図1に示すように、スイッチ装置10には、角筒型を成すハウジング12が備えられている。ここで、説明の便宜上、図1の矢印UPはハウジング12の上方を示し、矢印DOWNはハウジング12の下方を示している。
次に、ターミナルベースについて説明する。
図1及び図3に示すように、ターミナルベース14は略直方体状を成しており、ハウジング12の長手方向の他端側(図1中左側)から収容可能とされている。ハウジング12内には、ストッパ38が設けられているため、該ストッパ38によってターミナルベース14は移動規制される。
次に、スライダーについて説明する。
図1に示すように、スライダー16は略直方体状を成しており、ハウジング12の長手方向の一端側から収容可能とされている。スライダー16はカム部60と支持部62とで構成されており、カム部60側がハウジング12内に収容される。
次に、本発明の実施の形態に係るスイッチ装置の作用について説明する。
図2及び図4に示すように(なお、図2ではストライカの図示を省略している)、ストライカ88がラッチ90に係止されていない状態では、コイルスプリング52によってスライダー16はハウジング12から突出する方向へ付勢され、レバー46の係合ピン46Bはカム溝66の導入部66Aに位置している。
Claims (14)
- ハウジングから突出可能に設けられた移動部材と、
前記移動部材に設けられ、ストライカと係合するラッチ部材と、
前記移動部材を前記ハウジングから突出させる方向へ付勢する付勢部材と、
前記付勢部材に付勢力が蓄積された状態で、前記ハウジングに対して前記移動部材を移動不能にロックし、移動部材がハウジングにロックされた状態で移動部材をハウジング内へ押込むと移動部材のロック状態を解除するロック機構と、
前記移動部材に設けられた可動端子と、
前記ハウジング内に固定された固定部材に設けられ、前記移動部材のロック状態で、前記可動端子が接触して導通し、移動部材のロック解除状態で、可動端子が非接触となって非導通となる固定端子と、
を備え、
少なくとも可動端子又は固定端子に弾性エネルギが蓄積された状態で、前記可動端子と前記固定端子が接触するスイッチ装置。 - 前記ラッチ部材が前記移動部材に回転可能に支持され、前記ハウジング内には移動部材の移動量を前記ラッチ部の回転力に変換させるカム機構が設けられた請求項1に記載のスイッチ装置。
- 前記ハウジングに前記固定部材を固定する固定機構を設けた請求項1に記載のスイッチ装置。
- 前記固定機構が、
前記ハウジングに設けられた開口と、
前記固定部材に設けられ、前記開口へ進入し、開口の口縁部に係止される突起部と、を含んで構成された請求項3に記載のスイッチ装置。 - 前記ロック機構が、
前記移動部材に形成された循環カム溝と、
前記ハウジングに揺動可能に設けられて、前記循環カム溝に沿って循環し、循環カム溝に設けられた係止部に係止された状態で、前記移動部材をロックするガイド部材と、
を含んで構成された請求項1に記載のスイッチ装置。 - 前記ロック機構が、
前記ハウジングに形成された循環カム溝と、
前記移動部材に揺動可能に設けられて、前記循環カム溝に沿って循環し、循環カム溝に設けられた係止部に係止された状態で、前記移動部材をロックするガイド部材と、
を含んで構成された請求項1に記載のスイッチ装置。 - 前記固定端子が前記固定部材にインサート成形された請求項1に記載のスイッチ装置。
- ハウジングから突出可能に設けられた移動部材と、
前記移動部材に設けられ、ストライカと係合するラッチ部材と、
前記移動部材を前記ハウジングから突出させる方向へ付勢する付勢部材と、
前記付勢部材に付勢力が蓄積された状態で、前記ハウジングに対して前記移動部材を移動不能にロックし、移動部材がハウジングにロックされた状態で移動部材をハウジング内へ押込むと移動部材のロック状態を解除するロック機構と、
前記移動部材に設けられた可動端子と、
前記ハウジング内に固定された固定部材に設けられ、前記移動部材のロック解除状態で、前記可動端子が接触して導通し、移動部材のロック状態で、可動端子が非接触となって非導通となる固定端子と、
を備え、
少なくとも可動端子又は固定端子に弾性エネルギが蓄積された状態で、前記可動端子と前記固定端子が接触するスイッチ装置。 - 前記ラッチ部材が前記移動部材に回転可能に支持され、前記ハウジング内には移動部材の移動量を前記ラッチ部の回転力に変換させるカム機構が設けられた請求項8に記載のスイッチ装置。
- 前記ハウジングに前記固定部材を固定する固定機構を設けた請求項8に記載のスイッチ装置。
- 前記固定機構が、
前記ハウジングに設けられた開口と、
前記固定部材に設けられ、前記開口へ進入し、開口の口縁部に係止される突起部と、を含んで構成された請求項10に記載のスイッチ装置。 - 前記ロック機構が、
前記移動部材に形成された循環カム溝と、
前記ハウジングに揺動可能に設けられて、前記循環カム溝に沿って循環し、循環カム溝に設けられた係止部に係止された状態で、前記移動部材をロックするガイド部材と、
