Claims (9)
- 容器本体に液体内容物を充填し、液体内容物が充填された容器本体に成形蓋を被せ、容器本体と成形蓋をシールすることにより密封容器とする連続ロータリ式充填包装機械であって、
容器本体が回転移動する間に容器内に液体内容物を充填するための複数の充填ヘッドを備えた充填装置と、
充填装置から搬送されてきた液体内容物が充填された容器本体の上端開口部に成形蓋を供給する蓋供給装置と、
成形蓋が載置されている容器本体が回転移動する間に、成形蓋を容器本体の上端開口部にシールして密封容器とする複数のシールヘッドと、容器本体が載置されている容器台又はシールヘッドの昇降機構を有し、容器本体上の成形蓋とシールヘッドのシール作用面とが圧接するように構成された昇降手段とを備えたシール装置と、
前記シール装置によるシール工程において、シールヘッドにおけるシール作用面と密封容器の成形蓋の頂面が圧接され、シール作用面と密封容器との位置関係が固定されている状態にある密封容器本体に、当該密封容器が係わった充填ヘッド番号及びシールヘッド番号を印字する識別印字機構を備えた印字手段と、
を具備した連続ロータリ式充填包装機械。 - 識別印字機構による印字が不可視インクによる印字であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の連続ロータリ式充填包装機械。
- 印字手段が、紫外線を照射することにより読み取り可能な不可視インクを用いたインクジェットプリンターを有する識別印字機構を備えていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の連続ロータリ式充填包装機械。
- 印字手段が、容器側周面への印字時にインクが滲まないように、容器に付着した水滴を除去するための水滴除去機構を、インクジェットプリンターの上流側に備えていることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の連続ロータリ式充填包装機械。
- 識別印字機構が、容器に印字すべき充填ヘッド番号及びシールヘッド番号を演算する演算装置を有する制御手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか記載の連続ロータリ式充填包装機械。
- 演算装置が、さらに、充填ヘッド番号を記憶する充填ヘッド番号シフトレジスタ及びシールヘッド番号を記憶するシールヘッド番号シフトレジスタを備えている充填機制御盤と、充填ヘッド番号を記憶する充填ヘッド番号リングカウンタ及びシールヘッド番号を記憶するシールヘッド番号リングカウンタを備えているIJP制御盤とを有していることを特徴とする請求項5記載の連続ロータリ式充填包装機械。
- シール装置が、成形蓋を容器本体の上端開口部に超音波シールして密封容器とする、成形蓋と容器本体を加圧する加圧方向を軸の中心とする回転方向の超音波回転振動を作用させる超音波ホーンを具備した超音波シール装置であることを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか記載の連続ロータリ式充填包装機械。
- シール装置の下流側に、不良容器を検出するために配設された不良容器検出装置と、不良が検出された容器を搬送ラインより排出する不良容器排出装置とを具備することを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれか記載の連続ロータリ式充填包装機械。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか記載の連続ロータリ式充填包装機械を用いて、容器本体に液体内容物を充填し、液体内容物が充填された容器本体に成形蓋を被せ、容器本体と成形蓋をシールすることにより密封容器を製造する方法。
