La méthode consiste à tisser, tricoter, teindre et finir une combinaison: de fibres stables de rayonne viscose d'un denier compris entre 20 et 30, de fibres polyester stables d'un denier compris entre 1,4 et 5,0, et de fibres stables de rayonne viscose d'un denier compris entre 5,0 et 8,0. Les produits résultant de l'invention ont le même aspect visuel que la laine ou que les poils, et cela sans inclusion de vraie laine ni de vrais poils. On peut ainsi obtenir et porter des vêtements quatre saisons semblant faits de laine ou de poils à des prix relativement bas.
