Abstract

디스플레이 상에 놓여 대상체의 접촉 위치를 감지하는 터치패널센서는, 투명 절연기판, 투명 절연기판의 일면에서 투명 도전성 재질로 형성되어 나란하게 제공되는 제1 전극패턴, 및 역시 투명 절연기판 상 같은 일면에서 제1 전극패턴과 교차하도록 나란하게 형성되되 제1 전극패턴과 전기적으로 분리되고, 제1 전극패턴과 이격되어 제공되는 복수의 투명 연결부 및 일련의 복수의 투명 연결부 전체를 전기적으로 연결하는 저저항 라인을 포함하는 제2 전극패턴을 포함한다. 상기 터치패널센서는 적층된 제1 전극패턴 일부와 저저항 라인, 그리고 그 주변의 전극패턴을 이용하여 대상체의 접근에 따른 정전용량의 변화를 감지할 수 있으며, 이를 이용하여 대상체의 접촉 위치를 민감하게 감지할 수 있다.
