- the operating radius of the reagent disk is 230 mm
- the angular velocity is 7
- the simulation was performed under the condition of .5 rad / s.
- the reagent container is a reagent container divided into two corresponding to a cross-sectional area of 1800 mm 2 and 600 mm 2, and among the reagent containers provided with a partition plate so as to suppress liquid shaking accompanying the rotation of the reagent disk inside the container, A reagent container having a cross-sectional area of 1800 mm 2 was used as a model.
- FIG. 12 shows the liquid shaking simulation result at the dispensing site.
- the fluctuation of the water level in the reagent container becomes the maximum from 0.6 to 0.7 seconds after the rotation of the reagent disk, and the fluctuation of the water level in the reagent container becomes 0 mm after 1.5 seconds.
- the start of the second step is 1.5 seconds after the operation of the first step, it is possible to suppress the influence of the shaking accompanying the rotation of the reagent disk.
- the reagent disk is rotated at an angular velocity corresponding to the operating diameter.
- the movement distance (or rotation angle) required to move one reagent container is the internal distance.
- the angular velocity of the reagent disk is selected in accordance with the moving distance and the liquidity of the reagent (viscosity, contact angle, and presence / absence of a surfactant), the influence of shaking accompanying the rotation of the reagent disk can be suppressed.
- the operating radius of the reagent disk is 230 mm, and one reagent container is divided into two corresponding to a cross-sectional area of 1800 mm 2 and 600 mm 2.
- the measurement results of the surface height are shown in FIG.
- the variation is 0. 1 mm or less.
- the maximum variation is 4.0 mm by the one-step method.
- FIG. 13 (b) shows the results when the reagent disk is operated in two cycles, the moving distance in the second cycle is one reagent container, and the angular velocity is 0.3 rad / s.
- the liquid level height measurement results at the initial setting position and other locations are smaller in the two-step method than in the one-step method, and the maximum variation is 0.4 mm.
- FIG. 13 shows the result when the reagent container is arranged on the outer periphery of the reagent disk. However, when the reagent container is arranged on the inner periphery of the reagent disk, the moving distance in the second cycle is one reagent container and the angular velocity is 0. 7 rad / s. Under this condition, as in FIG. 13, the influence of shaking accompanying the rotation of the reagent disk can be suppressed.
- the movement amount of the reagent disk immediately before the liquid level measurement is equivalent to one reagent container, and the influence of shaking accompanying the rotation of the reagent disk can be suppressed as compared with the conventional apparatus. Therefore, variation in liquid level measurement can be reduced, and an automatic analyzer that can accurately measure the liquid level can be provided.
