- FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing a range surrounded by a two-dot chain line VI in FIG.
- a takeout port 41 is formed in the resin portion 55.
- the resin portion 55 is disposed above (at a higher position) than the position where the cable reel 20 is provided.
- the take-out port 41 is formed by a recess that is recessed from the outer surface of the resin portion 55 and can accommodate the connector 22.
- a lid 76 that closes the take-out port 41 is attached to the resin portion 55.
- FIG. 7 is a side view schematically showing the mounting structure of the charging cable provided in the hybrid vehicle in FIG.
- front door in which take-out port 41 for drawing charging cable 21 from the inside of front door 50 to the outside of the vehicle is positioned above cable reel 20.
- 50 resin portions 55 are formed.
- a drawer port 26 through which the charging cable 21 is pulled out from the cable housing case 24 inside the front door 50 is formed so as to face the resin portion 55 in which the extraction port 41 is formed.
- the take-out port 41 is arranged on a line obtained by extending the through-hole constituting the lead-out port 26 in the penetrating direction. Further, the drawer opening 26 and the take-out opening 41 are arranged so as to overlap in the vertical direction. With such a configuration, the charging cable 21 can be communicated with the shortest distance on a straight line between the outlet 26 and the outlet 41, and the drawing operation is further facilitated.
- the hybrid vehicle 100 is a vehicle that can be charged from the outside by the charging cable 21.
- the hybrid vehicle 100 includes a front door 50 as a door portion that is opened and closed when an occupant gets in and out of the vehicle compartment, and a cable reel 20 that is mounted inside the front door 50 and winds up the charging cable 21.
- the front door 50 has a resin portion 55 as an upper portion located above the cable reel 20.
- the cable reel 20 is formed with a lead-out port 26 that is directed to the resin portion 55 and draws out the charging cable 21.
- the resin portion 55 is formed with a take-out port 41 for taking out the charging cable 21 drawn from the draw-out port 26 from the front door 50 to the outside of the vehicle.
- the drawing work of the charging cable 21 is facilitated by reducing the force required when the charging cable 21 is pulled out. Further, by arranging the large-sized cable reel 20 inside the front door 50, the space on the vehicle can be effectively used.
- the takeout port 41 is formed using the resin portion 55 provided in front of the vehicle of the window glass 54.
- the present invention is not limited to this. 41 may be formed.
- the present invention can also be applied to a fuel cell hybrid vehicle (FCHV) or an electric vehicle (EV) using a fuel cell and a battery (secondary battery) as drive sources.
- FCHV fuel cell hybrid vehicle
- EV electric vehicle
- the internal combustion engine is driven at the fuel efficiency optimum operating point
- the fuel cell is driven at the power generation efficiency optimum operating point.
- the use of the battery is basically the same for both hybrid vehicles.
- FIG. 8 is a side view showing a first modification of the hybrid vehicle in FIG.
- FIG. 8 is a diagram corresponding to FIG. 7 in the first embodiment.
- the cable reel 20 is mounted inside the rear door 60.
- the charging cable 21 is wound so as to be drawn when the cable winding drum 31 rotates in the direction indicated by the arrow 105 and wound when the cable winding drum 31 rotates in the direction indicated by the arrow 104.
- the take-out port 41 is formed in the resin portion 65 of the rear door 60 positioned above the cable reel 20.
- the lead-out port 26 is formed so as to face the resin portion 65 in which the take-out port 41 is formed.
- FIG. 9 is a plan view schematically showing the seat layout of the hybrid vehicle.
- a driver seat 81 d on which a driver is seated and a passenger seat 81 p on which a passenger is seated
- a front seat 81 unless otherwise distinguished
- a rear seat 82 to be installed is provided.
- a driver front door 50d and a passenger front door 50p are provided at positions adjacent to the driver seat 81d and the passenger seat 81p, respectively.
- the cable reel 20 may be provided on either the driver front door 50d or the passenger front door 50p. However, most preferably, the cable reel 20 is provided on the driver front door 50d. In this case, since it is assumed that the person who performs the charging operation most frequently using the charging cable 21 is a driver, the driver can easily access the charging cable 21.
- FIG. 10 is a side view showing a second modification of the hybrid vehicle in FIG.
- motor 39 for rotating and driving cable winding drum 31 is electrically connected between battery B and charging cable 21 on the vehicle body side.
- the sliding part 36 includes a metal part.
- the motor 39 and the sliding part 36 including such metal parts constitute a weight part 95.
- the weight portion 95 is disposed at a position overlapping the front seat 81 when the front seat 81 is viewed from the front.
- the front seat 81 includes a seat portion 86 where the occupant sits down and a backrest portion 87 disposed on the back surface of the occupant. More preferably, the weight portion 95 falls within a range lower than the seat portion 86 (a range indicated by an arrow 108), or a range between the front surface 89 and the rear surface 90 of the backrest portion 87 (a range indicated by an arrow 109). Placed in.
- a new hybrid vehicle may be configured by appropriately combining the various structures of the hybrid vehicle in the first and second embodiments described above.
- the present invention is mainly used for a vehicle provided with a motor powered by a battery as a power source.
