Definitions
- the present invention can cause adhesion failure or sealing failure at the edge of the glass plate due to uniform pressing force when the two glass plates are bonded to each other by the intermediate film.
- the present invention relates to a pre-bonding apparatus for laminated glass that is not generated.
- the most well-known and widely used laminated glass made by laminating and bonding a plurality of glass plates is a resin sheet made of PVB (polyvinyl vinyl butyral) as an intermediate film between the glass plates. Are inserted, overlapped, heated, and pressurized to bond the glass plates together with the intermediate film.
- PVB polyvinyl vinyl butyral
- the window glass of automobiles has a three-dimensional shape that is curved in two directions, and it was necessary to devise in order to uniformly press air from both sides in order to degas bubbles between the two laminated glass plates.
- an apparatus for combining at least one glass sheet and at least one film of plastic material by a calender is attached adjacent to each other so as to be flexible. And a series of opposing pressing rollers that are flexibly attached and cooperate with the pressing roller, and both the pressing roller and the opposing pressing roller are attached to one end of one piston rod.
- An apparatus is disclosed in which the other end of the piston rod carries one pressing piston driven by air pressure and moved in an air cylinder (Patent Document 1).
- Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2-279544 discloses a pre-pressure bonding apparatus in which a laminated body for laminated glass is passed between a plurality of pressure rolls arranged above and below and preliminarily pressure-bonded.
- a pre-compression bonding apparatus having a mechanism capable of rotating in a plane substantially perpendicular to the passing direction of a laminated body for laminated glass is disclosed (Patent Document 2).
- Japanese Patent Publication No. 47-2265 discloses a spherically curved glass plate having an intermediate insertion synthetic resin film, especially for the purpose of rolling into a pre-composite, around an axis that passes generally perpendicular to the rolling direction.
- each pressure roll has a pressure roll.
- Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-21494 discloses a pair of bendable rolls in which at least a curved portion is hollow and a spiral body is inserted, and a plurality of backups that regulate the relative positions of the respective portions of the bendable roll.
- a bending roll device provided with a roll is disclosed (Patent Document 4).
- Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-167244 discloses pre-adhesion in which a curved laminated glass sandwiching a transported intermediate film is pressed by a plurality of roll groups whose angles can be adjusted along the longitudinal sectional shape from both surfaces of the curved surface.
- the loading and unloading means for loading and unloading the curved glass at an arbitrary inclination angle, the pressing roll group composed of the upper side roll group and the lower side roll group, and the upper and lower pressing rolls are each in the normal direction of the curved glass surface
- a roll pressing means comprising a pressure cylinder that is arranged so as to be paired and presses against the glass surface for each pressing roll and that makes the pressure in the pressing cylinder constant, and the upper and lower pressing An angle adjustment that allows the pressure of the curved glass to be adjusted by supporting the support point of the cylinder so that it can be moved in each slot provided in the upper and lower horizontal frames provided in the horizontal direction.
- Patent Document 1 Although a series of pressing rollers and a series of opposing pressing rollers are configured to press the normal direction of the curved glass surface as an axis, respectively, the upper pressing roller and the lower opposing face Since the pressing axis of the pressing roller does not match and is greatly displaced near the edge in the width direction orthogonal to the conveying direction, the both edges of the width direction are curved with a small deep bending curvature.
- the pressing roller that presses the vicinity of the edge and the pressing roller that opposes the upper and lower sides form a puddle shape, and an equal pressing force cannot be obtained with respect to the curved surface near the edge, so that the two glass plates are detached. There was a problem that air was insufficient and air bubbles remained easily, and as a result, the bonded portion was easily peeled off.
- a plurality of pressure rolls in a pair of rows are independently driven and rotated, so that the laminated body for laminated glass has a space between the pressure rolls from one end thereof. Pass through and deaerate so as to squeeze out the internal air between the glass plates, but between the pressure rolls where the end in the width direction of the glass plate passing between the upper and lower pressure rolls is arranged in parallel in the width direction When this gap position is reached, there is a problem that the portion is insufficiently pressurized and may cause degassing failure.
- a pair of hollow rubber rolls are bent to be curved by a plurality of presser rolls, and the roll end portions are connected to a drive motor and rotated, whereby a film interposing glass plate is obtained. Passes between the rolls from one end and squeezes out the internal air, but the curvature of the flexible hollow rubber roll depends on the relative positional relationship with the externally installed presser roll, so the adjustment time is long. There is a problem with the reproducibility of the shape. Further, since the press roll is partially present, there is a problem that the pressure applied to the glass plate is partially different depending on the presence or absence of the press roll, and the entire glass surface cannot be uniformly deaerated.
- the present invention presses the upper roll and the lower roll from both sides of a laminated glass plate in which an intermediate film such as a PVB (polyvinyl butyral) film is inserted between a plurality of laminated glass plates,
- an intermediate film such as a PVB (polyvinyl butyral) film
- PVB polyvinyl butyral
- the present invention provides a preliminary of a laminated laminated glass plate in which an intermediate film is sandwiched between curved glass plates, and the curved laminated glass plates are pressed and sandwiched from both outer side surfaces so that the curved glass plates are bonded together by the intermediate film.
- Upper roll pressing means for pressing the curved glass plate from the upper surface side for each of a plurality of independent upper rolls arranged in a row along the upper surface of the curved glass plate, and arranged in a row along the lower surface of the curved glass plate
- a lower roll pressing means for pressing the curved glass plate from the lower surface side by a plurality of independent lower rolls, a bendable lower bendable roll in contact with each top of the lower rolls, and a lower bend It consists of lower-side roll drive means for rotating the universal roll,
- the lower roll pressing means presses the lower-side bendable roll against the lower surface of the glass plate via the lower roll, and the upper glass roll and the lower-side bendable roll sandwich the curved glass plates together to be bonded. It is a pre-bonding apparatus for laminated glass.

- the present invention is the laminated glass pre-bonding apparatus described above, characterized in that an upper side roll driving means for rotationally driving the upper side bendable roll is provided.
- a plurality of ring-shaped elastic ring members are fitted into a single core member in which a plurality of rigid universal joints (universal joints) are connected in series as the bendable bendable roll.
- the pre-bonding apparatus for laminated glass as described above, wherein the apparatus can be bent right and left.
- the present invention provides an elastic ring material for the outer peripheral portion of the bendable roll that is elastic when the bendable roll is curved such that adjacent elastic ring materials are engaged with each other by a concave portion and a convex portion.
- the upper roll and the lower roll With the intersection of the virtual line connecting the rotation center of the roll and the curved laminated glass plate as a fulcrum, the upper roll or the upper side of the upper laminated roll or the upper side so that the imaginary line becomes a normal line at the fulcrum position of the curved laminated glass plate surface
- Support frame turning means for turning a support frame supporting the one bendable roll and the one lower bendable roll in accordance with the passage of the laminated glass plate curved so as to coincide with the imaginary line.

Are fixedly attached to the lower roll support brackets 23, 23..., Free-rotating support rolls 34, 34... Provided at the respective distal ends of the bendable roll support brackets 33, 33.
- the lower roll 22 restricts the position of the bendable roll 30 to a desired position.
- Each of the bendable roll support brackets 33, 33,... Is always oriented in a certain direction and does not rotate.
- the bending level changes.
