をハイサイド駆動しているため、接点電位は、スイッチング素子4をオンしているときには電動モータ2に供給される電圧(以下、モータ供給電圧という)を表す。また、スイッチング素子4をオンからオフに切替えたときには、接点電位は、電動モータ2の回転数に応じた回生電圧を表す。このため、接点電位をモニタすることにより、スイッチング素子4をオンしているときにはモータ供給電圧をモニタでき、スイッチング素子4をオフからオンに切替えたときには回生電圧をモニタできる。そして、モータ駆動装置1は、接点電位のモニタ結果に基づいて、電動モータ2に対して所望の電圧が供給されているか等の判定を行うことで、電動モータ2やスイッチング素子4の故障判定を行っている。この故障判定の詳細については後述する。
 また、モータ駆動装置1には、直流電源3の電圧(電源電圧)が入力されており、直流電源3の電圧レベルをモニタできるようになっている。さらに、モータ駆動装置1には、ブレーキペダルやブレーキレバーなどのブレーキ操作部材5の操作量を検出する操作量検出装置6の検出信号が入力されている。この操作量検出装置6の検出信号に基づき、モータ駆動装置1は、ブレーキ操作部材5の操作量もモニタできるようになっている。
 続いて、モータ駆動装置1による故障判定の詳細について説明する。本実施形態のモータ駆動装置1は、電動モータ2を駆動するタイミング、例えば上述したアンチスキッド制御や横滑り防止制御もしくはトラクション制御等を実行する際に指令信号を出力し、電動モータ2を駆動するが、それに先立ち、例えばイグニッションスイッチをオンさせたときに行われるイニシャルチェックなどの際に、故障判定を行っている。まず、この故障判定の基本的な考え方について説明する。
 判定したい故障の形態としては、回転軸が固着するなどにより電動モータ2が故障した場合と、スイッチング素子4での電圧ドロップが大きくなって電動モータ2に対して所望の電力供給が行えなくなるというスイッチング素子4が故障した場合とがある。直流電源3の電圧が一定値であった場合に、スイッチング素子4をオンして電動モータ2に対して電力供給を行ったときのモータ供給電圧や電動モータ2をオンからオフに切替えたときの回生電圧の変化の形態が故障の形態に応じて異なってくる。これについて、図2を参照して説明する。
 図2は、故障形態と接点電位(モータ供給電圧や回生電圧)の関係を示したタイミングチャートである。図2中実線で示したように、スイッチング素子4をオンしている電力供給中、電動モータ2およびスイッチング素子4が故障していない場合には、電動モータ2に対して直流電源3の電圧からスイッチング素子4での通常の電圧ドロップが差し引かれた電圧がモータ供給電圧となり、接点電位として検出される。そして、スイッチング素子4をオフした直後に、電動モータ2の回転数に応じた回生電圧が接点電位として検出される。このときの回生電圧の変化の態様は、スイッチング素子4がオンしていたときに電動モータ2に印加されていた電圧値や電動モータ2への電圧印加の時間に応じたものとなる。
 また、電動モータ2が故障している場合には、図2中破線で示したようにスイッチング素子4をオンしている電力供給中に電動モータ2に対して印加される電圧は電動モータ2が故障していないときと同じであるが、スイッチング素子4をオフした直後の回生電圧の変化の態様は、電動モータ2が故障していないときと異なる。具体的には、電動モータ2に回転軸の固着が発生したときには、電動モータ2の回転が妨げられるため、スイッチング素子4をオフしたと同時に回生電圧が急激に低下する。このときの回生電圧の低下の速さは、電動モータ2が故障していないときと比較して速くなる。したがって、スイッチング素子4をオフした後の接点電位の変化の態様、つまり接点電位の低下の仕方に基づいて、電動モータ2が故障しているか否かを判定することができる。
 さらに、スイッチング素子4が故障している場合には、図2中一点鎖線で示したように、電動モータ2が故障していないときと比較して、スイッチング素子4をオンしている電力供給中に電動モータ2に対して印加される電圧が小さくなる。つまり、スイッチング素子4での電圧ドロップが大きくなるため、その分、モータ供給電圧が低下する。また、スイッチング素子4をオフした直後の回生電圧の変化の態様についても、スイッチング素子4が故障していない場合と比較して異なったものとなる。すなわち、スイッチング素子4をオンしている電力供給中のモータ供給電圧がスイッチング素子4の故障の有無によって異なっているため、電動モータ2の回転数もスイッチング素子4の故障の有無に応じて異なってくる。このため、回生電圧もスイッチング素子4の故障の有無に応じて異なった値となり、スイッチング素子4が故障している場合には、スイッチング素子4が故障していない場合と比較して、早く接点電位が低い値となる。このとき、電動モータ2が故障している訳ではないため、電動モータ2の回転数の低下は緩やかであり、回生電圧も比較的緩やかに低下していく。したがって、スイッチング素子4をオンしているときの接点電位の高低や、スイッチング素子4をオフした後の接点電位の変化の態様、つまり接点電位の低下の仕方に基づいて、スイッチング素子4が故障しているか否かを判定することができる。
 上記のような基本的な考え方に基づいて、本実施形態のモータ駆動装置1では電動モータ2の故障やスイッチング素子4の故障を判定することができる。
 ただし、電動モータ2をオフからオンに切替えた瞬間には、突入電流の発生により、電動モータ2に供給される電流(モータ電流)が所定期間(例えば数百ms)大きな値となるため、スイッチング素子4での電圧ドロップも大きくなる。この様子は、図3(a)、(b)に示すモータ電流の時間変化およびモータ供給電圧の時間変化のタイミングチャートのように表される。このため、突入電流が発生している期間中には、モータ供給電圧が小さな値として検出されてしまい、スイッチング素子4が故障していると誤判定されてしまう可能性がある。したがって、突入電流が発生している期間中は接点電位に基づいてスイッチング素子4が故障していると判定してしまわないようにし、その後の定常状態に移行してからの接点電位に基づいて故障判定を行うことが必要になる。
 しかしながら、突入電流が発生している期間を避けてモータ供給電圧が定常状態になるまで待機していると、故障判定に時間が掛かってしまうし、故障判定の際に電動モータ2に対して電力供給を行う時間が増えることになる。この場合、電動モータ2を本来の制御実行の為に回転させるのではなく、故障判定の為に回転させることになるため、電動モータ2の作動音や振動を長時間発生させることとなり、商品性を低下させてしまう。このため、故障判定に必要な時間や故障判定のために電動モータ2を駆動する時間は、できる限り短い方が好ましい。
 一方、故障判定をすべて完了する前に電動モータ2もスイッチング素子4も共に故障していないことを判定できるのであれば、故障判定を途中で終了した方がすべて行う場合と比較して、故障判定に掛かる時間の短縮、故障判定のための電動モータ2の駆動時間の短縮を図ることが可能となる。したがって、本実施形態では、以下のようにして故障判定を行っている。これについて、図4を参照して説明する。
 図4は、スイッチング素子4への指令信号とそれに対する接点電位の波形を示したタイミングチャートである。具体的には、図4(a)がスイッチング素子4への指令信号を示した波形、図4(b)が電動モータ2およびスイッチング素子4が共に正常の場合の接点電位の波形、図4(c)がスイッチング素子4が故障した場合の接点電位の波形、図4(d)が電動モータ2が故障した場合の接点電位の波形を示している。
 まず、モータ駆動装置1にて時点taにスイッチング素子4をオンし、その後、スイッチング素子4を第1所定時間T1だけオンさせる指令信号を出力する。このときのスイッチング素子4をオンさせる第1所定時間T1は、突入電流の発生期間であるか否かに関係なく設定され、その時間T1中は電動モータ2への電力供給が継続される。その後、モータ駆動装置1にて、スイッチング素子4をオンからオフに切替える。そして、モータ駆動装置1では、スイッチング素子4をオフに切替えたときからの接点電位を取得し、接点電位(回生電圧)の変化の態様を確認する。つまり、接点電位の変化の態様が、電動モータ2もスイッチング素子4も正常である場合に想定される態様であるか、それとも電動モータ2とスイッチング素子4のいずれかが故障している場合に想定される態様であるかを判定する。
 具体的には、スイッチング素子4をオフしてから接点電位が第2しきい電位Vth2以下になるまでに掛かった時間を計時時間Tとして計測し、この計時時間Tがしきい時間Tth以上であれば、接点電位の変化の態様が電動モータ2もスイッチング素子4も正常である場合に想定される態様であると判定する。逆に、計時時間Tがしきい時間Tth未満であれば、接点電位の変化の態様が電動モータ2もスイッチング素子4も正常である場合に想定される態様でないと判定する。しきい時間Tthは、図2中に示したように、電動モータ2およびスイッチング素子4が故障していない正常時に想定されるときの計時時間t1よりも短く、かつ、スイッチング素子4が故障していると想定されるときの計時時間t2よりも長く設定されている。このため、計時時間Tがしきい時間Tth以上であるか否かを判定することにより、電動モータ2もスイッチング素子4も正常である場合であるか、電動モータ2とスイッチング素子4のいずれかが故障している場合であるかを判定できる。
 そして、モータ駆動装置1は、接点電位の変化の態様が電動モータ2もスイッチング素子4も正常である場合に想定される態様、すなわち電動モータ2およびスイッチング素子4が正常で故障は発生していないと判定すると、その時点で故障判定の処理を終了する。この場合、スイッチング素子4への指令信号が図4(a)中破線で示したように、スイッチング素子4をオフさせるという信号となり、故障判定の処理が終了となる。なお、この場合には、それ以降スイッチング素子4がオンされないため、図4(b)中の実線で示したように接点電位がゼロになるが、この後の故障判定が続けられた場合との比較を容易にするために、図中破線にて故障判定を続けたとした場合の接点電位の波形を示してある。
 一方、接点電位の変化の態様が電動モータ2もスイッチング素子4も正常である場合に想定される態様でない場合(計時時間T<しきい時間Tth)には、この後も故障判定を継続する。具体的には、時点tbにおいてスイッチング素子4をオンし、第1所定時間T1だけ経過した後にスイッチング素子4をオフし、そのときの接点電位の変化の態様を確認するという処理をもう一度繰り返して行う。そして、この処理を2回連続行っても接点電位の変化の態様が電動モータ2もスイッチング素子4も正常である場合に想定される態様でなければ、この後、電動モータ2とスイッチング素子4のいずれが故障しているかを特定するための処理を行う。
 すなわち、モータ駆動装置1にて時点tcにスイッチング素子4をオンし、その後、スイッチング素子4を第2所定時間T2だけオンさせる指令信号を出力する。このときのスイッチング素子4をオンさせる第2所定時間T2は、第1所定時間T1よりも長く、かつ、突入電流の発生期間よりも長い時間に設定され、その時間T2中は電動モータ2への電力供給が継続される。その後、モータ駆動装置1にて、スイッチング素子4をオンからオフに切替える。そして、モータ駆動装置1では、スイッチング素子4をオフに切替えたときからの接点電位を取得し、接点電位の大きさに基づいて、電動モータ2とスイッチング素子4のいずれが故障しているかを特定する。
 具体的には、モータ駆動装置1は、接点電位が第1しきい電位Vth1を超えていれば電動モータ2の故障と判定し、接点電位が第1しきい電圧Vthを超えていなければスイッチング素子4の故障と判定する。上述したように、電動モータ2が故障しているときには、電動モータ2に対して印加されるモータ供給電圧は正常時と同様の電圧となるが、スイッチング素子4が故障しているときにはスイッチング素子4での電圧ドロップが大きくなるため、モータ供給電圧は正常時よりも低い電圧となる。このため、図2中に示したように、正常時に想定されるモータ供給電圧よりも低く、かつ、スイッチング素子4が故障している時に想定されるモータ供給電圧よりも高い値を第1しきい電圧Vth1として、接点電位が第1しきい電圧Vth1を超えているか否かに基づいて、電動モータ2とスイッチング素子4のいずれが故障しているかを判定することができる。
 以上説明したように、本実施形態のモータ駆動装置1では、まず第1所定時間T1という短時間だけスイッチング素子4をオンしたのちオフし、オフしたときの接点電位の変化の態様に基づいて電動モータ2もしくはスイッチング素子4が故障しているか否かを判定している。次に、第2所定時間T2という第1所定時間T1よりも長い時間スイッチング素子4をオンし、そのときの接点電位の大きさに基づいて電動モータ2とスイッチング素子4のいずれが故障しているかを特定している。これにより、モータ駆動装置1により、電動モータ2の故障に加えてスイッチング素子4の故障も検出することが可能となる。
 また、第1所定時間T1だけスイッチング素子4をオンしたのちオフしたときの接点電位の変化の態様に基づいて電動モータ2とスイッチング素子4のいずれも故障していない場合に、その後の故障判定を行わないようにしている。このため、正常時には、故障判定に掛かる時間を短縮することが可能となり、電動モータ2の作動音や振動を長時間発生させずに済み、商品性を低下させないで済む。
 (第2実施形態)
 本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。本実施形態のモータ駆動装置1は、第1実施形態に対してしきい時間Tthを可変にしたものであり、その他に関しては第1実施形態と同様であるため、第1実施形態と異なる部分についてのみ説明する。
 上述したように、しきい時間Tthは、スイッチング素子4をオフしてから接点電位(回生電圧)が第2しきい電位Vth2以下になるまでに掛かった計時時間Tと比較される値である。上記第1実施形態では、イニシャルチェック時にスイッチング素子4をオンさせ、そのときの接点電位を第1しきい電圧Vth1と比較することで、電動モータ2とスイッチング素子4のいずれが故障しているかを判定している。イニシャルチェック時には、基本的にはブレーキ操作が行なわれていないと想定されるため、容易に故障判定を行うことが可能となる。しかしながら、イニシャルチェック時にブレーキ操作が行なわれている可能性もある。また、ブレーキ制御時には、電動モータ2に対してモータ供給電圧を間欠的に印加するという間欠駆動を行うことになり、検出された接点電位がスイッチング素子4をオンさせているときのものであるか否かを判定するのが難しいため、基本的には、ブレーキ制御を実行していないときに故障判定を行うことが望ましい。しかしながら、イニシャルチェック時以降に電動モータ2やスイッチング素子4が故障する事も有り得るため、ブレーキ制御時に電動モータ2を駆動するときに故障判定を行うことも考えられる。
 したがって、本実施形態では、ブレーキ操作部材5の操作量に対応した故障判定を行うことで、電動モータ2に掛かる負荷に応じて電力供給停止時の接点電位の変化の態様が変わっても、正確な故障判定が行えるようにする。
 具体的には、ブレーキ操作に基づくブレーキ液圧が電動ポンプに掛かることから、電動モータ2の負荷が大きくなり、その負荷の大きさに応じて電力供給停止時の接点電位の変化の態様が変わってくる。このため、モータ駆動装置1は、操作量検出装置6からブレーキ操作部材5の操作量を示す検出信号を受け取り、その検出信号に基づいてブレーキ操作部材5の操作量をモニタし、故障判定時に、そのときのブレーキ操作部材5の操作量に応じてしきい時間Tthを可変させる。すなわち、電動モータ2およびスイッチング素子4が故障していなかったとしても、電動モータ2に掛かる負荷が大きくなればなるほど、スイッチング素子4をオフしてから接点電位が第2しきい電位Vth2以下になるまでに掛かる計時時間Tは小さくなる。したがって、ブレーキ操作部材5の操作量が大きくなるほど、しきい時間Tthが小さくなるようにする。
 このようにすれば、ブレーキ操作部材5の操作に基づいて電動モータ2に掛かる負荷が増大しても、それに対応してしきい時間Tthを可変させられるため、正確な故障判定を行うことが可能となる。
 (第3実施形態)
 本発明の第3実施形態について説明する。本実施形態のモータ駆動装置1も、第1実施形態に対してしきい時間Tthを可変にしたものであり、その他に関しては第1実施形態と同様であるため、第1実施形態と異なる部分についてのみ説明する。
 上述したように、しきい時間Tthは、スイッチング素子4をオフしてから接点電位が第2しきい電位Vth2以下になるまでに掛かった計時時間Tと比較される値である。第1実施形態のしきい時間Tthは、図2中に示したように、電動モータ2およびスイッチング素子4が故障していない正常時に想定されるときの計時時間t1よりも短く、かつ、スイッチング素子4が故障していると想定されるときの計時時間t2よりも長く設定されている。これは、直流電源3の電圧レベルが一定値(例えば12V)である場合を想定して設定してある。
 しかしながら、直流電源3の電圧レベルは変化することがあり、その場合には、スイッチング素子4をオンしたときに電動モータ2に対して印加される電圧が変化することになる。このため、直流電源3の電圧レベルに応じてモータ供給電圧も変動し、スイッチング素子4をオフしてから接点電位が第2しきい電位Vth2以下になるまでに掛かる時間よりも変動する。
 したがって、本実施形態では、直流電源3の電圧レベルに対応した故障判定を行うことで、電動モータ2への供給電圧に応じて電力供給停止時の接点電位の変化の態様が変わっても、正確な故障判定が行えるようにする。
 具体的には、モータ駆動装置1は、直流電源3の電圧をモニタし、故障判定時に、そのときの直流電源3の電圧に基づいてしきい時間Tthを可変させる。すなわち、電動モータ2およびスイッチング素子4が故障していなかったとしても、電動モータ2に印加される電圧が小さくなればなるほど、スイッチング素子4をオフしてから接点電位が第2しきい電位Vth2以下になるまでに掛かる計時時間Tは小さくなる。このため、直流電源3の電圧が小さくなるほど、しきい時間Tthが小さくなるようにする。
 このようにすれば、直流電源3の電圧レベルの変動に応じて電動モータ2に印加される電圧が変動しても、それに対応してしきい時間Tthを可変させられるため、正確な故障判定を行うことが可能となる。
 (第4実施形態)
 本発明の第4実施形態について説明する。本実施形態のモータ駆動装置1は、第1実施形態に対して電動モータ2およびスイッチング素子4が正常であるか、もしくはこれらのいずれかが故障しているかを判定する手法を変更したものである。その他に関しては第1実施形態と同様であるため、第1実施形態と異なる部分についてのみ説明する。
 本実施形態も、上記第1~第3実施形態と同様、スイッチング素子4を第1所定時間T1だけオンした後当該スイッチング素子4をオフして、その後の接点電位の変化の態様に応じて電動モータ2およびスイッチング素子4が正常であるか、もしくはこれらのいずれかが故障しているかの判定を行う。ただし、本実施形態では、第1~第3実施形態と異なる判定手法を用いている。これについて、図5を参照して説明する。
 図5は、故障形態と接点電位(モータ供給電圧や回生電圧)の関係を示したタイミングチャートである。この図に示されるように、電動モータ2およびスイッチング素子4が正常であるか、もしくはこれらのいずれかが故障しているかに応じて、接点電位の変化の態様が異なってくる。電動モータ2およびスイッチング素子4が正常である場合と比較すると、電動モータ2とスイッチング素子4のいずれかが故障している場合には、接点電位がより低い値となる。
 このため、本実施形態では、モータ駆動装置1にて、スイッチング素子4を第1所定時間T1だけオンさせてからオフしたときに、オフしてから予め決めておいた設定時間TSETが経過したときの接点電位を取得し、その接点電位の大きさに基づいて、電動モータ2およびスイッチング素子4が正常であるか、もしくはこれらのいずれかが故障しているかを判定する。具体的には、そのときの接点電位が予め決めておいた設定電位VSET以上であれば、電動モータ2およびスイッチング素子4が正常であると判定し、設定電位VSET未満であれば、電動モータ2もしくはスイッチング素子4が故障していると判定する。
 以上のように、スイッチング素子4をオフしてから設定時間TSETが経過したときの接点電位の大きさに基づいて、電動モータ2およびスイッチング素子4が正常であるか、もしくはこれらのいずれかが故障しているかを判定することができる。そして、上記手法によって電動モータ2およびスイッチング素子4が正常であるか、もしくはこれらのいずれかが故障しているかを判定したのち、正常であればその後は故障判定を終了し、故障していればその後に第2所定時間T2だけスイッチング素子4を行うことで、故障したのが電動モータ2とスイッチング素子4のいずれであるかの特定を行うことができる。このような判定手法によっても、第1実施形態と同様の効果を得ることができる。
 なお、本実施形態でも、上記第2実施形態で説明したように、ブレーキ操作部材5の操作量に基づいて設定電位VSETを可変にすることもできる。すなわち、ブレーキ操作部材5の操作量に応じて電動モータ2に掛かる負荷が変化するため、その負荷の大きさに応じて電力供給停止時の接点電位の変化の態様が変わってくる。このため、モータ駆動装置1は、操作量検出装置6からブレーキ操作部材5の操作量を示す検出信号を受け取り、その検出信号に基づいてブレーキ操作部材5の操作量をモニタし、故障判定時に、そのときのブレーキ操作部材5の操作量に応じて設定電位VSETを可変とする。具体的には、ブレーキ操作部材5の操作量が大きいほど設定電位VSETを小さくする。このようにすれば、ブレーキ操作部材5の操作に基づいて電動モータ2に掛かる負荷が増大しても、それに対応して設定電位VSETを可変させられるため、正確な故障判定を行うことが可能となる。
 また、上記第3実施形態で説明したように、直流電源3の電圧に基づいて設定電位VSETを可変にすることもできる。すなわち、直流電源3の電圧レベルに応じてモータ供給電圧が変動する。このため、モータ駆動装置1は、直流電源3の電圧をモニタし、故障判定時に、そのときの直流電源3の電圧に基づいて設定電位VSETを可変とする。このようにすれば、直流電源3の電圧レベルの変動に応じて電動モータ2に印加される電圧が変動しても、それに対応して設定電位VSETを可変させられるため、正確な故障判定を行うことが可能となる。
 (他の実施形態)
 上記第1~第4実施形態では、スイッチング素子4を第1所定時間T1だけオンさせた後に当該スイッチング素子4をオンからオフに切替えて、その後の接点電位(回生電圧)を取得する一連の処理を2回だけ繰り返し実行するようにした。しかしながら、上記一連の処理を、1回だけ実行するようにしても良いし、3回以上繰り返し実行するようにしても良い。上記一連の処理を1回だけ実行するようにすれば、故障判定をシンプルな処理で実現することができる。また、上記一連の処理を繰り返し実行する回数を多くするほど、電気モータ2およびスイッチング素子4のいずれかが故障しているか否かを正確に判定することができる。
 上述の如く一連の処理を複数回実行する場合には、各階の第1所定時間T1を互いに異ならせることが好ましい。異なる条件で取得した複数の回生電圧に基づいて、電気モータ2およびスイッチング素子4のいずれかが故障しているかを判定することにより、その判定精度を一層高めることができる。
 この場合、特に、先に実行する処理の第1所定時間T1ほど短くすることが好ましい。先の処理において電気モータ2およびスイッチング素子4が故障していないことが判定されると、その後の処理は実行されないことから、電気モータ2の駆動時間を短くすることができる。すなわち、故障判定の判定精度を高めつつ、電気モータ2の作動音や振動の発生時間を短縮することができる。
 また、この場合、各回の回生電圧の変化態様は、第1所定時間T1すなわち電気モータ2への電力供給時間により異なるため、各回で取得した回線電圧を評価するためのしきい値(しきい時間Tth、設定電圧VSET)は、各回の第1所定時間T1に応じたものにすることが好ましい。これにより、電気モータ2およびスイッチング素子4のいずれかが故障しているか否かをより一層正確に判定することができる。
 上記第3実施形態では、直流電源3の電圧に基づいてしきい時間Tthを可変にしており、上記第4実施形態では、直流電源3の電圧に基づいて設定電位VSETを可変としている。これらと同様に、上記各実施形態について、直流電源3の電圧に基づいて第1しきい電位Vth1を可変にすることもできる。第1しきい電位Vth1は、電動モータ2もしくはスイッチング素子4が故障していたと判定されたときに、いずれが故障しているかを特定するために、接点電位と比較される値である。このときの接点電位は、回生電圧ではなく、スイッチング素子4をオンしているときのモータ供給電圧である。このモータ供給電圧も、直流電源3の電圧レベルに応じて変動するため、それに応じて第1しきい電位Vth1も可変にするのが好ましい。このため、直流電源3の電圧が小さくなるほど第1しきい電位Vth1も小さくなるようにすることで、より正確に電動モータ2とスイッチング素子4のいずれが故障しているかを特定することが可能となる。
 また、上記各実施形態では、スイッチング素子4としてMOSトランジスタ4bを例に挙げて説明したが、MOSトランジスタ4bに限らず、他の素子(例えばIGBTやリレーなど)を用いることもできる。
 さらに、上記実施形態では、電動モータ2とスイッチング素子4が故障しているか否かを判定した後に、電動モータ2とスイッチング素子4のいずれが故障しているかを特定する判定を行うようにしている。しかしながら、これらは単なる一例を示したに過ぎず、これらの順序を逆にしても良い。すなわち、電動モータ2とスイッチング素子4のいずれが故障している可能性があるかを特定しておいた後、電動モータ2とスイッチング素子4が故障しているか否かを判定するという故障判定手法であっても良い。また、この場合、スイッチング素子4の1度オンしたときに、同時に、電動モータ2とスイッチング素子4のいずれが故障している可能性があるかの特定のための判定と、電動モータ2とスイッチング素子4が故障しているか否かの判定を行っても良い。すなわち、第2所定時間T2だけスイッチング素子4をオンしているときの接点電位に基づき電動モータ2とスイッチング素子4のいずれが故障している可能性があるかの特定のための判定を行なっておき、その後、スイッチング素子4をオフしたときの接点電位の変化の態様に基づいて、電動モータ2とスイッチング素子4のいずれが故障しているかの特定のための判定を行うこともできる。
 なお、上記各実施形態に記載されたモータ駆動装置1では、予め記憶されたプログラムによって各機能を実現する手段が実現されている。すなわち、モータ駆動装置1のうち、スイッチング素子4を第1所定時間T1だけオンさせる指令信号を出力する手段が第1電力供給制御手段に相当する。スイッチング素子4を第1所定時間T1だけオンしたのちオフに切替えたときからの接点電位を取得する手段が第1接点電位取得手段に相当する。スイッチング素子4を第2所定時間T2だけオンさせる指令信号を出力する手段が第2電力供給制御手段に相当する。スイッチング素子4を第2所定時間T2だけオンしたのちオフに切替えたときからの接点電位を取得する手段が第2接点電位取得手段に相当する。電気モータ2への電力供給停止に伴う接点電位の変化の態様が、電気モータ2およびスイッチング素子4が正常時の態様か、電気モータ2もしくはスイッチング素子4が故障時の態様であるかを判定する手段が第1判定手段に相当する。第2接点電位取得手段により取得された接点電位が第1しきい電位Vth1以上であるか否かを判定する手段が第2判定手段に相当する。第1、第2判定手段の結果に基づいて故障しているのが電動モータ2とスイッチング素子4のいずれであるかを特定する手段が故障特定手段に相当する。ブレーキ操作部材5の操作量が大きいほど、しきい時間Tthを小さくする手段がブレーキ操作量対しきい時間設定手段に相当する。直流電源3の電圧が小さいほど、しきい時間Tthを小さくする手段が電源電圧対しきい時間設定手段に相当する。ブレーキ操作部材5の操作量が大きいほど、設定電位VSETを小さくする手段がブレーキ操作量対電位設定手段に相当する。直流電源3の電圧が小さいほど、設定電位VSETを小さくする手段が電源電圧対電位設定手段に相当する。

Claims (13)

  1.  電気モータ(2)に電力を供給する直流電源(3)と、前記電気モータ(2)と前記直流電源(3)との間の電力供給経路をオンオフするスイッチング素子(4)とを備える電気モータ(2)の駆動回路に適用され、前記スイッチング素子(4)により前記電気モータ(2)への電力供給を制御するモータ駆動装置において、
     前記スイッチング素子(4)をオンからオフに切替えたときの前記電気モータ(2)への電力供給終了に伴って変化する前記電気モータ(2)と前記スイッチング素子(4)との間の接点電位を取得する第1接点電位取得手段と、
     前記スイッチング素子(4)にオンしているときの前記電気モータ(2)への電力供給中の前記接点電位を取得する第2接点電位取得手段と、
     前記第1接点電位取得手段により取得された前記接点電位に基づいて、前記電気モータ(2)への電力供給停止に伴う前記接点電位の変化の態様が、前記電気モータ(2)および前記スイッチング素子(4)が正常時の態様か、前記電気モータ(2)もしくは前記スイッチング素子(4)が故障時の態様であるかを判定する第1判定手段と、
     前記第2接点電位取得手段により取得された前記接点電位が、所定の第1しきい電位(Vth1)以上であるか否かを判定する第2判定手段と、
     前記第1判定手段にて前記接点電位の変化の態様が前記正常時の態様であると判定されると前記電気モータ(2)および前記スイッチング素子(4)が正常であるとし、前記第1判定手段にて前記接点電位の変化の態様が前記故障時の態様であると判定され、かつ、前記第2判定手段にて前記接点電位が所定の第1しきい電位(Vth1)以上と判定されれば前記電気モータ(2)の故障と特定し、前記第1判定手段にて前記接点電位の変化の態様が前記故障時の態様であると判定され、かつ、前記第2判定手段にて、前記接点電位が所定の第1しきい電位(Vth1)未満と判定されれば前記スイッチング素子(4)の故障と特定する故障特定手段と、を備えていることを特徴とするモータ駆動装置。
  2.  前記第2接点電位取得手段は、前記第2電力供給制御手段による前記電気モータ(2)への電力供給が行なわれてから、前記突入電流の発生期間経過後の前記接点電位を取得することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモータ駆動装置。
  3.  前記スイッチング素子(4)を第1所定時間(T1)だけオンして前記電気モータ(2)に対して電力供給を行う第1電力供給制御手段と、
     前記スイッチング素子(4)をオンしたときに発生する突入電流の発生期間よりも長い第2所定時間(T2)だけオンして前記電気モータ(2)に対して電力供給を行う第2電力供給制御手段とを備え、
     前記第1接点電位取得手段は、前記第1電力供給制御手段による前記電気モータ(2)への電力供給終了に伴い変化する前記接点電位を取得し、
     前記第2接点電位取得手段は、前記第2電力供給制御手段による前記電気モータ(2)への電力供給が開始されてから、前記突入電流の発生期間経過後の前記接点電位を取得し、
     前記第1電力供給制御手段による前記電力供給および前記第1接点電位取得手段による前記接点電位の取得を、前記第2電力供給制御手段による前記電力供給および前記第2接点電位取得手段による前記接点電位の取得よりも先に行うことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のモータ駆動装置。
  4.  前記第2電力供給制御手段による前記電力供給および前記第2接点電位取得手段による前記接点電位の取得は、前記第1判定手段にて前記接点電位の変化の態様が前記故障時の態様であると判定されたときにのみ行なわれ、前記第1判定手段にて前記接点電位の変化の態様が前記正常時の態様であると判定されたときには行なわれないことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のモータ駆動装置。
  5.  前記第2電力供給手段による前記電力供給および前記第2接点電位取得手段による前記接点電位の取得を行うよりも先に、前記第1電力供給制御手段による前記電力供給および前記第1接点電位取得手段による前記接点電位の取得を、複数回行うことを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載のモータ駆動装置。
  6.  前記複数回にわたる前記第1電力供給制御手段による前記電力供給および前記第1接点電位取得手段による前記接点電位の取得において、先に行う電力供給ほど同電力供給の前記第1所定時間が短く、
     前記第1電力供給制御手段による次の前記電力供給は、前記第1判定手段にて前記第1接点電位取得により先に取得された前記接点電位に基づく前記接点電位の態様が故障時の態様と判定されたときのみに行われ、前記先に取得された前記接点電位に基づく前記接点電位の変化の態様が正常時の態様と判定されたときは行われないことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のモータ駆動装置。
  7.  前記第1判定手段は、前記第1接点電位取得手段にて取得される前記接点電位が所定の第2しきい電位(Vth2)以下になったか否かを判定すると共に、前記電気モータ(2)への電力供給が終了した時点から当該接点電位が前記第2しきい電位(Vth2)以下になったことが判定される時点までの時間を経時時間(T)として、該計時時間(T)が所定のしきい時間(Tth)以上である場合に、前記接点電位の変化の態様が前記正常時の態様と判定し、該計時時間(T)が前記しきい時間(Tth)未満である場合に、前記接点電位の変化の態様が前記故障時の態様と判定することを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載のモータ駆動装置。
  8.  前記電気モータ(2)は、車両のブレーキ装置においてブレーキ液圧を加圧する電動ポンプを駆動するものであり、
     前記ブレーキ装置を操作するためのブレーキ操作部材(5)の操作量を検出するブレーキ操作量検出手段と、
     前記ブレーキ操作量検出手段により検出された操作量が大きいほど、前記しきい時間(Tth)を小さくするブレーキ操作量対しきい時間設定手段と、を備えていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のモータ駆動装置。
  9.  前記直流電源(3)の電圧を検出する電源電圧検出手段と、
     前記電源電圧検出手段により検出された前記直流電源(3)の電圧が小さいほど、前記しきい時間(Tth)を小さくする電源電圧対しきい時間設定手段と、を備えていることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載のモータ駆動装置。
  10.  前記第1接点電位取得手段は、前記電気モータ(2)への電力供給が終了した時点から所定の設定時間(TSET)が経過した時点の前記接点電位を取得し、
     前記第1判定手段は、前記第1接点電位取得手段により取得された前記接点電位が所定の設定電位(VSET)以上である場合に、前記接点電位の変化の態様が前記正常時の態様と判定し、前記第1接点電位取得手段により取得された前記接点電位が所定の設定電位(VSET)未満である場合に、前記接点電位の変化の態様が前記故障時の態様と判定することを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載のモータ駆動回路。
  11.  前記電気モータ(2)は、車両のブレーキ装置においてブレーキ液圧を加圧する電動ポンプを駆動するものであり、
     前記ブレーキ装置を操作するためのブレーキ操作部材(5)の操作量を検出するブレーキ操作量検出手段と、
     前記ブレーキ操作量検出手段により検出された操作量が大きいほど、前記設定電位(VSET)を小さくするブレーキ操作量対電位設定手段と、を備えていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のモータ駆動装置。
  12.  前記直流電源(3)の電圧を検出する電源電圧検出手段と、
     前記電源電圧検出手段により検出された前記直流電源(3)の電圧が小さいほど、前記設定電位(VSET)を小さくする電源電圧対電位設定手段と、を備えていることを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載のモータ駆動装置。
  13.  前記直流電源(3)の電圧を検出する電源電圧検出手段と、
     前記電源電圧検出手段により検出された前記直流電源(3)の電圧が小さいほど、前記第1しきい電位(Vth1)を小さくする第1しきい電位設定手段と、を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし12のいずれか1つに記載のモータ駆動装置。
