Abstract

 この圧延H形鋼は、ウェブ及びフランジを有し;その高さ寸法をHとし、前記フランジの幅寸法をBとした場合に下式(1)を満たし;引張強さが400~510N/mmであり;さらに、前記フランジの板厚寸法をtとし、この圧延H形鋼の鋼材の設計用降伏応力をF(N/mm)とした場合に下式(2),(3)を満たす。 (B/H)≦0.77 ・・・(1) 11.1<B/(2×t)≦215/√(F) ・・・(2) 235≦F≦275 ・・・(3)

Description

圧延H形鋼
 本発明は、床版あるいは屋根床版を直接支持し、柱と直接連結されない小梁あるいは弾性設計範囲内で使用する梁等に適用される圧延H形鋼に関する。
 本願は、2009年07月09日に、日本国に出願された特願2009-162402号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
 従来、圧延H形鋼としては、次の(1)~(5)のような各種圧延H形鋼が知られている。
(1)フランジ幅厚比が10以下でかつ、加工硬化を開始した後、6%までの歪範囲における加工硬化指数が0.2以上であり、6%以上の歪範囲における塑性変形応力の上昇勾配が、最大モーメントを生じる位置の近傍のモーメント勾配より大きいことにより、最大モーメントを生じる位置に発生した塑性域がその周囲に拡大する、耐震性に優れた圧延H形鋼(例えば、特許文献1参照)。
(2)ウェブ厚・フランジ厚比が1.2~4であり、柱梁接合部パネル内のダブラープレートや斜めスチフナ等による補強を省略可能な柱用の圧延H形鋼(例えば、特許文献2参照)。
(3)ウェブ厚・フランジ厚比が1.1~2.0であり、柱梁接合部における梁フランジ接合位置の水平スチフナ、パネル内のダブラープレートや斜めスチフナ等による補強が省略可能な柱用の圧延H形鋼(例えば、特許文献3参照)。
(4)薄肉ウェブ圧延H形鋼であって、ウェブ厚・フランジ厚比が0.5以下でかつ、圧延製造時のウェブ波打ち現象を防止するために、ウェブに所定間隔をおいて凹凸を形成した圧延H形鋼(例えば、特許文献4参照)。
(5)薄肉ウェブ圧延H形鋼であって、ウェブ厚・フランジ厚比が0.5以下でかつ、圧延製造時のウェブ波打ち現象を防止するために、ウェブの一側面のみの長手方向全長に少なくても1本の突条補強リブが設けられた圧延H形鋼(例えば、特許文献5参照)。
 また、従来の圧延H形鋼に関する技術としては、次の(A)~(D)のような技術も知られている。
(A)耐震性に優れた柱・梁部材とするために、圧延H形鋼の塑性変形能力を確保する必要があることから、フランジ幅厚比およびウェブ幅厚比を、JIS G 3192や特許文献6で示されるように、変形能力があると言われる比較的小さい数値範囲(主用途が梁である、辺・高さ比が0.77以下の範囲において、JIS規格では、フランジ幅厚比の上限を10.0、ウェブ幅厚比の上限を56.6とする)で規定している。
(B)断面二次モーメントおよび断面係数の対重量効率を向上させるために、梁用圧延H形鋼のウェブ厚・フランジ厚比を、JIS G 3192で規定されるように比較的小さい数値範囲(主用途が梁である辺・高さ比が0.77以下の範囲において、ウェブ厚・フランジ厚比の上限を0.75とする)で規定している。
(C)柱梁接合部パネル内のダブラープレートや斜めスチフナ等による補強を省略するために、柱用圧延H形鋼のウェブ厚・フランジ厚比を、比較的大きい数値範囲(ウェブ厚・フランジ厚比の下限を1.1とする)で規定することも知られている(例えば、特許文献2や特許文献3参照)。
(D)圧延製造時のウェブ波打ち現象を防止しつつ薄肉ウェブ圧延H形鋼を実現するために、ウェブ厚・フランジ厚比を、比較的小さい数値範囲(ウェブ厚・フランジ厚比の上限を0.5)で規定することも知られている(例えば、特許文献4や特許文献5参照)。
(E)前記以外にも、ASTM(米国工業規格:American Society for Testing and Materials)、BS(英国工業規格:British Standards)、EN(欧州規格:European Standard、EN)において、規格された圧延H形鋼がある(非特許文献1~3参照)。

 圧延H形鋼の形状については、前記のように、米国、英国、欧州、日本を含む各国において規格されている。例えば、日本では、JIS G 3192(熱間圧延形鋼の形状,寸法,質量及びその許容差)に記載されている各種の圧延H形鋼が知られている。
 JIS G 3192「熱間圧延形鋼の形状,寸法,質量及びその許容差」について、後記の表1に、このJIS G 3192に掲載の「付表8 H形鋼の標準断面寸法とその断面積,単位質量,断面特性」における断面寸法を転記し、さらに同表1中に示す、辺・高さ比(B/H)と、フランジ幅厚比(B/(2×t))と、ウェブ幅厚比((H-2×t)/t)と、ウェブ厚・フランジ厚比(t/t)とより、下記(a)~(c)のことがわかる。
 (a)フランジ幅厚比は3.1~13.4の範囲にある。
 (b)ウェブ幅厚比は8.0~56.6の範囲にある。
 (c)ウェブ厚・フランジ厚比は0.53~1.00の範囲にある。
 表1における従来の各種圧延H形鋼の辺・高さ比(B/H)が、0.77以下の従来の各種圧延H形鋼を図1および図4に白○印で、また、表1における辺・高さ比(B/H)が、0.77を超える従来の各種圧延H形鋼を×印でプロットして示す。
 図1および図4は、横軸をフランジ幅厚比(B/(2×t))とし、縦軸をウェブ幅厚比((H-2×t)/t)として示したグラフである。
 また、図2および図5には、横軸を辺・高さ比(B/H)とし、縦軸をウェブ厚・フランジ厚比(t/t)として、表1に示す各種従来の圧延H形鋼をプロットして示す。
 ここで、辺・高さ比が、0.77以下の範囲(圧延H形鋼におけるフランジの幅で、細幅系列または中幅系列の圧延H形鋼として日本国内で市販されている)にある圧延H形鋼は、主用途が梁に分類され、また、辺・高さ比が0.77超の範囲(H形鋼におけるフランジの幅で、広幅系列の圧延H形鋼として市販されている)にある圧延H形鋼は、主用途が柱やブレースに分類できる。なお、表1では、高さ×辺(H×B)(単位mm)が、150×100、200×150、250×175、300×200、350×250、400×300、450×300、500×300、600×300、700×300、800×300、900×300(mm)が中幅系列であり、高さ(H)と辺(B)が同じ寸法が広幅系列であり、それ以外が細幅系列である。
 そこで、主用途が梁である、辺・高さ比が0.77以下の範囲に限定すれば、次の(d)~(f)のことがわかる。
 (d)フランジ幅厚比は、3.1~10.0の範囲であり、
 (e)ウェブ幅厚比は、17.2~56.6の範囲であり、
 (f)ウェブ厚・フランジ厚比は、0.53~0.75の範囲となっている。
 前記(d)~(f)のように設定されているのは、次の(g),(h)のような理由による。
 (g)フランジ幅厚比が3.1~10.0の範囲で、ウェブ幅厚比が17.2~56.6の範囲と比較的小さい数値範囲となっているのは、部材断面を構成する板要素の幅と厚さとの比が大きいと、圧縮力を受ける部分に局部座屈を生じ、部材断面の耐力が低下して必要な塑性変形能力が得られなくなることに起因している。
 (h)さらに、ウェブ厚・フランジ厚比が0.53~0.75と比較的小さい数値範囲になっているのは、梁が曲げ応力を受ける部材のため、フランジを厚くし、ウェブを薄くすることにより、単位断面積当たりの断面二次モーメントおよび断面係数がアップすることに起因している。
 また、ASTM(米国工業規格)、BS(英国工業規格)、EN(欧州規格)において規格されている各種圧延H形鋼について、辺・高さ比(B/H)が、0.77以下の範囲の各種圧延H形鋼と、辺・高さ比(B/H)が、0.77を超える各種圧延H形鋼とに分けて、辺・高さ比(B/H)が、0.77以下の範囲の各種圧延H形鋼についての、フランジ幅厚比、ウェブ幅厚比、ウェブ厚・フランジ厚比(t/t)の上限について検討するために、図6~図11に示した。
 また、図6および図7には、ASTM(米国工業規格)に規格されている各種圧延H形鋼について、辺・高さ比(B/H)が、0.77以下の各種圧延H形鋼(中幅、細幅に属する圧延H形鋼)を白○印でプロットし、辺・高さ比(B/H)が、0.77を超える各種圧延H形鋼を×印でプロットして示されている。図6および図7にプロットして示すASTM(米国工業規格)で規格されている各種圧延H形鋼の表は省略した。
 図6は、横軸をフランジ幅厚比(B/(2×t))とし、縦軸をウェブ幅厚比((H-2×t)/t)として、ASTMに規格されている各種圧延H形鋼について、プロットして示すグラフである。この図から、白○で示され、中幅、細幅に属する圧延H形鋼では、フランジ幅厚比の上限が、9.4であることがわかり、また、ウェブ幅厚比の上限が63.5であることがわかった。
 また、図7には、ASTMに規格されている各種圧延H形鋼について、横軸を辺・高さ比(B/H)とし、縦軸をウェブ厚・フランジ厚比(t/t)として、各種圧延H形鋼について、プロットして示されている。このグラフから、白○で示され、中幅、細幅に属する圧延H形鋼では、辺・高さ比(B/H)の上限が、0.72であり、ウェブ厚・フランジ厚比(t/t)の上限が0.82であることがわかった。
 また、図8および図9には、BS(英国工業規格)に規格されている各種圧延H形鋼について、辺・高さ比(B/H)が、0.77以下の各種圧延H形鋼(中幅、細幅に属する圧延H形鋼)を白○印でプロットし、辺・高さ比(B/H)が、0.77を超える各種圧延H形鋼を×印でプロットして示されている。図8および図9にプロットして示すBS(英国工業規格)で規格されている各種圧延H形鋼の表は省略した。
 図8は、横軸をフランジ幅厚比(B/(2×t))とし、縦軸をウェブ幅厚比((H-2×t)/t)として、BSに規格されている各種圧延H形鋼について、プロットして示すグラフである。この図から、中幅、細幅に属する圧延H形鋼では、フランジ幅厚比の上限が、8.6であることがわかり、また、ウェブ幅厚比の上限が63.3であることがわかった。
 また、図9には、BS(英国工業規格)に規格されている各種圧延H形鋼について、横軸を辺・高さ比(B/H)とし、縦軸をウェブ厚・フランジ厚比(t/t)として、プロットして示すグラフである。このグラフから、白○で示され、中幅、細幅に属する圧延H形鋼では、辺・高さ比(B/H)の上限が、0.66であり、ウェブ厚・フランジ厚比(t/t)の上限が0.86であることがわかった。
 また、図10および図11には、EN(欧州規格)に規格されている各種圧延H形鋼について、辺・高さ比(B/H)が、0.77以下の各種圧延H形鋼(中幅、細幅に属する圧延H形鋼)を白○印でプロットし、辺・高さ比(B/H)が、0.77を超える各種圧延H形鋼を×印でプロットして示されている。図10および図11にプロットして示すEN(欧州規格)に規格されている各種圧延H形鋼の表は省略した。
 図10は、横軸をフランジ幅厚比(B/(2×t))とし、縦軸をウェブ幅厚比((H-2×t)/t)として、EN(欧州規格)に規格されている各種圧延H形鋼について、プロットして示すグラフである。この図から、中幅、細幅に属する圧延H形鋼では、フランジ幅厚比の上限が、11.1であることがわかり、また、ウェブ幅厚比の上限が58.0であることがわかった。
 また、図11には、EN(欧州規格)に規格されている各種圧延H形鋼について、横軸を辺・高さ比(B/H)とし、縦軸をウェブ厚・フランジ厚比(t/t)として、プロットして示されている。このグラフから、白○で示され、中幅、細幅に属する圧延H形鋼では、辺・高さ比(B/H)の上限が、0.77であり、ウェブ厚・フランジ厚比(t/t)の上限が0.78であることがわかった。
 ところで、小梁は、使用される本数が大梁に比べて多いため、必要とされる断面性能を低下させないで1本あたりの重量を軽量化できると、1本当りのコスト低減が小さくても、構造物の本体のコストの低減に大きく寄与できる。
 例えば、小梁等を、その耐震性能を低下させることなく、梁重量を10%以上軽量化できると、梁の単価を例えば10%程度低減できる。そのため、構造物本体のコストを格段に低減できるばかりでなく、構造物を軽量化でき、構造物が軽量化された分、柱の負担が小さくなるため、構造物の耐震性能の向上にも寄与することができる。
 しかも、米国、英国、あるいは欧州並びに日本を含む主要先進諸国において規格されている圧延H形鋼よりも、小梁用として軽量化されていると共に断面性能を低下させていない圧延H形鋼が望まれる。
 本発明は、前記のような課題の解決に有利な圧延H形鋼の提供を目的とする。
 前記の課題を有利に解決するために、以下の手段を採用した。
(a)本発明の一態様に係る圧延H形鋼は、ウェブ及びフランジを有し;その高さ寸法をHとし、前記フランジの幅寸法をBとした場合に下式(1)を満たし;引張強さが400~510N/mmであり;さらに、前記フランジの板厚寸法をtとし、この圧延H形鋼の鋼材の設計用降伏応力をF(N/mm)とした場合に下式(2),(3)を満たす。

 上記(a)に記載の圧延H形鋼によれば、設計用降伏応力Fが、前記の範囲において変化する素材を用いても、主要国における狭幅あるいは中幅に属する圧延H形鋼のフランジ幅厚比を容易に寸法規定して、圧延H形鋼の断面形状を規定することができる。
 しかも、この圧延H形鋼は、米国、英国、欧州あるいは日本の主要国において規定されている従来の圧延H形鋼よりも、軽量化することができる。しかも、この圧延H形鋼の断面性能は、前記主要国において対応する圧延H形鋼と同等以上に維持することが可能である。したがって、この圧延H形鋼によれば、前記主要国を含む世界各国において、容易に寸法設定して適用することができる。
 また、圧延H形鋼のフランジ幅寸法Bとフランジの板厚寸法tとによるフランジ幅厚比(B/(2×t))を、上記(2)式の範囲に設定すればよいので、この圧延H形鋼に用いる鋼材の設計用降伏応力Fが変化しても、容易に圧延H形鋼のフランジ幅厚比(B/(2×t))を設定できる。
 すなわち、この圧延H形鋼は、H形鋼の高さ寸法Hと、フランジの幅寸法Bと、フランジの板厚寸法tと、鋼材の設計用降伏応力F(N/mm)との関係から、圧延H形鋼の寸法を容易に設定している。そのため、従来の圧延H形鋼に比べて、断面性能を低下させることなく、断面積を低減して、軽量化した新規な寸法形状の圧延H形鋼とすることができる。
 また、上記(2)の場合、圧延H形鋼のウェブ幅厚比である((H-2×t)/t)を、H形鋼の高さ寸法Hとウェブの板厚寸法tとフランジの板厚寸法tと鋼材の設計用降伏応力F(N/mm)との関係から、所定の範囲に設定することができる。その結果、断面性能を従来公知の圧延H形鋼に比べて低減することなく、鋼材重量を低減でき、新たな寸法形状の圧延H形鋼を提供することができる。
 例えば、上記のように寸法設定されるこの圧延H形鋼は、その1本あたりの重量を従来のものよりも10%程度軽量化できる。その結果、圧延H形鋼1本当りのコストを低減することができ、これを使用した構造物のコストの低減にも大きく寄与できる。例えば、小梁を、その耐震性能を低下させることなく10%以上軽量化でき、小梁の単価を例えば10%程度低減できる。そのため、構造物の建造コストを格段に低減できるばかりでなく、小梁の軽量化により構造物を軽量化でき、耐震性能の向上を図ることもできる。
 特に、汎用性の高い小梁用の圧延H形鋼に適用できるので、従来の圧延H形鋼よりも断面積を10%程度低減した上に、従来と同等以上の断面性能を有する小梁とすることができる。その結果、安価でありながらも断面二次モーメントを15%以上かつ最大60%程度向上させ、さらには断面係数を同等程度以上かつ最大15%まで向上させた小梁とすることができる。
 また、上記(a)~(c)の組合せにより圧延H形鋼の寸法を設定した場合、鋼材の基準強度として前記設計用降伏応力F(N/mm)を235≦F≦275と広げた場合でも、圧延H形鋼1本あたりの重量を従来の製品よりも、少なくとも5%程度以上最大15%程度軽量化でき、圧延H形鋼1本当りのコストを低減することができる。よって、この圧延H形鋼を使用した構造物の建造コストの低減に大きく寄与できる。例えば、小梁を、その耐震性能を低下させることなく、その重量を少なくとも5%程度以上かつ最大15%まで軽量化できる。よって、小梁の単価を例えば5%程度以上かつ15%程度まで低減できる。そのため、構造物のコストを格段に低減できるばかりでなく、小梁の軽量化により構造物を軽量化でき、耐震性能の向上を図ることもできる。
 荷重負担の少ない部材である小梁用の圧延H形鋼に最適であり、従来の圧延H形鋼よりも重量を少なくとも5%程度以上かつ最大15%程度まで低減した上で、従来の製品と同等以上の断面性能を有する小梁とすることができる。よって、安価で断面二次モーメントが5%程度以上かつ最大65%程度、さらには断面係数を従来製品と同等程度以上から最大20%程度まで向上させた小梁とすることができる。

 次に、本発明の圧延H形鋼の一実施形態について詳細に説明する。
 先ず、図3には、本実施形態の圧延H形鋼1および従来例の圧延H形鋼2の各部の代表寸法が示されている。符号HはH形鋼1(2)の高さ寸法(mm)を、符号BはH形鋼1,2のフランジ幅である辺の長さ寸法(mm)を、符号tはウェブ3の厚さ寸法(mm)を、符号tはフランジ4の厚さ寸法(mm)を、符号rはウェブ3とフランジ4との内隅部の曲率半径アール(mm)をそれぞれ示している。
 そして、主用途を梁とするために、前記の従来の場合と同様に、本実施形態の圧延H形鋼は、H形鋼1の高さ寸法Hおよびフランジ幅である辺の長さ寸法B(以下、辺の長さを、単に辺とも言う)の関係が下記(1)式を満足する。

 前記のように、圧延H形鋼1の高さ寸法Hおよびフランジ幅である辺の長さ寸法Bの関係を規定した理由は、上述した従来製品における理由と同様である。すなわち、圧延H形鋼1の高さ寸法Hおよびフランジ幅である辺の長さ寸法Bの比である辺・高さ比B/Hが、0.77未満であるかまたはそれ以上であるかは、その用途による。つまり、この辺・高さ比B/Hが0.77を超える広幅の場合には主に柱用として使用され、辺・高さ比B/Hが0.77以下の中幅または小幅の場合には、主に梁用として使用されるので、このような実用上の指標を本実施形態でも採用している。
 本実施形態で対象としている圧延H形鋼は、辺・高さ比B/Hが0.77以下に属する、主として小梁用の圧延H形鋼で、鋼材の引張強さが400~510N/mm(鋼材の設計用降伏応力Fが235N/mm~275N/mm)である。すなわち、JIS G 3101においてSS400(引張強さ400N/mm~510N/mm)、JIS G 3106においてSM400A、B、C(引張強さ400N/mm~510N/mm)、JIS G 3136においてSN400A、B、C(引張強さ400N/mm~510N/mm)に相当する鋼材からなる圧延H形鋼である。
 加えて、本実施形態の圧延H形鋼は、その弾性範囲で使用する圧延H形鋼であり、例えば小梁用として用いることにより、弾性範囲内の使用に留まることから、梁部材の必要塑性変形能力はゼロ(塑性率1.0)で十分となる。
 このように、本実施形態において対象とする圧延H形鋼1は、弾性範囲内で使用する圧延H形鋼であり、必要塑性変形能力をゼロ(塑性率1.0)とすることによって、フランジ幅厚比B/(2×t)は、JIS G 3192や日本国特開2002-88974号公報で示される数値範囲、すなわち、フランジ幅厚比B/(2×t)の上限値10.0を最低値とすることが考えられる。しかし、この値以外にも、図6に示すASTM規格の各種圧延H形鋼をプロットして示すグラフでは、フランジ幅厚比B/(2×t)が、9.4であり、図10に示すEN規格の各種圧延H形鋼をプロットして示すグラフではフランジ幅厚比の上限が11.1であることから、本実施形態では、フランジ幅厚比B/(2×t)を11.1よりも大きくしている。
 同様に、ウェブ幅厚比(H-2×t)/(t)は、JIS G 3192や日本国特開2002-88974号公報で示される数値範囲である。すなわち、図1および図4に示すJIS規格の各種圧延H形鋼をプロットして示すグラフでは、ウェブ幅厚比(H-2×t)/(t)の上限値が56.6であり、図6に示すASTM規格の各種圧延H形鋼では63.5であり、図8に示すBS規格の各種圧延H形鋼では63.3であり、これらより、図6に示すASTM規格の各種圧延H形鋼の上限値63.5が最も大きいことから、本実施形態では、ASTM規格の各種圧延H形鋼の上限値63.5よりも大きくしている。
 本実施形態における圧延H形鋼1のフランジ幅厚比B/(2×t)およびウェブ幅厚比(H-2×t)/(t)の上限値としては、建築基準法(平成19年5月18日国土交通省告示第596号)で定められている制限値(AIJ設計基準でも同様に規定)が引張強さが400~510N/mmで、鋼材の設計用降伏応力Fが235N/mmの場合にフランジ幅厚比B/(2×t)が15.5以下となるから、ウェブ幅厚比(H-2×t)/(t)は71.0以下としている。
 圧延H形鋼1のフランジ幅厚比B/(2×t)およびウェブ幅厚比(H-2×t)/(t)の上限値として、鋼材の設計用降伏応力Fが235N/mmの場合には、表1に示すように、AISC設計基準では、16.5と規定され、BS設計基準では、16.2と規定され、EN設計基準では、14.0と規定され、欧州におけるEN設計基準が最も厳しい設計基準とされている。このことから、本実施形態では、圧延H形鋼のフランジ幅厚比B/(2×t)として14.0を採用し、この値を、設計用降伏応力Fを用いて一般化して、215/√(F)としている。
 許容応力度設計する場合に、圧延H形鋼のウェブ幅厚比(H-2×t)/(t)については、AISC設計基準とBS設計基準では規定されておらず、またEN設計基準では124.0と規定されている。このことから、本実施形態では、AIJ設計基準に規定されているウェブ幅厚比(H-2×t)/(t)の71.0を採用し、この値を、設計用降伏応力Fを用いて一般化して、1100/√(F)としている。

 圧延H形鋼を構成するフランジおよびウェブを板要素と考えて、その弾性局部座屈強度σcrと各国の規定値について検討すると、板の弾性局部座屈理論値は、次式(2)で求められる。
  σcr=k×(π×E)/(12×(1-ν))×(t/b) ・・・(2)
 ここで、kは座屈係数、Eはヤング率、νはポアソン比、tは板厚、bは板幅である。
 圧延H形鋼では、そのフランジが3辺単純支持・1片自由の長方形板(座屈係数k=0.425)、ウェブが周辺単純支持の長方形板(座屈係数k=4.00)と理想化した場合、これら板要素が降伏応力に達するまで局部座屈を起こさないためには、σcr=Fとおいて、上記式(2)は、下記のように単純化される。
 3辺単純支持・1片自由の場合(フランジの場合)では、t=t2、b=Bであるから、(B/t2)=281/√(F)となり、これから、上記表1中に記載の18.3を理論値として得ることができる。
 また、周辺単純支持の場合(ウェブの場合)では、t=t1、b=Hであるから、(H/t1)=862/√(F)となり、これから、上記表1中に記載の56.2を理論値として得ることができる。
 圧延H形鋼は、横座屈・曲げねじり座屈が発生しやすい断面形状を有する。特にフランジは、梁の耐力を確保するためにもっとも重要な部位である。このことから、弾性局部座屈よりやや厳しく設定し、3辺単純支持・1片自由の場合(フランジの場合)では、許容応力度設計において14.0であることからして、(B/t2)=X/√(F)の値が14.0となるように、前記Xの値を求めて、(B/t2)=215/√(F)と、設計用降伏応力Fを用いて一般化している。
 また、圧延H形鋼を用いた梁では、作用せん断力がウェブの全塑性せん断耐力を超えない限り、せん断力による全塑性モーメントの低下は無視できることが分かっている。そのため、ウェブは、弾性局部座屈よりもやや緩やかになるよう、下記のようにしている。
 周辺単純支持の場合(ウェブの場合)では、許容応力度設計において71.0であることからして、(H/t1)=Y/√(F)の値が71.0なるように、前記Yの値を求めて、(H/t1)=1100/√(F)と、設計用降伏応力F(N/mm)を用いて一般化している。
 したがって、前記のフランジの幅である辺の長さ寸法Bとフランジ厚tとの関係を、
  11.1<B/(2×t)≦215/√(F) ・・・(3)
と規定することにより、フランジ幅厚比B/(2×t)を規定している諸国において、新たな断面形状の圧延H形鋼で、その鋼重の軽減を図りながら、要求される断面性能と同等以上の中幅および細幅の圧延H形鋼で、寸法設定も容易な圧延H形鋼を提供することができる。
 また、ウェブ幅厚比(H-2×t)を規定している国においては、前記のように、前記高さ(H)とウェブ厚t1、フランジ厚tの関係が、設計用降伏応力F(N/mm)が235≦F≦275とした場合、

としている。
 一方、上記のフランジ幅厚比B/(2×t)およびウェブ幅厚比(H-2×t)/(t1)を従来よりも大きくすることにより、圧延H形鋼1の断面の高さ寸法Hおよび辺の寸法Bを拡大できることから、ウェブ厚tがフランジ厚tと同厚より若干薄い程度でも、曲げ応力に抵抗するうえでの単位断面積当たりの断面二次モーメント(I)および断面係数(Z)を従来の場合よりも高めて、剛性(特に強軸回り)を向上させることが可能となる。
 よって、ウェブ厚・フランジ厚比(t/t)は、JIS G 3192で示される数値範囲、すなわち、ウェブ厚・フランジ厚比(t/t)の上限値0.75より大きくできる。
 従って、本実施形態では、ウェブ厚・フランジ厚比(t/t)の下限値を0.75よりも大きくしている。
 なお、ウェブ厚tがフランジ厚tと同厚以上になると、断面二次モーメントIおよび断面係数Zの対重量効率が悪化するため、ウェブ厚・フランジ厚比(t/t)は、1.0未満としている。
 従って、本実施形態の圧延H形鋼1では、ウェブ厚・フランジ厚比(t/t)の上下限値として、
  0.75<(t/t)<1.0 ・・・(5)
としている。
 前記のような点を考慮して、各種寸法に設定された本実施形態の各種の圧延H形鋼1を本発明例A~Hとして表3に示す。表3には、断面寸法と、辺・高さ比(B/H)と、フランジ幅厚比B/(2×t)と、ウェブ幅厚比(H-2×t)/(t)と、ウェブ厚・フランジ厚比(t/t)と、断面性能とを示す。また、表3には、本発明例A~Hに対応する日本における従来の各種の圧延H形鋼2を従来例A~Hとして表3に合わせて示した。また、表3には、本発明例A~Hとこれに対応する従来例A~Hとの、断面積比、強軸回りの断面二次モーメント比および強軸回りの断面係数比を示した。
 なお、フランジ幅厚比を横軸,ウェブ幅厚比を縦軸にとった図1に示す座標軸上において、従来例A(~H)から本発明例A(~H)への移動距離(無名数)を各実施例ごとに算出すると、下記のようになり、本発明の実施例AおよびB(横軸:フランジ幅厚比、縦軸:ウェブ幅厚比における座標軸上での移動距離>30)は、C~H(同じ座標軸上での移動距離<25)より移動距離(無名数)が大きくなる分、すなわち、H形断面の幅と、高さとがより拡大する分、断面二次モーメント比が大きくなることがわかった。

 表3に示す本実施形態の断面性能のように、本発明例A~Hは、小梁用の圧延H形鋼として、いずれも辺・高さ比が0.51以下、フランジ幅厚比が11.8以上13.8以下、ウェブ幅厚比が64.6以上かつ69.8以下、ウェブ厚・フランジ厚比が0.77以上かつ0.95以下となっている。
 また、表3における本実施形態の圧延H形鋼である本発明例A~Hと、これに対応した従来の圧延H形鋼である従来例A~Hを比較すると、従来例に比べて、ウェブ厚t1およびフランジ厚t2を小さくし、高さ寸法Hおよびフランジ幅である辺の寸法Bを大きくした本実施形態の圧延H形鋼である本発明例A~Hでは、断面積Aで10%から16%低減でき、強軸回りの断面二次モーメント(I)比で14%から61%性能向上でき、また、強軸回りの断面係数(Z)比で同等から17%性能向上できることがわかる。
 なお、表2-1~表2-3において、辺・高さ比(B/H)の最小値としては、0.33であることがわかる。
 また、図1からわかるように、フランジ幅厚比-ウェブ幅厚比のグラフ上において、本実施形態の前記式(1),(3)~(4)の各条件を満たす本発明例A~Hを含む圧延H形鋼1は、日本国内および外国における従来公知の圧延H形鋼の領域と明確に区別できる領域の圧延H形鋼であることがわかる(図1、6、8、10参照。)。
 また、図2からわかるように、辺・高さ比(B/H)-ウェブ厚・フランジ厚比(t/t)のグラフ上において、本実施形態の前記式(1),(3)~(4)の条件を満たす本発明例A~Hを含む圧延H形鋼1は、日本国内および外国における従来公知の圧延H形鋼の領域と明確に区別できる領域の圧延H形鋼であることがわかる(図2、7、9、11参照。)。
 また、表3および図1,2からわかるように、本実施形態のように寸法設定された圧延H形鋼1は、従来公知の圧延H形鋼の場合よりも、格段に断面性能が優れている。
 図1および表3では、鋼材の基準強度Fが235N/mmの場合における本実施形態例および従来例の断面性能を示したが、次に、前記実施形態と同様に、鋼材の基準強度F(N/mm)が235≦F≦275である場合、また具体的な基準強度Fが275N/mmの場合における本実施形態例の断面性能について、従来例と比較して説明する。
 前記のように、小梁用の圧延H形鋼とすることにより、弾性範囲内の使用に留まることから、梁部材の必要塑性変形能力はゼロ(塑性率1.0)で十分となる。よって、フランジ幅厚比およびウェブ幅厚比は、JIS G 3192や日本国特開2002-88974号公報やEN規格やASTM規格で示される数値範囲(フランジ幅厚比の上限11.1、ウェブ幅厚比の上限63.5)より大きくできる。本実施形態における圧延H形鋼1のフランジ幅厚比B/(2×t)およびウェブ幅厚比(H-2×t)/(t)の上限値としては、建築基準法(平成19年5月18日国土交通省告示第596号)で定められている制限値を満足していると共にAISC設計基準やBS設計基準、EN設計基準を満足すればよい。すなわち、引張強さが400~510N/mm(鋼材の基準強度Fが235N/mm)の場合には、フランジ幅厚比B/(2×t)は215/√(F)以下(すなわち14.0以下)であり、ウェブ幅厚比(H-2×t)/(t)は1100/√(F)以下(すなわち71.0以下)となることから、引張強さが400~510N/mm(鋼材の基準強度Fが、235≦F≦275N/mm)で、設計用降伏応力をFとした場合には、フランジ幅厚比B/(2×t)は215/√(F)以下とすればよく、かつウェブ幅厚比(H-2×t)/(t)は1100/√(F)以下とすればよい。
 例えば、設計用降伏応力Fが275N/mmである場合には、フランジ幅厚比B/(2×t)は215/√(275)以下(すなわち12.9以下)とすればよく、かつウェブ幅厚比(H-2×t)/(t)は1100/√(275)以下(すなわち66.0以下)とすればよい。
 前記のような鋼材の設計用降伏応力F(N/mm)が、235≦F≦275Nを満たすことを要求される本実施形態の圧延H形鋼およびその各部の寸法は、次のように設定される。
 圧延H形鋼の高さ(H)およびフランジ幅である辺の長さ(B)の関係が、
   (B/H)≦0.77 ・・・(6)
である引張強さが400~510N/mmの圧延H形鋼であって、前記辺の長さ寸法Bとフランジ厚さ寸法tとの関係が、
   11.1<B/(2×t)≦215/√(F) ・・・(7)
と規定される圧延H形鋼とすればよい。また、場合によっては、前記の条件を満足するものであり、かつ、前記高さ寸法Hとウェブ厚寸法tと,フランジ厚さ寸法tとの関係が、
   63.6<((H-2×t)/t)≦1100/√(F) ・・・(8)
(ただし、Fは鋼材の基準強度(N/mm)で、235≦F≦275)と規定される圧延H形鋼とすればよい。
 また、場合によっては、前記の条件を満足し、さらに、ウェブ厚さ寸法tとフランジ厚さ寸法tとの関係が、
   0.75<(t/t)<1.0 ・・・(9)
である圧延H形鋼とすればよい。
 例えば、鋼材の基準強度Fが275N/mmの場合について、前記のような条件で各種寸法に設定された本実施形態の各種の圧延H形鋼1を本発明例A~Hとして表4に示す。表4に、断面寸法と、辺・高さ比(B/H)と、フランジ幅厚比B/(2×t)と、ウェブ幅厚比(H-2×t)/(t)と、ウェブ厚・フランジ厚比(t/t)と、断面性能とを示す。また、表4に、本発明例A~Hに対応する従来の各種の圧延H形鋼2を従来例A~Hとして合わせて示した。また、表4に、本発明例A~Hとこれに対応する従来例A~Hとの、断面積比、強軸回りの断面二次モーメント比および強軸回りの断面係数比を示した。

 表4に示す本実施形態例の断面性能のように、本発明例A~Hは、小梁用の圧延H形鋼として、いずれも辺・高さ比が0.51以下、フランジ幅厚比が11.3以上かつ12.5以下、ウェブ幅厚比が58.5以上かつ61.0以下、ウェブ厚・フランジ厚比が0.79以上かつ0.90以下となっている。
 また、表4における本実施形態の圧延H形鋼である本発明例A~Hと、これに対応した従来の圧延H形鋼である従来例A~Hとを比較すると、従来例に比べて、ウェブ厚t1およびフランジ厚t2を小さくし、高さ寸法Hおよびフランジ幅である辺の寸法Bを大きくした本実施形態の圧延H形鋼の本発明例A~Hでは、断面積Aで5%から10%低減でき、強軸回りの断面二次モーメント(I)比で5%から65%性能向上でき、また、強軸回りの断面係数(Z)比で同等から20%性能向上できることがわかる。
 本実施形態の圧延H形鋼1は、細幅の小梁以外にも、細幅の梁や、中幅の小梁および梁にも適用可能である。
 本発明によれば、米国、英国、あるいは欧州並びに日本を含む主要先進諸国において規格されている圧延H形鋼よりも、小梁用として軽量化されていると共に断面性能を低下させていない圧延H形鋼を提供することができる。

Claims (3)

  1.  ウェブ及びフランジを有する圧延H形鋼であって、
     その高さ寸法をHとし、前記フランジの幅寸法をBとした場合に下式(1)を満たし;
     引張強さが400~510N/mmであり;
     さらに、前記フランジの板厚寸法をtとし、この圧延H形鋼の鋼材の設計用降伏応力をF(N/mm)とした場合に下式(2),(3)を満たす;
    ことを特徴とする圧延H形鋼。

  2.  前記ウェブの板厚寸法をtとした場合に下式(4)を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧延H形鋼。

  3.  さらに前記ウェブの板厚寸法t及び前記フランジの板厚寸法tが、下式(5)を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧延H形鋼。
