Abstract
Description
[評価法]
粘着力(アクリル板):
アクリル板を幅50ミリメートル(mm)、長さ125ミリメートル(mm)に切断し、この試験板に2kgのゴムローラーを用いて貼り付ける。次いで、300mm/分の速度で剥離(180度剥離)した時の剥離力を測定し、50ミリメートル(mm)幅あたりの剥離力を粘着力(N/50mm)とする。
粘着力(凹凸板):
日新製鋼株式会社製ステンレススチールHL仕上げ#180に保護フィルムを貼り付け、300mm/分の速度で剥離(180度剥離)した時の剥離力を測定し、50ミリメートル(mm)幅あたりの剥離力を粘着力(N/50mm)とする。
巻き戻し力:
ロール状サンプルを用い、300mm/分の速度でロールから引き剥がす時の剥離力(N/50mm)を測定し、巻き戻し力とする。
メルトフローレート(MFR):
ASTM D1238に準拠して、荷重2.16キログラム(kg)、温度230℃で測定した。
表面層、基材層及び粘着層用に40mmφの単軸押出機を兼ね備えダイ幅500ミリメートル(mm)の3種3層T-ダイ成形機に以下樹脂組成物を供給し、表面層厚みを10ミクロン(μm)、粘着層厚み10ミクロン(μm)、基材層厚み30ミクロン(μm)、トータル厚み50ミクロン(μm)の表面保護フィルムを得た。得られたフィルムの評価結果を表1に示す。
表面層:
LD-1:高圧法低密度ポリエチレン
(密度0.920g/cm3、MFR(190℃)6g/10分)
100重量%
基材層:
PP-1:ホモポリプロピレン
(融点160℃、MFR(230℃)7g/10分)
90重量%
EL-1:エチレン・1-ブテン共重合体
(商品名:タフマー、銘柄名:A-4085S、MFR=3.6g/10分、三井化学株式会社製) 10重量%
粘着層:
PEBR:プロピレン・エチレン・1-ブテン共重合体
( エチレン含量13モル%、1-ブテン含量19モル%、融点は観測されない、MFR=7g/10分) 10重量%
SIBS:スチレン-イソブチレン-スチレントリブロックコポリマー
(商品名:シブスター、銘柄名:062T、MFR=8.0g/10分、カネカ社製) 70重量%
SL-1:スチレン系モノマー/脂肪族系モノマー共重合体
(商品名:FTR、銘柄名:FTR6125、Mw=1950、軟化点 125℃、三井化学株式会社製) 10重量%
PP-2:ホモポリプロピレン
(銘柄名:F107BV、融点=160℃、MFR=7g/10分、プライムポリマー社製) 10重量%
[実施例2、3及び比較例1、2]
各種層の樹脂組成を表1記載の樹脂組成とした以外は、実施例1と同様にして表面保護フィルムを得た。得られたフィルムの評価結果を表1に示す。
Claims (3)
- 表面層(A)及び粘着層(X)の少なくとも2層からなる表面保護フィルムであり、表面層(A)がポリオレフィン樹脂からなり、粘着層(X)が、重量平均分子量(Mw)が10,000~300,000の範囲にあるスチレン系エラストマー20~99.8重量%および重量平均分子量(Mw)が200~9,000の範囲にあるスチレン系オリゴマー0.2~80重量%からなる組成物から形成されること特徴とする表面保護フィルム。
- 粘着層(X)が、重量平均分子量(Mw)が10,000~300,000の範囲にあるスチレン系エラストマー20~99.8重量%および重量平均分子量(Mw)が200~9,000の範囲にあり、軟化点が60~160℃の範囲にあるスチレン系オリゴマー0.2~80重量%からなる組成物100重量部に対し、結晶性ポリオレフィンおよび/またはポリオレフィン系エラストマーを0.5~1000重量部含有する組成物から形成されることを特徴とする表面保護フィルム。
- 表面層(A)及び粘着層(X)の少なくとも2層をT-ダイから押出成形して得られる多層フィルムである請求項1~2のいずれかに記載の表面保護フィルム。
